They chase to silence the child and it is known that the sick child is scared. He is crying! Cheeky, vulgar staff, no help or cooperation with a parent MRS. DOCTOR who was on duty at the time of duty was very unpleasant, treating the child and the parent as an object. A child with a fever of 40 degrees is a healthy child for your doctor. And if you refuse the tests, because due to the scandalous conditions on the cheese, the doctor prohibits you from returning, that she will not help you, and we are to look for another hospital. Dear parents, if you care avoid the hospital with a wide berth on the health of your child. And the staff on the barn with the doctor should face the consequences for not providing professional help. I do not recommend. We waited for over 6 hours to be admitted, when the temperature was measured in the emergency room for the first time, it was 38.2, after entering the office the temperature was already over 40 degrees and the child had been waiting in the waiting room for that long. Dr. Sendela (I don't know the second lady's name) were more busy using the phones than seeing patients. The personal culture of both ladies also left much to be desired. As the doctor said: "There is no queue, but she can't say when she will admit us." Despite a referral from a night care doctor, I was told several times why I went to the emergency room. The next day, the pediatrician at the clinic checked the CRP and it was very high, none of the ladies in the emergency room had the idea to check it, so he was sent home for suppositories to lower the temperature. A child with a fever of over 40 degrees with vomiting and diarrhea. Such "doctors" should not work with people, and certainly not in the emergency room. It should be added that despite the very small number of patients, the waiting time for an appointment significantly exceeded the time in which we should have been admitted.

(Translated by Google) As for Mr. Sebastian Górlaski's opinion - the TRIAGE medical segregation position has such a name because it is a standardized, international name - that's what it's called and will be called - regulation of the Minister of Health after the reform of the health care system and the operation of the ER, it can't be done more clearly 🤷 🏼‍♂️ As for the opinion of the person - Mi Panri - No, please - it's a children's hospital - how do you imagine medical help for an adult - anaphylactic shock / anaphylactic relationship requires treatment in an observation ward, requires appropriate equipment - children's hospitals have nothing to provide helping an adult, not to mention that treatment may require hospitalization and what?!? An adult would lie in the ward with children - Well, some mockery 🤣 A bit further is the Grochowski hospital - and if it's an intensified allergic relationship, you call 112 and don't go to a children's hospital ... a little bit of brain use won't hurt 😉 (Original) Co do opinii pana -Sebastian Górlaski - Stanowisko segregacji medycznej TRIAGE ma taka nazwę gdyż to standaryzowana, międzynarodowa nazwa- tak to się nazywa i będzie nazywać- rozporządzenie ministra zdrowia po reformie systemu ochrony zdrowia i działania SORów, nie da się tego bardziej czytelnie zrobić 🤷🏼‍♂️ Co do opinii osoby - Mi Panri- No błagam - to szpital dziecięcy- w jaki sposób wyobrażasz sobie pomoc medyczną dla osoby dorosłej- wstrząs anafilaktyczny / relacja anafilaktyczną wymaga leczenia w oddziale obserwacyjnym, wymaga odpowiedniego sprzętu- szpitale dziecięce nie mają nic z tego by zapewnić pomoc osobie dorosłej, nie wspominając o tym, że leczenie może wymagać hospitalizacji i co?!?

Upadek i uraz głowy, utrata świadomości. Światłowstręt, Wymioty i mdłości . Skandal.

Apart from the lady at the registration desk, who was probably having a bad day, the service was nice and after sorting, the waiting time was long. A visit with a child is guaranteed to take half a day, once the doctor sees you, the X-ray and everything else goes quickly.

(Translated by Google) I do not recommend. Doctor Mariusz Rozbiecki, who was on duty when my child was admitted to the hospital, is insolent and rude, he did not even look at the child, and his recommendations were wrong. Due to the lack of interest in the child, there were no stitches on the chin. The sterill strips that the child had been wearing had departed, and unfortunately it was too late to sew during a private visit to another surgeon. As a result, the child will have 2-3 times longer convalescence, a large scar instead of a minim-meter scar as if it were after suturing, the risk of infection of the wound. If the Lord would take care of his work, and not make judgments and moralize me, which is not in his duties, the child would no longer remember that something was happening. I do not want to believe that nowadays one encounters such incompetence and an idle approach to a little patient. (Original) Nie polecam.

Operative time approximately 4.5 hours, the child underwent an ultrasound, blood and urine were collected for tests. A drip was administered. Dr. Ewa Zalewska's care was at a good level - feedback and interest in the child were ok, the nurses were nice, I don't know where the poor opinions about the Niekłańska Emergency Room come from, either people expect miracles within 20 minutes of entering the hospital or we happened to have a good day and a good day. change (I want to believe that it is the norm there).

contrary to expectations, a very positive experience after visiting a child with a chin injury - the rescuer was friendly, the waiting time was not too long, the procedure was performed efficiently and in a child-friendly atmosphere. The security guard was also very nice and encouraging. Thank you very much for your help :)

(Translated by Google) Generally one big drama, we were on Saturday from 5 pm to 8 pm, we went home because nothing was moving, we came back the next day at 8.00, there were 2 people in front of us and they accepted us only at 10.00, our daughter had pricked ears and was fed with liquid, tired Five days of fighting finally succeeded, but not the end, because we waited 2 hours for a referral and a prescription for an antibiotic !!! And they don't tell you that you'll wait an hour or two, she doesn't know where the pediatrician is? how much will it come? she doesn't know! I understand that we have to wait for the test, but we waited for the paper for 2.20 min !!!!!! My daughter hit her gums above the upper teeth, which caused a large crater. The surgeon from the emergency room on Niekłańska Street said that she would not be able to go home. Meanwhile, during the night, the child received 6 stitches. Thank you to the doctor on duty at Ludna Street. I don't know what would happen if we returned home and listened to the surgeon from Niekłańska. Fortunately, a mother's intuition is the best advisor.

When I was going to the emergency room with my bleeding child, I wondered what kind of crawl awaited me there. The impression was not improved by poor communication with the lady at the registration desk and the police called by patients to complain about doctors. But then everything went smoothly. X-ray, sewing, talk and accounting, in total we spent about 1.5 hours there, of which probably 30-40 minutes was waiting. I was very positively surprised, actually there is no point in picking on the lady at the registration desk, it was loud and the conversation was difficult.

Emergency room after trauma, cut forehead. We rate the visit very well. We were probably very lucky because today is Palm Sunday and shopping Sunday, so there are fewer queues. Everything went very smoothly, we didn't have to wait that long from one office to the next. In total, our stay there lasted about 1.5 hours. The staff was very nice, helpful, answered all questions, with an appropriate approach to the child, especially the senior surgeon. I ended up needing two stitches. It probably takes longer for children who have a temperature, etc., because the queue was longer.

(Translated by Google) Terrible service!!! We waited with a sick three-year-old child for three hours, we received everyone before and after us, I understand emergency cases, but everyone in a row is bullying! When asked to accept a sick child, they said to wait another two or three hours🤬 and explained that first they take local children and then other children! That's all the help we received in this hospital. Everywhere they divide according to the severity of the condition of the patients, but here they divide according to nationality! PS We are from Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine! Everyone is helped there, regardless of residence (Original) Жахливе обслуговування!!!

Dno! Kto może niech ucieka gdzie indziej. TRAUMA!!!!

Terrible department. She was completely exhausted with the child, holding her in her arms all the time, because she could not stand. I've been waiting for 5 hours, I don't know how they call patients for an examination, but after us, children came in who looked much better, ran, were active. The attending doctor left the office for about half an hour. I regret that I came here and lost so much time! I do not recommend.

Pomimo skierowania do szpitala dziecko odesłane do domu do leczenia w POZ, dziś znów 41 stopni.

(Translated by Google) This ER is a drama. The doctor who saw us should probably work in a poultry slaughterhouse. The only thing I was interested in was whether we had been to the family doctor about it and when. She didn't let me say a word. She kindly ordered a blood test and the inflammatory markers finally showed her that her son was not a teenage stimulant. We got to the branch. There are some people with a heart... but most of them, headed by the head of allergology, probably still live in the old system and treat the child as an object, not a subject. This hospital is a FAILURE. (Original) Ten SOR to dramat.

The nurse's attitude towards the parents and children was shocking, we arrived at night with a child, we were 3rd in the queue, the waiting time was 4 hours... and then the nurse complained to us that we came often... from what I remember, within 2 years we were there 4 times on weekends with otitis media. When the child's stomach hurts, the answer was that the child should be given nospe and put to sleep, and not go to the emergency room😱 Personal culture leaves a lot to be desired, such people should not work with children, let alone go to the emergency room. On the contrary, the doctor was very nice, he examined the child, wrote out the symptoms, and told me to come back for another ultrasound if it got any worse.

It's just a nightmare Mothers who are going there, do not take your children there under any circumstances. When I went there, my appendix and I were sent home with a prescription for No-shpa, they were also indignant that they arrived at 11:30 p.m., the treatment was lousy, the doctors didn’t treat me at all (paracetamol, No-shpa) that’s all the medicine they know This SOR should be closed altogether and the doctors should be dispersed Such doctors have no right to treat
