Another great spot for hot chocolate. Also the shop offers a lot of different types of chocolate items.Very nice for gifts. Also the price is affordable compared to other cafes which offer hot chocolate with the same size. Service is good!

Like one of the best hot chocolates I have ever tried. I tried the milk chocolate and the white one and I really can't decide which one was better. The macaroons were just okay.

Every time we're in warsaw we come to this place at least twice and order exactly the same - dark hot chocolate, strawberry shake and macaroons. Simply delicious.

Terrible service, they took 30 min to bring me a Frappuccino instead of a mochaccino. I asked the waitress, are you sure this is a moccacino? she said yes, just lying to me. Then the manager agreed to change the Frappuccino for a Moccacino. I didn't order a coffee full of ice when it's -3 outside 😂

Hot white chocolate is not delicious!!! Itvis not real. Expensive and not tasty. Looks like their own employees gave positive feedback. I do not recommend it!

Probably the best Mocha in the town! Also tried hazelnut, coconut and berry chocolates, which were super awesome. Overall very nice quality of chocolates and coffee, English speaking and helpful staff and nice atmosphere. Very much recommended for a coffee break and buying chocolates in Warsaw old town.

I often come to this place on Saturday morning to take breakfast; croissant with dark chocolate and cappuccino. Interior of the café is clean and cozy, rather tranquil in the morning, although the location is just in the centre of Nowy Świat, the most touristic area of Warsaw. Chocolate of Karmello is probably my most favourite and recommended in Poland. Many beautiful pralines are as if they’re made from jewellery. Needless to say, they are delicious and high quality. I can recommend you to drink hot chocolate in the cold season.

Beautiful chocolaterie with polite and quick service. The chocolate is absolutely delicious, you have to try it. If you don't like it very sweet, opt for the dark one as it is sweet but not over the top. One of the best hot chocolates I have ever drank.

The specialty hot chocolate is to die for. This molten chocolate is so delicious. Don't go to warsaw without trying it. And despite being in the City Center the cafe is not too crowded as to it's luxurious look from the outside. They also have a wide selection of pralines and macarons, which taste just as divine.

This is the best place you can have chocolate ever. I have tried hot chocolate at lot of different places . But the best part about this place is they offer white , milk and dark chocolate and they literally melt chocolate and make hot chocolate of it. They don't use power to make it . Always ask for Wip Cream along with the hot chocolate

The chocolates are delicious. The customer service is not worth it. They ignore you and then roll their eyes when you try getting there attention. Push you to just buy an already made mix box because they don’t want to spend the time making ones that you want from the selection. Then again tell you that you could have just gotten a pre made box after you complete building your own. If you wish to keep your cheer this holiday, save yourself the trip.

Good icecream but shop assistants are not trained well enough. Be careful with plastic spoons to go, they break easily while icecream is quite dense. Unpleasant polish speaking blond lady servicing clients. Visit on 29.06 at 17:30.

Baristas do not agree to speak Russian to their clients while doing this to each other. The service all-in-all is terrible: waiters are impolite in conversations. Nevertheless hot chocolate is pretty good, consequently — one star for it.

I had dark chocolate with mint + macaroons. For me, the chocolate is fantastic. It's creamy, thick, balance bitterness, and nice size. I don't really taste the mint, but when I tried my friend's choco with another sprinkler, the taste blends nicely. The waiting time is fine, they're also welcoming us. What I really like is plenty choices of chocolates and macaroons. It's like heaven! They also have some gift packages. Just choose wisely 😜

Karamello feels like God's blessing to me. So many different types of amazing chocolates and desserts. The Macaroons here are really delicious. My absolute favorite here is dark hot chocolate. It is fully rich in chocolate and not overly sweet. It is like happiness captured in a cup. Totally worth trying and repeating.

I had a nice cup of dark hot chocolate from this shop in Krakow, so I decided to buy two boxes of chocolate gifts from here in Warsaw before I leave Poland. Firstly the staff seem unfriendly, when I asked to pick my own flavours for the boxes they kept saying that I can have the pre-filled boxes, but I don’t like all the flavours in the pre-filled boxes so I wanted to choose my own, but they seem to be unhappy about that. Secondly, when I asked for a bag for the boxes I bought, they charged me for a very poor quality paper bag.. all the sudden I didn’t feel like this was a nice gift anymore and a poor experience after all.

I had Mocha this time and it was so delicious:) Rich and creamy taste and had good relaxing time during our travel!

The waitress were wrong to times, they don’t understand the order and make you pay for the wrong drink. Moreover, the drinks don’t taste like they should, the “cookie hot chocolate” taste more at “speculoos” than whatever. Besides, the chocolate pralines taste like plastic, I really don’t advise you to go there.
