    Honestly spark has gone downhill so fast. Customer service in this specific store was awful. Never have I ever experienced someone roll their eyes while serving me until my visit to this store.

    I would just like to say Paula at Taupo Spark is amazing, she made sure that not only myself was all set up with my new iPhone and other items I had purchased. But also helped out my parents by getting them both on the plans for iPhone & fibre internet. Thank you so much

    Went to Spark because I wanted to get my laptop and mobile phone to work in conjunction with each other but after much discussion the cost wasn't worth it for short times. Pleasant enough staff.

    Markus helped me identify a phone that would be right for me and was able to provide insightful information and answer all of my questions. He wasnt interested in having me spend the most amount of money but rather finding a product that I would be happy with. Thankyou!
