My friend and I was our first time in the east and in Nepal especially, we traveled with ECO adventures to the Annapurna circuit trek. Our guide Bijey and our Porter Raz were amazing (I will let you decide - read below) ! Bijey was very friendly, very professional, he explained everything concerning the people who live in the area, the culture, the different animals in the area of the Annapurna area especially birds which he always carries a bird-book. During the trek he showed much caring, responsibility to our health and danger, each day he insisted that we gather and talk about the next day's plan. He told us exactly what kind of tools we need and from where we get them, he even accompanied us to buy trekking tools in fair price places, he checked all of our tools beforehand, in the cold nights, he always managed to equip us with extra blankets, he respected our wishes to have a private bathroom in our teahouse rooms and always tried to provide this facility. He carried always a bag filled with medicine, he checked our saturation daily… we felt completely in safe hand. Raz was an amazing porter who helped us a lot during our trek not only carrying our bags, but also with the difficult times of the trek, he always reached us with the wisdom of Buddhism, he was easy-to-talk-to and a real friend. We had a blast time with him. He showed much respect to our wishes and he showed a lot of knowldge. Chihtra (The manager of ECO adventure) is a very thoughtful man who made sure we have the best experience in trekking and in Kathmandu and in Pokhara. He was always in contact with our guide and with us, making sure we had the best trip in Nepal. Also, he offered to exchange money with us for the best exchange rate we could find in other local exchange shops. In addition, he provided us with down jackets and hiking sticks (which we return after the trek), nice souvenirs of a huge duffle bag, hat and T-shirt. To sum it up, I really recommend ECO adventure to everyone who is looking to focus on the fun and beauty of Nepal and its trekking to worry less about the other stuff. I would definitely book another trekking tour with ECO Adventures.

I just enjoyed a top trip to Everest Base camp and Island Peak. The support from all members of Nepal Eco Adventure was great. My guide Sudip Tamang supported me in all ways. He was leading the way and giving the best rythm of walking to adapt to high altitude (slowly but steady). Always very friendly and helpful, respecting and supporting my interests. For example delaying summit day for better weather conditions - and it paid off ;-)

12 Gokyo Renjo Trek: Private group 4 people. Faultless experience - amazing adventure with a great guide (Subarna) We contacted multiple companies via email and chose Eco adventure as Chhatra was the most professional, communicative and willing to accommodate the changes / flexibility we required in our booking. The entire booking process was smooth, we had every one of our many questions answered in full and in a timely manner. The trek itself was amazing with stunning views, every other review will tell you this. I can't compliment our guide Subarna enough and will be requesting him specifically next time we go. He's extremely experienced, knowledgeable and fun to hang out with after trekking all day, it was just like having another mate in the group. He looked after all of our needs offered plenty of good advise and had our safety as his top priority the entire time. We were lucky enough to spend time with him in Kathmandu after the trek and it was a sad moment when we had to leave. We went early March and beat most the crowds the only draw back being we were unable to complete the Renjo pass due to heavy snow and the lake was completely covered so we didn't get to see the water at all. As an alternative we decided to do a scenic heli flight from Gokyo over Cho La, base camp then back down to Tengboche which we all agreed was the highlight of the trek and let us see far more than we would have if we just returned via the same track. The flight booking was organized really well only the night before and with no monetary deposit, making payment once we got back to Kathmandu. 100% would not hesitate to book through Eco adventures again. There's a saturation of advice out there but my top 3 trekking tips: 1. Have a Buff / Neck scarf - best piece of clothing I had especially in the dusty lower areas 2. Don't start your days walk wearing your warmest clothes, start in a shirt, you will warm up as soon you start moving 3. Bring your own pillow case - a nice luxury item.

I (solo female traveller) had a great time at the Annacurna Circuit with Nepal Eco Adventure. Even if the snow was falling we made our way to the pass. I had great experience with my guide, who was always carrying about me :) I would definitely recommand the company!

I am on my last day of a 10 day Annapurna Base Camp Trek that I booked with Nepal Eco Adventure. It was my dream to hike in and see the Himalaya's and I can safely say my dream has come true! This is in large part thanks to my amazing guide Sange who was just fantastic throughout the whole trek. He was a constant positive, friendly presence throughout who provided me with whatever help I needed. I couldn't have done it without him and I am just so grateful he has been my guide and is now a great friend too 🙂 the organisation and planning of Nepal Eco Adventure leading up to the trek was brilliant. I had lots of questions because I am travelling solo and also have never hiked anywhere as grand as the Himalaya's but Chhatra was very patient with me and answered all my questions and provided all the reassurance I needed. I liked that you were provided with a down sleeping bag, jacket and walking poles that I used a lot on the trek and I just felt really comfortable and safe throughout. I have had the best time so thank-you so much to Sange and Chhatra at Nepal Eco Adventure for making this most amazing trip happen for me - I am forever grateful 🙏

I have just finished doing a trek with a friend up to Poonhill and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I cannot recommend Nepal Eco Adventure highly enough. The hike was the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen. We stopped in local guesthouses and our guide Ram made sure we were always comfortable and had great views too. From the beginning Chaatra was so helpful in helping us organise the trek and make the most of our time here. Ram was our guide and was incredible. He was so informative and fun, and so caring. I got unwell on our final night due to altitude and he was so kind and caring towards me and knew exactly what to do. Amir was our porter and was really lovely too, always smily and helped us out whenever he could. If I come back to Nepal there’s no doubt that I would use Nepal eco adventure again. They have definitely made me want to come back and do longer treks and I would love to book through them again.

Just back from a trek around the Annapurnas (sept 12-24) with Nepal Eco Adenture. Great time with my guide Ramesh Jirel during 12 days and a friendly porter. I was a solo traveler and asked for a bespoke itinerary including Tilicho Lake and also Upper Mustang as well as a hike around Jomsom. Very professional team and agency offering flexibility (I had to postpone my trip foreseen in 2022 for medical reason and there was no issue with my initial deposit). The boss is Chhatra Karki and is very responsive to emails, reliable also in terns of flights and transfers including airport pickup. I highly recommend this agency and will definitely come back. Special thank you to Ramesh Jirel for taking me to this wonderful trip.

My husband and I just completed the 8-day Langtang Valley trek! We were guided by the amazing expert Ramesh, and our superman porter (and skillful jeep driver) Suresh. We had such a great time and are feeling very accomplished. We feel fortunate to have had these fellows with us as they made the trip so much more fun and interesting. They were patient, funny and never seemed annoyed at my very slow rate of both ascent and descent. Ramesh guided my husband Kevin up tsergo ri at an early hour while Suresh showed me around Kenjin Gompa and the yak cheese factory, and helped me while I had some mild altitude sickness. I felt like we were traveling with pals rather than hired hands. The trek itself was amazing. We had perfect weather and made excellent time despite my slowness! We ended up finishing a day early, and so on Ramesh’s suggestion we headed to Chisopani so we could ring in the new year with a mountain sunrise. It ended up being cold and cloudy, but keeping warm at the campfire talking with the guys was one of my most memorable moments of the trip. With Nepal Eco Adventure, you are well taken care of and you will have such a great experience!

We have just returned from the Everest Panorama Trek with Nepal Eco Adventures and I can highly recommend this company, their service was excellent from Day 1 to Day 12. Our experienced guide, Rinji and Porter, Pasang were fantastic throughout our trek, always attentive and ready with useful help and advice. We didn't get a clear view of Everest due to cloud cover, but that can not be controlled and did not detract from our overall experience which was great.

Our adventure was awesome! Ram was amazing -- a great guide who made sure everyone was happy and comfortable, chose great places for us to stay at and arranged our schedule expertly. Raj was also great -- thanks for making sure everyone (mainly the two of us) stayed on the path and for answering all our questions. We are especially grateful to all the porters who made our trek possible: Amrit, DB, Jivan, Sunil, Ekaraj and Ramesh. Food on the trek was amazing, each day was different and exciting, and it was fun to take on the challenge with a group of like-minded people -- we had lots of fun. We are really happy we chose Nepal Eco Adventure for this trek, and will 100% book another trek with you guys next time we're in Nepal.

We just returned from our Annapurna Circuit trek. Our porter-guide Rabin is an absolute hero, we couldn't have wished for a better person accompanying us on the trek. We can highly recommend Rabin and Nepal Eco Adventure for all your trekking needs!

We’ve just completed a 12 day Annapurna Base Camp trek with NEA and it was everything we wanted it to be. Chhatra was friendly and responsive during the email stage of booking and it was lovely to meet him at the briefing the day before departure. Our guide was Sandeep who was super friendly, intelligent and caring. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best photos, meal tables, rooms etc. He knew all about altitude sickness (which was the thing we were most concerned about) and he was positive that we would be ok and we were. There were 2 porters, Nara and Anish and they were phenomenal, carrying 20kgs of bags using head straps. We were a group of 6 as there was a young Italian guy with us. The dynamic worked really well and we soon became friends with the team, in fact we enjoyed a few beers together in Pokhara afterwards. I’m a female in my 50s and I’ve done quite a bit of mountain trekking in Europe, but I must say I found parts of this trek very challenging physically. It was described as moderate and suitable for beginners, but everything in the Himalayas is vast and the ascents are huge, lots of steps and boulder paths. We have absolutely loved this experience, the sun at dawn on the mountain tops is awe inspiring. We would thoroughly recommend NEA and Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My partner and I had a great experience trekking Mera Peak May 2023. Nepal Eco is great value for money and we felt super safe and cared for by our amazing guide Kul. Will definitely go to Nepal Eco for future treks in Nepal 😊

Because we had never been to such a high elevation before (5150m), we initially booked a porter guide to get some help, just in case. At the bus station, ready for departure, I realized that our guide was a guide, and not a porter guide. I felt stressed for a few days, not knowing if I'd be fine at the pass. So I'm giving 3 stars for organization. This could have been really bad if we had packed more stuff because we knew we would get help from the porter. Luckily, I only packed what I could carry myself. My partner got overboard, but eventually got some help from our guide, who didn't have to do that. On the other hand, our guide, Basu, was the best guide we could hope for. Very patient, flexible and sweet, I'd give him 10 stars ! He always got out of his way to make us comfortable and happy. We also met a porter guide from the same company on the trail, Rabin, and he was also great.

Truly had the best experience with Nepal Eco Adventure. We booked the 10 days Everest Base Camp tour through the website and everything was seamless after. Our guide Sud and porter Mekman were superstars, loved every minute with them. Chatra the owner was very responsive and accommodating. All in all, such a great company.

Highly recommend Nepal Eco Adventures, incredible trek and fantastic service throughout! We did the 15 days Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake trek with Nik. Our guide was excellent, really looked after us and was very knowledgeable, we learnt a lot from him. The trek was really well organised and tailored to suit us. Chhatra who assisted with our initial booking was also great to deal with and answered all our questions very promptly. Thanks so much again!

I recently used NEA during a trek to Mera Peak. I highly recommend them as a trekking company. The company is very efficient and communication with them was very good and prompt prior to and after the trip. The booking process was very straightforward and easy. The company provided us with Down Jacket, sleeping bag and walking poles for the trek which were all of excellent quality. The team of guide and porters were fantastic (Dendi Sherpa, Mingmar Sherpa and Jangbu Sherpa), they were always willing to assist and support throughout the trip and always went above and beyond. Again I highly recommend the company for your trekking expeditions in Nepal

My husband and I just finished the Everest Panorama Trek with Nepal Eco Adventures and could not be more happy with our experience and our choice in company. Ram (our guide) was knowledgeable, super friendly, and did everything to make our trip special. Mikman (our porter) was excellent. On our last day we all had lunch at Mikman's home with his family which was an amazing experience. We had friends using a different company at the same time and they were jealous of all the special touches that were included for us. It was really perfect. We will be doing another trek next year with Nepal Eco Adventure. Thank you!

I did the 12 days Gokyo - Ranjo Pass trek in November 2022 and it was amazing. The team is very professional. They managed to book us a free helicopter ride to Lukhla instead of going to Ramechhap airport which is 5h away from Kathmandu by car. Trek was well organized, tea houses well chosen (food and beds were nice) and the path is great. Some agencies do this loop from the other side but it appears less interesting and more difficult. We were only 2 in the group so our guide was very flexible in case we wanted to modify some things in the trek. He was very caring and took our oxygen level every evening. I really had a wonderful time during those 12 days and highly recommend this agency.

Trekked 2.5 weeks in the Himalayas and had an amazing experience. The guides were not only professional and knowledgeable they were genuinely fun to hang out with. Not to mention they negotiated alternative transport to Lukla when all flights were grounded due to weather - really saved our itinerary and we felt a little guilty as we choppered away from the airport leaving behind hundreds of stranded would-be hikers! I also appreciated that they avoid single use water bottles when possible and encouraged travellers to reduce waste as there is far too much plastic pollution in even the most remote areas. We are very much looking forward to our next opportunity to return as there is truly no hiking like in the Himalayas and we will certainly be reaching out to this company again to help organize!

Worthy of your trust - chhatra is just the nicest and most organised guy nothing is too much for him, made a few changes to the itinerary and so was organised - a great trekking company - to boot we were lucky to have the nicest and most knowledgeable guide Deepin and his mate porter Durga. In fact they both became friends and we will meet them again

THIS TREKKING COMPANY IS AWESOME!!!!! The owner Chhatra was so responsive and any questions I had while I was still in Australia he would answer within minutes! I didn't need to do much researching about the trip as he pretty much answered everything for me already! He was very organised! From the moment I left my country to the point I got back home. He was able to pretty much organise everything for me. He organised the trek, picked me up from the airport, organised my domestic flights, organised my accommodation, organised my bungee jump on a last minute request while I was in a helicopter!, organised my PCR test for the flight home, organised my ride back to the airport. This guy will organise your whole trip for you! He has the best team! I did my trek with Sudarshan and man he was awesome! He is very kind, His English is very good, Very knowledgeable with the mountain, very fit and at the same very understanding if you're not on the same fitness level. The best thing about this guy is that HE LOVES THE NATURE MORE THAN ANYONE! He has been to these Treks many times but his love for his surrounding is never gone. He's always taking pictures of the scenery and always smiling! Definitely ask for Sudarshan if you guys end up booking with NEPAL ECO ADVENTURE! Thanks again Chhatra and Suda for an amazing time in Nepal. It's people like you 2 that makes these trips worthwhile!

I had such a great experience with Nepal Eco Adventure right from the beginning. Chhatra was always available for all my doubts and questions before I left for Nepal. And RINJI , RINJI was my guide I i must say I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He alone made my trip such an exciting one throughout and was the reason I finished the whole trek two days in advance. I got to do the passes also because of him. He was such great help and such a nice man. You need someone reliable and someone like Rinji at that altitude especially when you are struggling a few days. Rinji made it so comfortable and amazing throughout for me.. Nepal Eco Adventure plus Rinji is all you need to have the best of experience doing the EBC. I am definitely coming back for island peak and i am not doing it without my man Rinji !! Thank you Nepal Eco Adventure and Rinji for such a, such a wonderful experience… see you soon and for sure :)

We have been trekking with Nepal Eco Adventure, with Kumar as a guide and he is the best guide we have ever seen. He is so nice, helpful, and he is a very warm heart and take care of his group. Assim was the porter and he is such a nice person also. A great team that I recommend strongly.

We did the short Ghorepani Poonhill trek with Nepal Eco Adventures and it was a truly unforgettable experience, thanks to excellent organisation and communication from Chhatra and Shiva and Kumar - who were our very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guide and porter on this trek. It was a really nice surprise to find out that we were on a solo trek which meant that we got to know both Shiva and Kumar quite well over the days we spent with them and they were always keen to show and share information about their culture and what it's like to live in Nepal, which really made a difference to the overall experience. The last day of hiking was pretty intense but Shiva and Kumar kept us going and always making sure that we were ok, even though they were ones carrying big bags. Aside from that, the scenery was completely breathtaking. We've been lucky enough to travel to lots of different places but - wow - Nepal is a gem. Both tea houses we stayed in were really great with really good food, hot water and wifi available - it felt very exciting to be staying in the mountains and even though the accommodation was simple, we had everything we needed. Nepal really is a beautiful country and another big part of that has to do with how kind and welcoming the people are. Even Kathmandu, which is pretty chaotic is somewhere we remember very fondly - it's surprising how quickly you get used to the chaos. We both really hope we get to come back again one day and see more that this amazing country has to offer. We also did the Bhutan tour with Nepal Eco Adventures, which was a lot to fit into our trip but Chhatra took care of it, ensuring that we got to do everything we wanted to in the time we had. We researched lots of different companies before we chose Nepal Eco Adventures and we're confident that we made the right choice. If (or when) we return, we'll definitely be in touch again. Thank you :)

Superior guide services. Went on the 14-day Manaslu trek with Jiba Sherpa and crew back in Nov 2019. Had an amazing time and everything went smoothly thanks to the Nepal Eco team. I could upload 1000+ pictures of the entire trip, but will let you experience for yourself. If you're reading this, book with Nepal Eco, they are the real deal and have everything covered!

We’re not long back from completing the Annapurna Circuit. It was amazing! I cannot recommend this enough. The scenery changes everyday, sometimes very dramatically, and it is always unbelievable. Nepal Eco Adventures were brilliant from start to finish. Chhakra was quickly in touch with us after booking to answer any questions we had in advance and was always very prompt with his responses and very helpful. Our guide Ramesh and porter Kumar were amazing. Very friendly, funny, chatty, and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions for them along the way and they were always happy to fill us in. And they went out their way regularly to make our trek as enjoyable as possible (e.g. on a couple of occasions, our porter went ahead to try and get us the best room he could at our next spot, allowing us to take a different, more challenging route, affording us more time to enjoy the spectacular views). They fresh fruit they provided each night after dinner was a nice touch too. Nepal Eco Adventure was the most affordable company we found online for the Annapurna Circuit. Despite being considerably cheaper than many other companies, our breakfast, lunch and dinner was included too; where no meals included in the price with other competitors. It was a simple choice to make for us and we were both really happy. Also, when we got back to Kathmandu, we also booked to do the Everest Flight Tour through Nepal Eco Adventure. It was unreal. Definitely do it. You won’t regret it. Check the pictures!
