I
have
been
training
at
WaWa
Golf
for
the
last
2
years,
fairly
regularly,
at
least
once
or
twice
a
week.
While
the
facility
itself
is
generally
fine
(4/5*),
the
level
of
customer
service
is
far
from
it
(1/5).
I
am
sure
the
guys
who
run
this
place
are
very
nice
people,
but
they
are
simply
not
interested
in
being
helpful
or
supportive
to
their
customers,
who
come
to
improve
their
game
and
have
a
good
time
while
at
it.
For
example,
as
it
happened
to
me
just
recently,
you
may
find
yourself
arriving
just
before
7pm
(one
hour
before
advertised
closing
time,
and
find
no
one
to
help
and
reception
door
locked
and
the
receptionist
away
driving
collecting
range
balls
on
his
buggy
for
the
rest
of
the
hour).
Or
you
may
be
told
off
not
to
practice
chipping
from
the
grass
when
its
clear
that
golf
coaches
do
that
with
their
students.
Or
the
place
will
randomly
close
down
to
the
public
for
2-3
days
to
accommodate
a
corporate
event
or
student
fair.
You
are
left
having
to
check
their
FB
group
regularly
for
any
closures.
The
overall
level
of
friendliness
of
the
staff
working
here
has
much
left
to
be
desired
for.
It
is
clear
that
there
is
no
culture
of
treating
your
customers
well
around
here
and
unfortunately
there
are
not
many
other
alternatives
in
central
Warsaw.
If
you
do
not
mind
any
of
this,
you
will
be
very
happy
playing
at
WaWa
Golf
Club!
In
my
opinion,
Warsaw
deserves
a
world
class
training
facility
for
its
growing
Polish
and
international
golfing
community...
and
sadly
WaWa
Golf
Club
is
not
the
place
to
hold
this
honour.

Plus
point:
recent
upgrades
to
new
range
balls,
ball
dispenser
and
hitting
mats.
Local
golf
instructor,
Lukasz,
is
brilliant.
Minus
points:
poorly
maintained
putting
green,
poor
parking
options
overspilling
to
the
local
motorbike
school.
