Good place & name as... famous. Taste is also good...that was quite crowded. We ordered 1 cafe mocha and Carmel frappuccino.

This is for sure my LEAST favourite Starbucks in Warsaw. Every single time I’m going there something happens (and I’ve been doing so for about 2 months on a daily basis !) I’m SO DISAPPOINTED in polish Starbucks brunch ! Not only they aren’t organised ( always huge queues, messed up orders , different charges for the same thing, neglection of membership status etc) but cannot even give warm atmosphere and friendly attitude towards Starbucks customers. I think today was my last visit , I hope the manager can improve baristas & cashiers attitude including greeting customers when they enter the store. A multiple times I was just standing at the cashier waiting for employees to finish their chatting and take my order, didn’t receive any positive experience obviously being ignored , waiting for my coffee for 15 minutes (like always , if I’m going to that Starbucks it’s never fast) and i just got an impression they don’t pay attention to an order. Also they always tell me about their price changes .. which is weird for me. I hope Starbucks in Poland can bring more positive vibes & impression, if the price are updated I want to see it on a board or anywhere in a store.

Lovely coffee shop on the city. Beautiful Christmas decorations. The coffee is great as always. The croissant was good and crispy. The service was great and patience. The price are fine.

One of the worst Starbucks I have experienced in a while. Cappuccino was Like coffee and milk I make ait home. Not creamy and a little bit cool. Bathroom is dirty and no disinfectant in the dispenser. Seems like there is no management in this Starbucks.

It was the worst americano in last 2 months (just a watter with a taste of coffee). The dessert was also dry, as was the cashier/barista attitude. This Starbucks is out of luck

Starbucks is one of these things people love to hate. Poles don't appear to be prejudiced yet, which makes Starbucks houses here even more pleasant. This one is no exception; the crew was quick and efficient. Hardly any line at all times even though it's quite a busy spot. Keep ut up!

Great beverages as always, but very overwhelmed and tired staff. Noone wrote names on the cups so there was quite a lot of confusion when receiving your drink order. Also a pretty long wait.

So come here first time to take some to eat…order focaccio for 16z and croissant for 6z, girl told me if i take a coffee, what i dont want, it will be 1zl more. So I spent 28zl for all this + burn coffee🙂 Bih plz
