Okay service by staff, small rooms, average room prices, need some improvement on bathroom sink and toilet, the WiFi range is very low; it couldn't connect to the internet, love the location.

The staff did not to be to keen to do there jobs, it's says it's for stars but Its a 3 3 Star at best from what I had seen. Rooms don't get cleaned, even if you leave the sign out at the door. I even requested it at the reception in the morning. The guy there that it will be done, as I came back in the evening it still was not cleaned. With the excuse, I did not leave my room key and they don't have spares. He could have told me this in the morning when I requested the cleaning but he didn't. So it's cheap, but that's about it.

Amazing hotel. Medium high rise building with a clear view of Mt. Kilimanjaro as well as a beautiful sunrise view in the AM. Breakfast and coffee is included, with excellent custom food service. Access roads were bit rough. But that's normal especially during short rains.

Many things we experienced in this hotel . The staff welcoming well and are very organized,we loved the food and juice provided was so delicious and yummy yummy 😜,we also enjoying the swimming pool, rooms are very well cleaned,no any disturbance we observed.myself I was enjoying that day and it is unforgettable moment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All of their staff was charming. They immediately do anything to help you always with a smile. They gladly will place any alcohol or food that you purchase outside of the hotel in the refrigerator for you inside their kitchen to use at your leisure. They also have a full bar and restaurant. They did a fantastic job planning my activities and tours. My driver John was awesome. There’s a relaxing rooftop to watch sunsets and enjoy. The price for everything you receive and the comfort of the rooms couldn’t be any better. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice budget hotel, located near KMC Hospital. Rooms are clean, nice, and large with TV, AC, fan, bacon and hot shower. Room service, including food and drinks is fast and reasonable prices. The evening view of Mt Kilimanjaro is breathtaking. I recommend everyone who visits Moshi.

Really nice hotel where you can have nice views of Kilimanjaro and enjoy having food in the rooftop. Gerard was an amazing employee who helped us and brought us a great service. He worked large shifts wearing always a big smile. I believe this hotel needs more personal and rotation to take care of them.

My stay in the hotel was really and enjoyable one. Rooms are very spacious and clean and I am impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff are efficient and very friendly. Excellent breakfast and they have good restaurant services. If you are looking for a budget hotel in Moshi  I recommend Kilimanjaro white house hotel

Even though the hotel is located a little bit far from city center, it is peaceful and surrounded by full of nature. We can take tuktuk, costs only around 2USD from city center. And the view from rooftop is literally amazing! I couldn't move for a while watching over Kirimanjaro, which is difficult to find the place in city center as well. We can have drinks/food there. All hotel staff is very helpful, friendly, welcoming. Especially thank you Gerald who is working at restaurant. Even he works for restaurant, he tried to help me for everything. I will definitely come back!

Nice staff, clean rooms, air con about all you could ask for before or after the hike. Not really close to anything else though.

Very nice hotel though 4 star is an exaggeration,the service is good ,rooms are basic and Clean,clear view of the mountain, affordable too and AC is a plus,anot off the road though

I had never been to a Kili white house before and this was better than I coukd have imagine. Comfort, breakfast, high speed WiFi, location, cleanliness, restaurant and bar, reception are described by one word excellent

We always stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoy it. The staff here were amazing!!! Comfy bed, air condition, location ideal for travelling around Moshi. City. Super service all around. Especially at the breakfast bar. Incredible value and very reliable customer service.

Amazing stay! Great price! Location is SUPER GOOD! It was my first time in Moshi and this hotel made it extremely worth it. We had a total of 5 people: 1 room- triple beds(twin sized) 1 double room- one queen bed Rooms are EXTREMELY clean and fresh. The people, food and genuine environment. I never had such great service since being in Tanzania 😂 till I came here! Highly recommend this place!

Nice rooms and friendly staff, internet works well on the terrace downstairs. Lovely balcony view. The only issue was with food - they misplaced our orders 3 times and once I had a fried insect in my chips.

Excellent stay with really welcoming staff. Room was clean and they upgraded us to one with a mountain view for free. Hamis at security was very helpful with helping us arrange transportation while we were in Moshi.

The location was great, a quiet place to relax. They have the best customer services and astounding rooms. They picked me from the airport and made sure I was well attended the whole time I was at their hotel. I felt very safe and relaxed . If you are travelling to moshi this should be your spot . You won't regret booking with them. I must compliment the food , it was exquisite and served with classy!

The Location of the White House it is in the upper hill of way towards KCMC Hospital, The service of the Staffs it is Spectacular, Very Clean Rooms , and Very spacious as well. Like to chill at the Bar area while Working with the Free Available Wifi. (Internet Services), Every end of the year I do visit Moshi-Kilimanjaro for relaxation and Meditation and its Obvious I will be at White House Hotel , I do highly recommend for your stay plan or tours in Moshi , Must stay at White House Hotel,I do Highly Recommend.Keep it UP.!!!
