Irrespective of seasons, this has always been my go-to place for bird photography. The place will be green as hell during khareef. One can easily spot kingfisher, paradise Flycatcher, Weaver, heron, and many other birds.

Hamran spring is a natural spring located in the Wilayat of Taqah, in the Dhofar Governorate of Oman. It is about 10 kilometers northwest of Salalah. The spring is fed by underground water and flows into a pool of clear water. The surrounding area is lush and green, and there are several shady trees. Hamran spring is a popular tourist destination, especially during the khareef season (June to September), when the weather is mild and the rains bring lush greenery to the surrounding area.
