We are very glad that we didn't choose a GRP skimmer pool! We would have deeply regretted that. This PP overflow pool simply looks good and is well received everywhere. The light blue color also fully meets our expectations. The built-in staircase that extends across the entire width is a dream. The pool and the technology were professionally installed by the employees!! The technical room looks tidy, everything was installed in a picture-perfect manner. After the pool was installed, we checked the heights. The laser device showed 0.00 for all corner points. In short, we are very satisfied and would like to thank you again for everything. The fact that you responded to our wishes and implemented them despite your initial concerns speaks for you.

The company built us three small 5 x 3 children's pools. The pipes were buried in the ground, interwoven with each other, without order and composition, despite requests to have it done professionally. No one responded to the news that one of the pipes had broken while digging the soil and replacing it with sand. For the cost of the pools and the cost of the service, well over PLN 100,000, the quality of work is pathetic. Today I wouldn't use this company again. Next year we will expand the swimming pool and look for another swimming pool contractor.

We were very satisfied with the work of Europool and the German representative Mr. Kienzle. Mr. Kienzle gave us very good advice in advance, the entire pool installation and stone work was completed within a week as agreed and was done very well. Price/performance was absolutely right here. We have now used the pool for the first season and cannot find any defects. Everything went well with the winterization service, like the assembly team, this technician from Poland was also very good, he also took his time and explained every single step of winterization and de-winterization to us with lots of tips. We can highly recommend Europool and Mr. Kienzle.

We bought the Skyline pool cover from Europool through OBI. I would like to highly recommend Europool as a company and especially the team on site. Execution, quality 1A, good advice, German-speaking foreman. If I had known the company beforehand, I would definitely have commissioned them to build the entire pool. But we are happy about the Skyline roofing with a rail guide and lockable elements. By the way, Europool in Germany has a nice customer service employee whose name I can't remember. Here too, praise at this point.
