    我和家人們參加春節沙巴旅遊團(費用近5萬/人),遇到許多不愉快的事,回台後寫mail向芬達旅行社反映,旅行社說「需要時間消化,會回覆」。已給旅行社2周時間處理,卻不道歉、也不做任何回覆、態度消極。發生情形如下給大家參考: 1.行前說明資料1周前才提供,出發當天才說沒有台灣領隊跟團。 2.告知成團,卻被併團出遊。 3.官網說明滿15人有隨隊領隊,被併團後總人數已達15人(共19人),卻不派台灣領隊隨隊處理事宜。 4.陪同各團奔波各大飯店辦理入住手續,輪到我們辦理入住時已晚上9點,入住後發現並非原述的「麥哲倫海景房」,且房內有諸多問題,向同在沙巴的旅行社窗口反應,她不出面瞭解情況,僅說「導遊都知道,導遊會處理」,把責任推給導遊。 5.在出發前,我發現我們的行程有降價,每人降6000,聯繫旅行社窗口說是住「太平洋絲綢酒店」才調整價格。 6.入住「麥哲倫絲綢渡假村」後,發生第4點所述情況,大家強烈表達不滿,旅行社窗口又提若仍持續住「麥哲倫」回台灣每人退2000,若改住「太平洋絲綢酒店」不退費。考量時間已晚且出遊應給家人良好的居住環境,因此答應改住於「太平洋絲綢酒店」,但價格已明顯與第4點說明有出入。 7.在行前說明資料已清楚規定5天導遊小費共750元/人,後續卻傳訊息說帶領我們的導遊很辛苦,請我們加給5天導遊小費,增加至共1250元/人。明明就是旅行社增加導遊工作量卻要由旅客負擔費用。 最後,這一顆星是給我這團的導遊,她真的很盡心盡力處理各項事宜,沙巴的觀光量能還在恢復中,她還是有給我們一定品質的行程。 我一顆星都不想給芬達旅行社,後續也絕對不會再找他們安排旅遊。
