I think some staffs of Vodacom Shop at (Gold Crest) need flash course on customer care. They are slightly incompetent.

I have always enjoyed working with Vodacom Tz from the quality of the accommodations, hospitality to the quality of their services. During this pandemic they are taking into account all the necessary precautions. I was there for almost 6hours but it was worthy my time

Very bad. Attendants don't mind customers that much. I lost business PayBill number of 27th November 2022, up to today I have not been able to recover the number and I don't know if the church money innthe card is still safe.
