I went there today to ask about their booking terms and prices as we are planning wedding in Poland. I was shocked how older gentlemen probably owner with the white funny mustache treated me and my fiance. He was very rude, and repellent. He was angry at us that we are not planning wedding in his place, rather somewhere else. He insinuated everything, as we did not tell him enything about it. We left right away, shocked of what we experienced. It is a good place for older folks, who are still living in good old day of communist Poland, and think that young people have no resources to stay in "fancy" hotels. Avoid!

4 stars does not correspond to the hotel level, I would say not more than 3*. The room, as well as the hotel, have been renovated far ago.

Nice hotel with great staff! As a non-polish speaker they were extremely helpful arranging a taxi to a tourist site off the beaten path.... and was able to help me arrange one for my return when i had problems reaching the taxi company by phone. I had a great stay and would stay there again with out question. All staff I encountered spoke good english.

Exzellentes Hotel im Zentrum von Tarnów zu günstigen Preisen. Einrichtung im Jugendstil. Frühstück bis 11, Nobel serviert. Sehr gutes & günstiges Restaurant, Abendessen 6 € p. P.

Waren im Restaurant Essen. Sehr netter Service und ein super leckeres Steak Ala Boss. Kann man empfehlen.

Whatever you do, don't come here on the weekend. There are clubs right next to it, and it was absulotly impossible to sleep before 05am. Also, hotel pretty expansive for what you get. Try order online - for some reaosn they charge you if you come without reservation more than is cost on the site... Breakfast isn't great either, not to mention non vegan options...
