Very impressed with Sean at Masterton Spark today. I have been in to the shop twice recently with my phone problem unsolved. Phone call on Spark national site also no solution. The technicians were polite and tried some strategies that made no difference. However this morning Trainee Sean solved it in 2 minutes. I left the shop with my problem fully operational. So relieved

i walked in and there was a huge queue of customers and one very efficient staff member trying to manage everyone. I asked if there were more staff members who could help, a trainee then emerged from out the back - I was served by this person. Unfortunately I have never met someone so unenthaustic about their job, unhelpful nor willing to find relevant information to find a phone that would suit my needs. I’d gone in store to buy a phone as mine was failing me. I did not make a purchase and left feeling very unsatisfied. This person was not fit for the shop floor, please offer more training before more customers are driven away.

Excellent Customer Service. Extremely Friendly Cheerful and very helpful. Easy to talk to. I had a problem and they were very accommodating and I didn't feel like I was a problem. They sorted it out super impressed. Shop is set out beautifully so easy to find exactly what your looking for. Good low background music make's for a pleasant environment and shopping. My first experience was with them today and can't rate them high enough. 10 out of 10.
