I had a lovely first meet with Nafisa and their reception team. Their appointment system works very well and they are extremely welcoming and make you feel at home straight away. The services are super! Well organized! I had my appointment with Dr.Anisa and she was amazing! Where before I had to travel to Dar Es Salaam for my appointments, I was glad to hear she’s at WAJAMAMA which was best for me :-) Overall the team is excellent! Very professional, I love that you book an appointment and everything is handled in a proper fashion. All of the staff were very friendly and had great customer/patient interaction which made the visit more enjoyable. Even though it's a little expensive, it's sooo worth it for the service you receive.

Horrible service and poor response when trying to receive answers. They know how to charge money but they dont know to make the right exam. They made a mistake with my exam, and when i asked for a new one, they said i must pay again. This is ridiculous!!!!

They are very good with taking your money but don't expect and real service or medical care. Specialy if you are pregnant. I payed them lots for a test they dont even have . After paying they did everything to avoide me. And send me away. Ofcourse no real answer or doctor respond. Stay far away from this place

I’m an American living in Zanzibar for a few months and unfamiliar with the health system and clinics here. I was recommended WAJAMAMA from a friend and am so glad I chose this clinic! Agnes at reception was patiently answering my many questions via WhatsApp beforehand. I was so confortable with Dr. Radhia - she is the utmost professional and has excellent bedside manner. She thoroughly answered all my questions during the consult and in my follow-up to discuss my lab results. It’s clear that the Clinic was structured with intentionality, thoughtfulness, and women-focused. I highly recommend.

Wajamama was such a refreshing experience. I had a lot of anxiety about coming for a checkup due to past trauma but the whole team made me feel welcomed and more relaxed and were very accommodating. I was able to do a yoga class next door at the fitness center as well before my appointment. Love the holistic approach and community focus.

Wajamama is always my go to place when I feel unwell and I cannot praise the place enough for the treatment I get each time. I love Wajamama!! It’s the best clinic I experienced in Zanzibar (maybe Dar too) They offer a wide range of services of unmatchable quality, the staff is suuper nice, the doctors are the best and the atmosphere is welcoming and calming! It’s worth to mention that the prices are normal.. no overcharge, just normal prices for quality. I fully recommend this clinic. Both me and my mom visited with different issues and the experiences were immaculate!

Amazing service. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they really take their time for you. I've been to a lot of clinics/hospitals in at least 10 different countries and never been so happy with the service I got. The results did take a bit long to come back but I'm afraid that's normal in Tanzania.

The center was so charming and a very relaxing setting. The office is clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an IUD removal and well women’s check up appointment and I have never felt more comfortable for an appointment. Thank you to the WAJAMAMA staff and doctor for a very pleasant experience!
