I have rated according to the service provided, no hate or any grudges. During our stay the electricity was out several times, had to eat meals in dark without AC and secondly lift was not working, as the reception person himself saw and gave the reason that it is under maintenance Overall property is perfect and beautiful, no issues in room service or any other facilities but had to deduct one star for the electricity issue n lift

People were rude at the reception. Rooms weren’t neat at all. There were residue in the WC toilet. Bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly. For breakfast they give only aloo paratha, curd and boiled eggs. If we ask for omelet they charge for that. Had to ask for complimentary water bottle also. Initially they were telling they don’t give complimentary water bottle. Very poor service. Lodge is the correct name.
