Popped in around 1:30pm, not many guests around. Service was a little slow, but we got their attention eventually. Ordered the Fried Chicken Burger as I was craving something spicy. It was... everything I wanted and then some. The fried chicken patty was both tasty and juicy, and the sriracha & peri peri dressing had a nice flavourful punch which really elevated the burger. There is a wide selection of beers here, but I only had a chance to try the sugarloaf, which was great. I would visit again just for the Fried Chicken Burger and a glass of Sugarloaf beer.

We visited Mission and were lucky enough to catch Hugh on his last day, he was fun and informative with an expansive dialogue, we wish you the best in Sweden! The tasting was awesome value with the free glass and the cab franc was superb!

Checked in at the campsite across the road, and what a bonus this bar/restaurant turned out to be. We had 4 delicious beers; a mere sample of what was on offer. Being real ale drinkers, we know what we like and we like what we know. We also like discovering new beers; and this was the bee's knees for that. We also ate well. I had a very substantial Angus beef and bacon burger with chips that I didn't need. I was very full after the burger; which was very very good. My hubby had a chilli chicken dish which was even more delicious. Our well behaved Labrador was made very welcome in the outdoor area. Highly recommend this place.

This was great. Bit confusing on the way in as the place looks like a cross between a Thai restaurant and a betting shop, but once you're inside the beer is top notch, the food good and the service good. And there's a beer garden so great for the kids.

Awesome little brewery, they have two bars one for family. The food is excellent, definitely try the home made BBQ sauce. A massive selection of craft bears, some are local some are from far abroad. You'll defiantly find something to your taste here. They also do a brew tour own beer service, you pay to use the equipment and can craft your own special brew. Kids are more than welcome here with places to pkay and a decent selection of toys and games. Great place to go for after work drinks or a quick Sunday lunch. Or if sport is more your thing the sports bar shows all the important stuff on the big screens.

Stopped in for a quick drink and was pleasantly surprised with the interior. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. Plenty of parking available across the road during peak periods.

Lovely retro hotel where the ferry used to be pre-1920s. Fantastic brewpub with quality guest beers, knowledgeable but friendly staff and great food. say no more

Napier Brewing is closed. There's a place called Rouge Hop now. They have craft beers from all over NZ. 18 Taps.
