I had a great time improving my kitesurfing skills at the Sharazad Kite & Watersports Centre. The instructors were very friendly, pateint and gave good advices and detailed instructions. In general, the whole staff was lovely and we had an amazing time with them. Also, the spot is less crowded than others so it is easier for beginners to concentrate on their kiting. I would definetly recommend going there!

Byron was an awesome instructor and super helpful and accommodating to me and the group I was with. The school is away from all the crowds of Paje beach which is great for learning. I highly recommend them.

The one and only place in Zanzibar where you are being taken care completely- here is diving, kites, mutual arts, fitness, boxing and many more! Totally worth experience if you want to have professional classes with holidays and feel fit and energetic. Add here their crazy cool beach gym and amazing location they have!! Best place to kite as not so crowded as Paje and the team at the kite centre are really helpful with top instructors. Also lots of other activities on offer and Sharazad is a great place to chill.

Such a good kite school. Very welcoming, relaxed but professional! I learnt from owner / instructor Byron who was ace and got me up and running within the week & I'm OLD ! We were lucky with the wind, most mornings we walked up to the sand bank (3 mins walk) most afternoons we kites right in front of the school. One evening towards the end f the week we did an epic 8k m downwind session it was amazing with the sun setting on one side and a full moon rising on the other side of the Island !

Must say - perfect place to start learning. Not crowded, super professional instructors and techy, new equipment. Felt safe, enjoyable. Both kitesurfing and diving. Had friends trying these sports for the first time as well, everyone excited and definitely into doing it more. Recommended.

Incredible services and vibe. The staff are superb in every way possible. Highly experienced instructors happy to answer any questions on local terrain and spots to kite. Up to date and new gear which is a big plus. Thank you for the experience!

Shahrazad Kite & Water Sport Center, located Jambiani is an excellent destination for those who love adventure and water activities. During my recent visit to the center, I was impressed by the level of professionalism, helpfulness, and expertise of the staff, especially the great instructor, Bryun, and the incredibly helpful Taymour. thanks guys I really love it and I will come back again.

I decided to take a lesson at Sharazad Kite school after I had a rather unpleasant experience at another school. I am SO glad I found Sharazad. My kite teacher - Chris was extremely professional, patient and kind. He helped me to understand the sport by teaching me how to kite and more importantly helped me to gain more confidence in the water. I am so excited to kite again and have no doubt I'll be visiting Sharazad in future too. Thank you Byron, Chris and Greg for an unforgettable experience.

I did a beginner kite surfing course with Byron, he was super informative, patient and friendly encouraging throughout. The school itself is in a great location as it is away from the more populated beaches which appealed to me as I was a beginner. Would recommend and will be kiting there again when I come back to the island

We spent a few weeks at Sharazad Hotel and used the Kite and Watersportcentre a lot. My favorite was the SUP tour in the Mangroves. Thanks to the cool team.

Fully recommended. Super surf school. The team is very nice and the spot is really beautiful and not crowded. The trainers are very friendly and competent. The equipment is good and in good condition. We will definitely come back.

My family was kiting with Greg and his school this August. If you are looking for a kite school which is perfectly located, offers plenty of space for riding, has great equipment, professional instructors and most importantly awesome people - look no further! Many thanks to Greg and his team for helping my son to make such a great progress and learn new tricks. The spot is also very nice for non kiting family members to chill at the beach or at one of beach restaurants. We will definitely come back!

Apart from the amazing weather, location, ambience, chill out areas as well as the possibility to hang out the whole day switching from eating to wellness to watersports, Sharazad Kite & Watersprotscenter knows how to do it. We had an amazing time learned kiting got frustrated, got motivated and did it again. Without the nice & competent teacher I would not have climbed back on a board again. Thank you for supporting me achieving my goals, the understanding, patients and the great fun we had over the time not only kiting also experiencing the island & having a great campfire.
