This review is not about particular scuba spot or service provider, it applies to all service providers and scuba spots. I done scuba in this particular spot. Here Scuba and water sports are one of the cheapest in India. Advantages: 1. Cheapest package. I am not mentioning rates here as most of clients come from agents. 2. Single window for all activity. They will collect you from single spot. 1-2 minutes of instructions and throw you in boat. Mostly with 40 another peoples. First scuba and then watersports as per your package and return to the booking counter. Here you can collect your scuba video (60-90 seconds) Disadvantages: 1. No basic safety and hygiene. I used same mouth piece for scuba which was in mouth of earlier person 2 minutes ago. 2. On the spot underwater breath training. Difficult for first time scuba divers. 3. Actual scuba duration will not more than 5 minutes (including training). If you confident enough to go deep towards coral then only they will take you there. First time divers will not handle water pressure of 10 feet. No more than one minutes at the bottom. 4. Water quality and visibility is very poor. 5. They feed fish food to attract fishes. I dont know whether it is good or bad to those fishes. They must feed natural food which available in their natural habitat. Bread and other food must be prohibited. 6. Corals are not good, looks like depressing and unhealthy. 7. around 10-15 big size boats (40 capacity each) anchored in same spots at a time. Those anchors often damage corals. 8. There is no any governing body or union controls on these services. Price war is big between them. Minimum rates means compromise in service and quality. 9. Other rides (Jet ski, banana ride, jumper etc) are done in rush and these are not solo rides. Even parasailing done with 2 person. 10. Everything will be in rush. No personal space or customized schedule for individual. You will constantly be in queue. 11. Consider other costs like Lockers airtight pouches etc. Absence / less number of changing rooms can ruin your trip. 12. You must take bath at the end of your activities. Many service provider not have bathroom. 13. Feels like unsustainable eco system. They will ruin corals and fishes soon due to excess activities, excess fishing and lack of conservation.

3 mins from the shore to the diving point in the crystal clear water. The guide who is going to dive with you inside is going to explain n train you about how it works underwater. 1 or 2 people at a time inside the water. From the boat it looks shallow but it's very deep. 20mins inside the water. 1min video and 5 photos on GoPro will be provided by them.

Awesome I would say, having an experience of Scuba for the first time, the divers were trained they gave a training and SOS instruction before the dive managed to do it for 20 mins before the water pressure started getting into my ears.

The depth of your dive depends on the tide. They take you around 10feet deep. Try bargaining the prices and compare different diving stores. The diving experience isn't so great. There is not much of adventure as such. You get good photos though. So you can do it for the photos.

We reached Kudal, early morning. Frome there there are many buses which take you to Malvan. Or one could walk down to the bus station which is hardly 1.5km from Kudal Station. It took us around about an hour to reach Malvan bus station, from where the beach is nearly a half a kilometre. We reached the beach where are slot for water sports was already reserved. It was an awesome experience and soon I will be going to Malvan again. I would like to suggest that whatever you miss but don't miss a chance of scuba diving, I'm telling you it is a mind blowing experience you will ever have.

They just grab customer saying deep diving n all but they didn't actually. With in 10min they will take u out 4m water. Just 4 experience u can try

Good experience for first time Scuba. Even the trainer- Yogesh was very helpfull. It is worth every penny. Best time is at afternoon when visibility is maximum.
