On May 24, 2022, at 9:05 p.m., due to a sudden deterioration of my health, my heart rate was 200 beats, I came to the emergency room and, unfortunately, in this condition I was 7th in line to see the doctor. Waiting time for an appointment is 70-80 minutes!!! And where is the patient segregation according to the procedure? After a verbal intervention with the staff, I received an answer that everything was fine and as it should be! The height of hypocrisy, waiting with a pulse of 200 and being diagnosed with arrhythmia in the emergency room, no one knows what, probably a heart attack... The receptionist informs me that he can't do anything and suggests that I ask the people waiting in front of me if they will let me in to see the doctor. without queue! As a patient, should I manage triage? This is the standard of customer service at the famous military hospital in Szaserów St. The end of the matter is that after the "talk" with the receptionist, a staff member approached me and asked what was going on. And the admission procedure began. So it's possible? To sum up - a person with a fracture can wait for the emergency room, not a person with a PULSE of 200 and a diagnosed cardiac arrhythmia. He expects that the message will be read by the hospital management and conclusions will be drawn for the future.

It's hard to believe how low the Emergency Department of this facility is currently, I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to end up in this garbage can. You are treated like garbage for 8-9 hours of waiting. I won't call these bungling doctors doctors, it would be an insult to real doctors. In front of the office there is a crowd of people waiting, the horseman kindly calls one person every 30-40 minutes, of course he doesn't know who is next, the people waiting have to decide for themselves, because who cares. He goes for a walk for an hour or an hour and a half, whistling happily and high-fiving a friend in the corridor. Patients are like air. They even punish you with this waiting time because you had the nerve to come here and disturb the shift. Not to mention the "service" itself after 9 hours of waiting, because it's an embarrassment... I wonder why it still works at all? This is a mockery of people who pay contributions to the National Health Fund, it is a spit in the face...

A hopeless hospital for people from the streets. Since April, my mother has had a problem with a high pulse, with the naked eye on her chest you can see how everything inside moves during such an attack, after a very bad ECG result at the clinic, she was sent to the hospital for a CT scan with an indication for ablation, she spent the whole night in the emergency room for her smartass doctor to tell her that such things are treated in a clinic... At the clinic, they refer you to the hospital to provide urgent help because the medications have not helped since April, and the hospital withdraws you to the clinic. Epic fail. The actual blood sampling after the referral only took an hour because the ladies were talking over coffee and cookies... a circus, not a hospital

(Translated by Google) I came to the ER with a burn on my hand, I was treated very professionally! All staff very polite and helpful. Mr. Dr. Bogdanik is a fantastic doctor, and in addition a very positive one. I'm pleasantly surprised, that's why even the left hand, but 5 stars for the show :) Best regards and thank you for your help.

It's a tragedy, you have to wait 14 hours in great pain, no empathy for the sick, no words for what is happening to these people. So that one day they won't be in the same situation as a sick person who needs help :( God forbid you get here

(Translated by Google) I do not recommend the ladies from the reception, they apparently have very fair working hours. From 11 you don't go to the phone, so they've probably finished their work and are sipping coffee at the buffet. (Translated by Google) Night at the HED, admitting the 1st patient, about 15 minutes, and the ladies from the station disappeared for another 7 minutes, and so after 2 hours, 6 patients went to the next level, and there are 22 more people ahead of us. This is a nightmare, not a help.

(Translated by Google) Writing a positive opinion may cause that there will be more people here, which will hamper the work of all very friendly hospital employees, but I have not been so professionally and treated in a medical institution for a long time.

(Translated by Google) Eh, you can spend a few hours waiting. But well ... 4 stars just because I feel sorry for ladies with registration of admissions to the hospital. They have what to do everyday.

(Translated by Google) Ophthalmology clinic: they arrange a specific time, and you still have to wait for the appointment in the queue after 2-3 hours. For future users: the time of the visit does not matter. In this hospital, they don't respect the patient's time ABSOLUTELY.

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, I am a frequent visitor to the HED in Szaserów and as the whole hospital is not bad, HED is a drama each time a minimum of 7 hours of waiting, and once I spent 26 hours there, I do not recommend (Original) Niestety jestem częstym gościem SORu na Szaserów i jak cały szpital nie jest zły, tak SOR to dramat za każdym razem minimum 7 godzin czekania, a raz spędziłam tam 26 godzin, nie polecam

Queuing for almost 3 hours with blood in the eye and we are still in the middle of the queue!!!! I wonder if anyone has died waiting for help here. How a SOR desk can have 1-2 people serving a queue of over 30 emergency cases?!!!

I don't recommend the trauma ER to anyone! No interest in people, people sit in line for at least 7 hours. Doctors do half an hour after each patient, no one knows what they do... Avoid it!

Recently, I was admitted to the gynecological ward to take biopsies - and, unfortunately, the visit left a very bitter taste. After the ultrasound before the procedure, during which, by the way, I was treated a bit objectively, but I can understand that when you work above the norm you can be rough, I was asked to change into a special hospital gown (tied on the side, which, in my opinion, does not cover much). . To get to the office where the procedure was to be performed, I had to walk halfway through the ward, where in the corridor there were fitters repairing lamps, so the level of discomfort was near the ceiling, because I had no underwear under my "shirt". The doctor who took the samples was very indelicate, and there were probably 5 people in the office, including two who were just observing. All this would not be such a big problem if it were not for the fact that the gynecological chair was located centrally in front of the door, which was opened during the procedure. There was a screen, but it was set to the side, so the view of me was blocked only by the doctor's back and head. I don't think I've ever been so humiliated in my life. Despite everything, the lady, who I suspect was the anesthesiologist, was very nice and tried to focus my attention on everything else except the procedure. Overall, I hope I won't have to go back there.

6.5 hours of waiting, and only 10 minutes of this time is actually doing something relevant to injury. Process is awful, we've waited doctor to appear on his working place for 2 hours. Meanwhile some patient became missing and half of the doctors started to look for him instated of helping people, never succeeded in this, even police had arrived, but good show though, like being in circus. Generally I would recommend anyone who's planning to get some help here to choose some decent private clinic instead of this abomination.
