Very happy with the service provided. Called Top Cabs to book an early morning drop off at the airport. Was initially told that the cab was booked and they will send the driver details in 30 mins. I had to call them again after two hours as I did not get the driver details. Was sent details sometime on the evening. Driver came to pick up at exact time early in the morning. After dropping off at the airport, the driver asked a little bit more than what was quoted. I happily paid him as I was happy with the service provided.

Request everyone to be away from these scamsters. We booked cab for our house warming. When I called them for pickup they didn't answered our calls. Both Arun and driver didn't answered the calls. All our family were very disappointed due to this last minute hiccup. I recommend everyone to stay away from them.

Pathetic service. On the day of booking no one showed up and neither anyone from their office cared to answer phones. My whole vacation plan got cancelled due to their negligence. In a deal both agree on the price. You are seeing your calls but what about the calls that customer did and you and your driver didn't pick up. If we have agreed on a time, it means that you have to be there at that time simple don't show these calculations that we can leave at 6:30am, we know how we want to travel and how much time it would take. Parents are old they have to rest also for a while in between travel they are not cab drivers right. And for your kind information we did visit the temple and received Lord Shiva's blessing and wished that we don't encounter scamsters like you again

Pathetic service and work culture..I have booked cab for early morning airport drop. Even after reminding the person to share the vehicle and driver details for so many time,he just kept in assuring me for their service and that we will send the vehicle and driver details 2hrs before. And till last tym once I didnt get any deatils I tried calling him ..and the utmost shock the call was never picked up. The topmost surprsie was ,the driver called me once I boraded the flight. It was the other backup which worked on time...so guys don't rely on them if u have serious and urgent commitment. They don't stand for the promise, they may b hiring drivers at the last tym which can always surprise ..and they can just say sorry for not fulfilling their job.

The business owner is very professional and well spoken in english, telugu and hindi. I have completed many trips from the past two years and their cars are very clean and tidy and the drivers are on time and punctual.

The worst cab service in Hyderabad. I booked a cab for one full day. Cab tire was bursted in the middle of the trip as they don't even check the vehicle condition before they provide cabs. Tires were in too bad condition. When tire was bursted almost we missed the big accedent on the highway. I called top cabs service member and asked for another cab, he said that no other cab will be provided and you have to wait untill the driver changes the tire.. and driver doesn't carrying the tools .I requested petroling police for the tools and I helped him to change the tire but that tire too has no air and driver didn't check that earlier. Because of that we had to wait almost 2 hours.. still they weren't ready to provide another cab and saying to wait untill fix the issue on the middle of highway. We left that cab and booked ola. If you have too much to time to waste then you can book this top cabs. There is no proper response from them and they don't pickup your calls once you taken the cab.

I had booked a taxi 3 weeks in advance to travel from Hyderabad to Srisailam for my parents who were specially travelling to visit the Shiva temple. They shared the driver details and all with me the night before the travel. But on the actual day of travel nobody even bothered to pick up the phone forget about the tavelling experience. We had our darshnam booked for a particular time slot and this is how they make sure your plans don't work out. PATHETIC GROUP OF PEOPLE RUNNING AND WORKING TOP CABS. The taxi service has time to respond to message here but not to pick up calls when customers are waiting for their confirmed and booked cabs to arrive at the agreed time and address. Had an horrible experience with them. Cannot rely specially if you have time constraints.

Excellent quality of cars and calm drivers taking services from 2021 Fully satisfied on my Hyderabad area cabs Completely reliable people

The car we had hired was supposed to leave at morning 6am but when we called driver he was asleep & he reached at 9.30 am finally. We had informed him to remove seats as we had heavy luggage but that wasn't done either so that took another few hours so total 6 hours delay for the trip to begin. Car AC wasn't working,very bad condition & breaks weren't working too Car had no insurance,no pollution certificate due to which traffic police caught us & asked to return back,we were again caught the second day & took to RTO but the topcabs firm asked us customer to pay the 23,000 challan & insurance amounts & promised to refund but it's been 2 months now & no refunds received yet and now they said they are in loss so can't repay but can give us 30% discount for next trips. This is insane that after such a crazy trip they expect us to again book thier services Response to the review comment provided on above - The two day extension was due to the vehicle breakdown not for customers work ,please get facts confirmed with your driver we have the details from the repair mechanics & RTO's & we are not negotiating on any best price or discounts for trip here,we are fairly asking refund of the challan paid due to paperworks not being taken care of which is not a customers look out to take care of from thier pocket if the trip gets extended due to your car being broken mid way .FYKI the challan of 25k was not completely paid by you,you were falling short of money so as per all the telephonic & WhatsApp conversation you asked us to pay the balance amount in RTO & promised to return once trip is over,which is all we are claiming here rightfully .

Top cabs have awesome cars and mainly the driver part is soo good and fast driving.they can take you to the destination in time and driver were soo friendly,and when I’m in Dubai i want to go to India and that time it’s lockdown in all the places but TOP CABS helped me to reach my destination and they do all the formalities to reach my place.thank you soo much TOP CABS for your wonderful service.........

Pathetic service. Driver demanded extra charge from promised rate. Owner assured replacement. But no response, eventually stopped answering calls also. Not reliable service at all. Very disappointed.

I booked the cab and asked to be there at airport at 11:30 as had sm really important meet up. Did not show until 12. I booked another one finally.

Best driver with safety measures and u can sit back and relax.... Cab driver will take care of everything.

Immediate response, Nice service, They charged around 8500 rs from Hyderabad to Challapalli during covid time. They are on time.

Top cabs services were pretty good , they take care of everything , car they sent is clean and driver was decent and polite.

I booked at 10 and I was told that maximum within 15 min driver will reach us ..I kept calling the driver and main agency..none of them lifted call .and I had other works which got delayed and I had to wait almost an hour ..after waiting for an hour driver came to location..don't trust them ..I generally very satisfactory reviews for everything but this service was very very disappointing

They are really amazing , my flight to Chennai got rescheduled last minute and they helped us by getting cab on time and the driver was so well behaved, I was very much concerned about covid and safety since I was alone travelling with a small kid , I was really comfortable and the ride was safe ontime , thanks top cabs
