I do not recommend this particular salon, W.KRUK. I am a regular customer of the W.KRUK jewelry store and I have never encountered such embarrassing service. There was a situation in which the customer knew the store's offer better than the people working there. The young salesman and the lady (I don't remember their names) were incompetent in relation to the goods they had in the store. I had to stand there and convince them that they had a given product in stock (where they couldn't see it), and if I didn't prove its availability on the website, they wouldn't even want to look for it... I really like the W.KRUK brand and the quality of gold/jewelry they offer, so I can only recommend this salon in Galeria Północna.

Mega selection, efficient service with a sense of humor.

Service at a very low level. The lady wasn't able to find the thing I came for, even though I showed her exactly where it was. The visit took about 3 times longer than it should have.

Tragedy. They kept my diamond ring for over 3 months and did nothing...

I do not recommend buying wedding rings in the Kruk salon. I chose a specific model, making sure it could be reduced. Of course you can, I heard when I bought it for PLN 3,500. I have it reduced and I was told that it can't be done. I can spend an extra PLN 400 to take out one diamond and buy a smaller wedding ring... Embarrassing, not a company that offers wedding jewelry!!!! I WILL ADD THAT THEY OFFERED FREE ENGRAVING WHICH WE DID NOT RECEIVE!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I was with my husband before Christmas, he wanted to buy a ring for me. The service was very nice and professional. The lady was very helpful, she willingly gave me rings to try on to find the right size and in the end I managed to choose a beautiful ring with a stone that pleases my eye to this day.

You can't call the showroom to place an order. I've been calling for several days and I still don't know what's going on with my ring. Last time I bought something there.

I have been waiting for a month to change my ring size. After 2 weeks, I managed to call the salon (after about 10 attempts, finally someone picked up once) and I was told that yes, the desired size had arrived at the salon, but the person ordering it had mixed up the article numbers and as a result ordered a different breast. It's hard, it happens. I wait another two weeks, no information, no answer to the phone. Each time I contacted the salon, I repeated that I was outside Warsaw and I needed information within the next two weeks... I regret to say that ignoring customer calls does not indicate a good approach to customers.

Super nice and friendly service. The employees of this particular store are open to customers and ready to help. I recommend!

After a week of wearing the engagement ring, one of the eyes fell out. The lady at the store said it had probably been misused. Is wearing it on your finger bad? When I was young, I used to open beer with rings and after 15 years they still have all the eyes and look like new. But raven rings are of such poor quality that wearing them on the finger is a bad use because it may cause damage? Or maybe the proper use of your jewelry is to keep it in a box to look at it? I am disappointed that a well-known company produces such rubbish and is yet unable to refund the money for the defective product. Of course, you cannot leave a review on any other website because this company is not allowed. The last reviews on ceneo are from 2021 and no new ones can be added since then. I wonder why.... The jewelry is beautiful, but that's all
