Sun n Sand Holiday homes 3days stay was really a good experience. If you are looking for budget hotel with good service, basic amenities, cleanliness its just perfect place to check in. As we travelled long from nashik & my daughters are small owner allowed us earlier check in. Staff is very polite and helpful. Location wise property is located in market place, have parking space, nearby many options for dine, b/f. Keep it up, Best wishes👍

Best places for anyone especially solo travellers and safe. Very courteous staff and always helpful. This place as good food too at very reasonable prices compared to what is available in market. Clean place and also facilities given are upto the mark.

Good stay near sindhudurg fort . owner Mr Tejas helped lot for sight seeing and water activities are much cheaper in hotel food is homemade and served fresh at room . overall over experience and location

Near the main beach of malvan having best and affordable accomodation. Home made Sea food as well as veg food available at affordable prices

The owner/manager doesn't know exactly who he was but his behavior was so rough that he probably needs the customer. There was only 1 light in the room and that too of yellow color and dull, so there was no freshness at all inside the room. The mattress was so bad and full of spring, it caused body pain after waking up in the morning. And most of all, the funny thing is that, Even after having an AC room, they don't give the AC remote.😡 If you are going to book the AC room, please ask them whether they will give you the remote or not. Because they didn't give us the remote.🤬 When I called him he said that we did not give the remote.😡 I asked him why didn't you tell me earlier, that each room is kept at a fixed temperature, we do not provide remote. Then he replied that you didn't ask me about the remote so I didn't tell you.😅 He doesn't even have that much common sense to give the AC remote. Later I came to know from the worker that the remote of the company is lost. The only good thing was that the beach is 5 minutes walking distance from the room.

Very bad hotel please don't stay here and service also very bad. I stay here my room ac is not working properly I told to owner but they just ignore I pay for ac room and they don't answer after that please don't stay here

They are cheating with people and showing different room while booking. Please do not book the room even if you are not getting it anywhere else in malwan. There are other nearby hotels which really provide clean rooms at very affordable prices. And people in malvan are very welcoming unlike the owner of this hotel. He was very rude to us. He didn't know how to talk with women. I was very disappointed in the Sun n Sand Holiday home. We didn't stay but we paid his full amount and the owner did not return our money yet. He had acted as Don of Malvan and you may risk your life by staying at his hotel if you complain about his service.
