    I sent the X-T20 for repair to replace the filter on the matrix because it had 1 large scratch. The repair after the expert opinion on March 16 was valued at over PLN 500. I agreed to replace the filter. I received the camera only on April 6 - the filter was not replaced according to the quote - only the "cleaned" (intentionally in quotation marks) sensor, which is even confirmed by the invoice attached to the shipment. To make matters worse, after returning from the repair, instead of one scratch in the photos, I had several (or maybe a dozen or so of them) dirt/damage scattered over the entire surface - so it came back in worse condition than it left. Even test photos taken by the service center after the repair confirm this. After an e-mail battle, I sent it back on April 7 for warranty repair, which was to be performed as a priority. After e-mail reminders (no contact from the service center), I received the camera on April 22 (it spent almost 2 weeks at the "priority" service center). After receiving and taking test photos at home on 2 lenses, the situation was similar to the previous one - some significant dirt/damage on the filter or perhaps the matrix itself. The service offered a 3rd repair and he just returned from it recently. It's still damaged. The sensor has been replaced, but there are at least two obvious signs of dirt or damage. The service washes its hands of it - according to the service, and I quote: "the matrix installed in your camera has passed all internal testing procedures confirming the quality of the sensor. Therefore, we maintain our position - the service was performed correctly." I sent the camera for repair with one defect on the matrix - after over 2 months and 3 repairs, I finally received it with two defects. The cost of the repair was refunded to me - but what good is it if the camera is in worse condition than when I returned it?

It took two months for a simple repair of the lens, which then returned from the service with damage to the optics visible to the naked eye (a few millimeter artifact). Evidently, even basic tests have not been performed. There is zero contact during repair. No one picks up the phone, waiting for e-mails sometimes for several days. At the moment, after returning the lens as part of the complaint, there is a message in the system for several days that the shipment has not yet been accepted. During the previous repair, this time of the camera, the service sent a parcel to the Parcel Locker ... by DPD courier to the address of the parcel locker (yes, I asked earlier if shipping to the Parcel Locker was OK and I was assured that they had already done it).     I sent my x100f after the electronic viewfinder stopped working. After inspection, the service also diagnosed a problem with the AF switch and speaker, which I didn't even notice. All faults were removed, I was informed in detail at every stage. The process itself, from sending the camera to receiving the repaired one, took less than a week. To say I'm satisfied is an understatement, great customer service, quick repair and express shipping. I recommend!

I waited 4 months for the autofocus system to be repaired in a typical 23mm f2 lens. The price, as before, about PLN 560. Expensive and untimely. They lead people behind the nose for months.     The service itself worked quickly and removed all faults. However, the product (X-S20) is a complete failure, I think it was some kind of production waste. The brand new body had several defects right after taking it out of the box. I don't count dead pixels, because apparently that's the norm. I'm waiting for more "congenital defects" to appear.     Aktualizacja (14.06.2023): Przedstawiciele serwisu Fujifilm przyjęli wyjątkowo mój aparat do bezpłatnej weryfikacji. Następnie zaoferowano mi nieodpłatną naprawę, z czego jestem bardzo zadowolony. Ostatecznie podwyższam moją ocenę, chociaż nadal widzę konieczność usprawnienia niektórych procesów, tak aby nie narażać klienta na niepotrzebny stres. Jedynie oddać aparat musiałem dwa dni później, bo mieli remanent. Jest opcja wysyłki kurierem na ich koszty, ale, że mieszkań niedaleko wolałem osobiście. Serwis aparatu trwał ok 2 tygodnie. Na ten czas wypożyczono mi aparat zastępczy za 0 zł (zero zł) mimo, że nie jestem w programie Fujifilm Professional Service. Bardzo duży plus. W Nikonie tego nie miałem. Aparat zastępczy to nie był jednak najnowszy model (X-T3 czy X-Pro3), bo serwis nie ma ich na stanie. Szkoda, bo to dobra okazja do promocji nowego sprzętu. A i użytkownicy korzystający na co dzień z najnowszych modeli nie musieliby tracić na jakości/sprawności używania sprzętu.

    I sent the Fujifilm XT-4 body for service with a serious defect - the entire front body had to be replaced. The expert opinion was literally lightning fast - I received it on the same day, and after the costs were approved, the device was ready the next day. Very nice and helpful staff - best regards, Mrs. Ewelina :) I definitely recommend it.

    I rate the service very well - 5 stars. Good contact, helpful service staff, quick repair and return shipment. Unfortunately, a FUJI X-S20 camera broken after 3 months of use is a disaster and a big disappointment. I rate the camera itself as very good, but unfortunately a fault 3 months after purchase raises serious reservations and concerns for the future.

    I took my Fuji e3 to a service center for repair. It turned out that the camera was flooded with liquid and it was not worth repairing. I received an offer from the coordinator to purchase a new bodysuit at an attractive price. I took advantage of this opportunity. I'm super satisfied. I was treated very exemplarily, for which I am grateful. Contact with this lady is a role model of how to treat a customer. Fuji service in solving my problems with the camera - reference.
