I visited this place during the Kraken vaccination. The clinic is relatively small, but efficient staff can quickly understand the situation and control what is happening there. Registration service was very nice and professional.

The best NFZ facility I have ever been to. The gentleman at the registration desk was incredibly polite, helpful and competent. Doctors are the same - it was the first time I encountered a situation where during a visit to the National Health Fund I felt like I was in a private office. The doctor conducted a thorough interview and examination, then developed a very specific action plan and patiently explained each step. Moreover, everything is done on time without waiting in line for hours.

The whole family went for several years, everything was fine, then everything changed, mam wrażenie że personelu brakuję empatii, zero zrozumienia, nie chcą pomóc, parę razy miałam teleporady, 2 dni czekałam na dzwonek i w końcu nikt nie oddzwonił nie wytłumaczył jakie mam wyniki krwi. I didn’t expect such an inadequate attitude, the person sitting at the reception doesn’t even look when you ask a question. Of course, I submitted documents to another institution where there are more adequate staff and the fact that I am no longer in your database is not surprising. I can say that everything is negative. A very friendly clinic. In today's times of huge queues to doctors and lack of empathy and low quality of service, this clinic stands out for its good and friendly service and short waiting time for an appointment. I definitely recommend it and warmly greet you.

The best facility in the world. I go with my son, I can count on all doctors, cordiality and kindness. Quick appointments, no one underestimates the patient. The level of service is higher than in completely private facilities. My son Jurek always receives the correct diagnosis and the treatment helps quickly. Registration is helpful.

The staffs in the clinic are really helpful and they are always willing to clear our queries . I recommend.

Be a foreigner. This is the best clinic in Katowice. Most important things is , Doctors can speak English and their behavior with the patient is very well and wonderful. I recommend dr. Karol Kuzma specially for foreigner who are living in Katowice. Excellent!

The facility itself is of a high standard, with only one reservation regarding the scheduling of teleconsultations. I've never had a doctor call me at the scheduled or approximate time, it's quite annoying. Maybe there is an option to change the service system for patients scheduled for teleconsultation, i.e. at the designated time, you have to wait approximately plus or minus 40 minutes/up to an hour for contact from the clinic, without waiting several hours.

I was there for the first time today and I was very positively surprised. The phone conversation went quickly and smoothly. The gentleman I talked to was very nice and helpful. Additionally, there is a pleasant atmosphere in the clinic. The nurse was very nice and smiling. She helped me professionally and I felt very well taken care of. 😊
