Very average place. Very average amenities. Rooms: 11A room had a AC problem and voltage fluctuations - bad cooling. No mirror in room. Small rooms. Dirty towels (stained) were provided. Hardly any view from the rooms. Road to the resort is bad and under repair. No range. Restaurant: very average. Moreover, you need to order food hours in advance or don't get anything. Neighborhood resorts also don't provide food for outside guests. Lunch order to be given by 11 AM dinner order by 6 PM. You need to forecast what you'll eat or what you'll like even without tasting it. Worst part we asked for Tisryo for dinner apart from other things probably which they missed to hear. But instead of accepting their fault they kept saying we dint order it only. Which is absolutely wrong. A group of 8 people ordered something together that you denied. You need to accept your fault. Not as per my expectations or pictures reviews seen here.

Delicious food quality of Veg and Non-Veg. Staff is active, supportive and provide quick service. Rooms are clean. Good location for taking short break from your busy schedule. I would like to suggest to make separate place arrangement for people who like to drink and smoke. Currently arrangement is done to seat in front of bungalow or rooms. It makes uncomfortable for families. All other things are fantastic. I will recommend this place to my friends and family members. 👍🏻

Samant Beach Resort is a fantastic place to visit. Bang on the beach. Serene, quiet, away from big cities. All rooms and wooden cottages/villas are well thought of and ambiance is pleasant. Villas are more suitable for a family of four. Food is good, menu is decent but not too wide but whatever they serve, they prepare it well. We had a great time even when we visited in the first week of June when water sports were stopped by govt due to the official start of monsoons. Villas and cottages were covered with plastic covers to save the wooden cottages from rains. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Spotless cleaning. Generator backup ensures AC works well througout.Owners are very cooperative, considerate and humble. Few things to keep in mind: 1. Bhogwe being a remote and small town, there are limited food options and you need to place your order in advance at the resort restaurant. Not many resorts nearby and Samants have the best food among them all. 2. If you have any problem or query whatsoever, contact their staff. Their staff is like an well oiled engine, they will definitely solve it. 3. If you are going for the first time, ask for guidance and they will provide all the details about what places you can see. 4. Sea is clean with soft white sand and safe for playing in general. Nearby beaches between Bhogwe and Vengurla are worth exploring. 5. Ideal place for those who love quiet beaches and less crowd. 6. Not a place for those who want loud late night parties. One suggestion for the resort restaurant: surmai and prawns are most commonly available fish in big cities whereas pomfret and other different fishes and sea food items are not easily available. Same goes for veg dishes where increasing the spread with traditional konkani dishes, pickes and salads (koshimbir) will add value and bring variety for those staying for more than a day.

The resort is good. However, nothing as such special about the place. The beach was disappointing. The beach next to the resort is more or less a rocky one, and rest of the areas where you can somehow swim are inhibited by fishing activities. Also, the local fishing boats bring along lots of garbages to the seashore which gives an unpleasant sight. Refer pics.

Beautiful resort loved the food quality would love to visit again. The resort was exceptionally superb and loved the beach view. Food was delicious and loved the ambiance of the resort. Would love to visit again after 2 years. Best place to have a great holiday and enjoy more. - Only problem was network issue.

Loved the vibe of the place. It is beautifully located besides a beach. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and hygienic. Specially for food lovers this resort is amazing. The variety of food they offer and the taste is too good to resist. Everyone there is very hospital and polite full stop the rates of the food are also very minimal and cheap. Must must visit for both nature lover and luxury lovers.....

Great Delicious food quality of Veg and Non-Veg. Staff is supportive, always smile 😊. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Private Beach is 2 minutes walking distance. For Drinkers arrangement is done to seat in front of bungalow or rooms. There is no network connection. But Samants provides Internet connectivity. There’s is generator set for backup of electricity. All other things are fantastic. I will recommend this place to my friends and family members.👌

Owner brothers were very responsive and interactive with +ve approach. Due to heavy monsoon the rooms were covered with plastic sheets blocking breeze and sea view from room. Nice ambience and service. Good tasty coastal food. Cleanliness can further be improved within the premises.

I was going n a trip to my native place with my family. My daughters were visiting India for the first time as they are born and raised in Canada. This resort was a wonderful experience that they will cherish in their First India Trip memories. I want to thank all staff for being courteous and friendly and want to thank Mr Samant for being accommodating as he let us check out late at no extra cost due to delayed train time. The food is awesome and freshly prepared which helped us keep ourself healthy while enjoying the aromatic food. Thanks everyone for making this trip memorable.

Best place for short holiday near beach. The wooden cottages give 5 star feel. Their staff is very polite and helpful. This place has peaceful environment. And the food is soo tasty with reasonable price. I will definitely recommend this place.

Awesome place to stay at bhogave beach. The owner is a gem of a person. Very nice food. The rooms are made with wood and look awesome. There is a private beach almost 2 km long. Food is just too good. You also get coconut oil which is made at this resort. I will visit here again on my next trip.

The location is very good and the rooms are clean. Food is like homemade with nice taste and Staff is very friendly. There are different types of rooms and the one which we got was also good however the property had a wooden villa which liked even more and requested the owner if they could shift and the request was accepted without further questions asked. Overall great experience and would be Happy to revisit

Hello, had come for a wedding just few days back in this hotel and had worst experience ever. I had to use 'common toilet' cause the rooms were locked and secondly got severe food poisoning from the contamined food and water. It's not upto the health standards. You guys need to check your food standards when serving food to the guests.

Excellent place to be in Konkan. Lovely rooms, which are well equipped with modern amenities. Food is awasome. The service is friendly, warm and heartening. The personal attention by owners is a huge differentiator!!

Excellent place for a peaceful stay. The resort is situated at a great location, away from the hustle bustle of the city and has direct access to the beach. They serve great sea food. You can walk through their beautiful Mango Tree Garden, which provides a breathtaking view of the Sea. Staff is extremely courteous. It was overall a great stay. Thank you

We had a three nights stay at Samant Beach Resort and we enjoyed a lot.. The rooms are spacious, with appropriate ventilation. The room service is upto the mark... The cook here is very expert at his job and very well understands the taste of his customers. The owner asks his guests about any complaints and immediately rectifies the same. I highly recommend this place.

In 4 days stay we enjoy a lot in samant resort. Their food quality was superb.Rooms are very specious ,neat and clean.Samant Resort view is very beautiful and very nice service. They take care of their visitors as a family member. They are very helpful. So i give 5 star for Samant Resort. And also always suggest everyone to take experience on their self .

The most fabulous and beautiful location, warm hospitality, pristine beach everything was excellent. The Resort is very professionally run and the food especially licious, mouth watering sea food are exceptional , with staff catering to your every need. The arrangement such as beach decoration and cake made for personal beach birthday celebration for my sister was the best part. Experience at tusnami island and water sports was mind blowing. We visited this place from 9/5/22 to 12/5/22. The place, location, people and service is very good. The beach is awesome and clean. Food is great at the resort. Only the resort should put some benches on the beach would be really nice. The service staff are very hospitable.

I will recommend this property to anyone just to experience their hospitality and food. The entire staff was kind and helpful. I was traveling with my one year old son and was worried for his food. But the staff not only prepared child friendly food but also went over board by providing warm milk as and when required. The property is surrounded by dense trees and is just few metres away from the beach. The instant generator back up covered up for the frequent power cuts. So giving extra ratings for that. The flex boards that they've put up right from Kudal station helps to reach the property hassle free. Make sure your do your bookings well in advance as it's always full. I'm definitely coming back.

Lovely location, beach not crowded, food was delicious, staff was very attentive and provided fast service. We had visited with our pet dog who had a super time. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping would clean out the room daily since being a beach resort guests to track in sand.....All in all a great experience.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beach is very close to the resort. The chef and his team took good care of us providing personalized service. The food was tasty with lot of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place for a getaway in konkan area.
