Napier store. Worst customer service ever experienced. Shopping for 2 wedding bands. When they could finally be bothered serving us, treated us like shoplifters. Thankfully Micheal Hill treated us with more respect. Should never judge a book by the cover or cap. Yr loss.

I went into the store and there were two staff members one was serving the other, and the other staff was walking around. I was waiting to be served, I was being a respectful customer patiently waiting for someone to serve me. So the staff lady was rude and telling me to take my Bennie off it was the way she said it I personally felt discriminated, Totally respect it was the policy to take my Bennie off but I felt insulted by all means i felt like I was judged because they see me as a brown person so first instance that I’m going to rob the store but all I wanted to do is get My wife a gift for her birthday. I felt that the staff there are racist never again going there ever !! 😡worst experience ever !! I wouldn’t recommend going there with all Their stupid policys REAL TALK. TRUTH 😡😡

Took my elderly father in here and Nicole was absolutely amazing even offered him a seat due to his unsteadiness ... fantastic friendly service.... accurate turn around time frame.

The staff at this shop are so rude! Specially a blonde overweight old lady. She has no customer service skills! I was looking to buy a present and she was not helpful and rude to me. They definitely need training at how to talk to customers or this lady needs a job that makes her happy, because at the moment she is miserable.

Discussed in the service here , went in to buy a gift for my daughter's birthday, was asked to remove My hat , lol its cols and I have little hair , where did it become acceptable to wear a mask covering my face in a shop but not a beanie on a cold day , I'm a responsible adult looking to purchase a gift not a teenage thug looking to rob your store ,

Purchased a gift for a colleague as a leaving gift. Looked at the website prior to going in. Found item we we're looking at online was much smaller than we first thought. Assistant was great at helping to find something suitable and in price range. Spent a while helping & showing items. Was very happy with experience & the item we brought as was the recipient

Great service....had plans on getting a ring for been married for 25 years. Service was fabulous and we got a discount as it was a percentage day off. We are very happy...well i am.
