Overall experience was very pleasant and satisfying. The service/ hospitality provided was also too smooth and pleasing. The complementary breakfast was healthy and tasty too . stayed there for 2 months and I didn’t receive any poor or bad actions from the hotel. The biggest problem was the toilet, it was throwing out sewer smell and the washroom was never good

Awesome location, goof rooms and very well behaved staff. Room was also given at a reasonable price. Tmi heard they also allow you to just freshen up about 500 INR in case you just need that

I visited hotel Greens on 21st August,2022 (Sunday). 5star for the cleanliness. Rooms are spacious, clean and fully furnished. I really loved the 3 bedroom which includes changing room with almirah and big mirror. All the staffs are fully vaccinated. The staffs behaviour really nice. They provide lift service for all the floors. 24/7 wifi and car rental services also provided. They are cleaning the rooms and washroom twice a day.Chennai Central and Chennai Park railway station is in walking distance from the hotel. Chennai Central Metro is also nearby. The locality is good. Lots of Restaurants and food counters are nearby the hotel premises. Everest bus stop is opposite of this hotel. Prices can be reduced little bit. Otherwise all good. Best wishes to the owner and founder for further improvement.

I booked this hotel through online and went there by late night. They have arranged the person to receive us. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They care a lot and arranged us dinner for us even in late night. Rooms are nice and comfortable for the affordable price. No complaints to make.

Received a nice courtesy call prior my arrival. I do believe I may have arrived shortly before the 12pm check-in time so the lady at the front desk kindly gave me another temp room to shower and freshen up. I appreciated her politeness and willing to address my questions. Overall, an easy and friendly check-in process. Nice job

Very friendly manager and all his staff. They go out of their way to do anything for you. Toiletries tea, coffee, drinking water, they brought me a kettle. Toilet paper and a whole packet of napkins was nice. Great air conditioning. Good fantastic. New digital tv. Hot shower. For the price and location it's fantastic near to Chennai Central railway station, and walking distance or $1 TUk tuk to Egmore train station and suburb where there are better shopping, cafes and some nice tourist bars. Parking available outside on the forecourt. The entire hotel smells like a flowers shop. It has a beautiful aroma. Would definitely recommend. The best place I stayed in Chennai for my budget.

Our stay at Hotel Greens was very pleasant. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and care. The man working in reception was very sweet and took the time to explain all details and to help us with whatever we needed, from recommending places to eat and helping us with booking a taxi. The room itself was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC working in perfect order. We only spent one night but we were very happy to stay at Hotel Greens and felt very well taken care of. The hotel is also centrally located near the major train stations so that is good if you need to rest after long travels. All in all, a good stay at a good price in Chennai.

The other appeals include 24 hours checkin, near to metro/central station and descent restaurants (Murugan Idli and Adyar Anand Bhavan). Although this hotel is close to MGR Chennai Central railway station, it's major drawback is the odure which is constantly there in the lobby area and sometimes in the room also, staff is well behaved and polite.

Rooms are well maintained, neat and clean. During your stay, rooms will not be cleaned unless you tell them to do so.. There's no restaurant and no complimentary breakfast is available but the hotel boys gives (quick) room service from the nearby restaurants that too according to your choice without demanding any extra charges.. that's remarkable

I am Stay a 6 Days in a Hotel Greens. I love the location . And Maintance is very good and security was a sincerely at a work. If I am need a help I call to reception they help immediately at a time. I like a lot in this Hotel Greens .

These guys are pro's, I had trouble free stay, staffs are good people, they didn't show the slightest negative reaction to any kind of request. No alcohol is allowed which makes one feel safer to stay at night. Power stays on. Elevator is a added advantage. Has ample parking space. Rooms are neat and cleaned regularly. I had a very comfortable stay.

Rooms were neat and tidy. No mosquitoes. All required amenities available. Extra Room service on call. Breakfast is good. Reception always helpful. Daily house keeping. Even toilets were clean with 24 hours hot water availability. I will always stay there in future.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. Phenomenal value for the price. They offered twice daily room cleaning and prompt room service whenever I needed it! There was an unfortunate break in the Wi-Fi while I was there, but completely outside of control of the building itself. They offered to find me a nearby café for the meetings that I needed to take. Only a 10 minute walk to Central Metro and the road between the hotel and the closest station is safe even late at night. I made the walk after 11 PM one time and never felt unsafe. would definitely recommend for other solo female travelers

Good service. I booked non AC single room. It will be good if they put some mats inside the room. Also, they should really provide in multiples 12hrs stay package if we are staying for more than 24hrs. I needed 24hrs + 9hrs stay, but ended up paying for 48hrs.

It is located besides sub registrar office and lot of hotels n the area and surrounding area is not that much clean.
