If your children have dust mite allergy I don’t recommend coming to this place. It’s quite dusty and dirty . I personally will not take my children back . My 2 years old keeps sneezing. My 5 years old is ok but his socks turn very dirty after . You can imagine how dirty it is.

Havent been here since before Covid I was shocked by the filth, unsanitary and unsafe nature of this playcentre. I went in the morning, and the dirt on the mat, in between the play equipment and used tissue are simply disgusting. At lunch time the toddler area has drips of water and some food crumbs, parents wearing shoes inside. Top it off with the bump protection missing from one of the poles, its quiet unsafe and dirty. Save your money and go elsewhere for peace of mind!

Terrible, nothing works! There are no balls in the ball area, which makes sense as none of the equipment in there works, neither do the air guns on the higher levels. The bouncing castle is deflated, and the cars, that you have to pay extra for to go around a tiny oval track, also not working. You’re basically paying full price to go on a slide, which you can do for free at your local park, or ride the tricycles, which I’m sure most kids have at home. So disappointed

Place needs regular cleaning when I went first thing in the morning as they just opens the doors there was dirty debris in the toddler section and floors were dirty. Please rectify this as this is a hygiene hazard for children and falls under WHS obligations thank you.

Great place for kids to enjoy slides, trampoline, forest theme maze slides and car riding. It's busy with lots of families over the Easter long weekend and have couple of play areas as per kids age. They have different rooms for throwing kids birthday parties and great range of food at cafe.

Extremely overcrowded on Saturdays and because they have added more tables, it’s literally right by the cafe. There’s not much space to move around when you have a pram. They should go back to doing sessions like they did during covid cos it’s too packed. They also need to do something about the sofa chair right in front of the door inside the parents room/changing room. Swing the door open wide enough and everyone can see you breastfeeding. Little to no privacy for mothers

Noted few issues!! 1. Area is very dirty. 2.The play area mat feels sticky and filthy. 3. Parents and kids in play area with their shoes on. 4.People eating inside the play area. 5. Kids left without supervision and I have seen some of them falling down .Yet no actions from staffs. 6. No staffs seen around in the play area . NOT A HYGIENIC PLACE!!!

Visited this play center on Sunday with my 5 years old son.we were disappointed that the entire center had covered with rubbish and all playing equipment was super dirty. The floor soft mats were black. After reporting to the management team, they only sent their junior staff to remove some rubbish away but the rest of the staff were sitting around the front counter having fun.

Came here for the first time and assumed it would be a nice clean play centre as it is quite new in the area… but nope! We got there as soon as it opened. The floors were a disaster with food left overs from the day, or even days before. There were spills everywhere which hadn’t been mopped up. The play area was dusty and quite unsanitary! The balls from the ball pit area had bite marks, and when the centre started getting busier, there were parents with no socks on AND parents with shoes on in the play area… The baby area was terrible! There were food crumbs and dust everywhere, and the soft cushioning was duck taped together. So unsafe for crawlers! My children’s socks were black when we got home!! Anyways, wont be back to this play centre! Go to a different one. They charge $15 for kids over 3.

It is really very busy on weekends. The service was a bit off as there were too many people. The cars play area wasn’t working and kids were a bit disappointed . They should probably have some staff in kids zone as well as some kids were getting hurt from the big slides

2 stars for the kids slides and rides, because they do enjoy it and don’t now better to see how dirty it is! I have been to many indoor parks, but this one I got to say it’s the most dirty, sticky, dusty I’ve seen. Everyone washes their hands, sanitise and change socks before we leave and straight to shower at home. That’s how bad it is! Which is such a shame cause it serves a great deal of kids from neighbouring suburbs it should stand as a quality indoor park for the western area. Please clean it! Just clean it properly, thank you.

Good place for kids. The only suggestion would be - SOMEONE NEEDS TO MONITOR PARENTS AND KIDS ENTERING THE AREA WITH SHOES. I wasnt comfortable letting my baby crawl and play while seeing other people with shoes ON and some of the kids without their socks on. A lady cleaning in the area asked them to take their shoes off after I reported, but they did it again and no one cared! Not being Karen but i guess this is an huge infection control issue. Other than this i would give 4.5 for the service and centre. Added: and kids and parents eating inside the play area. Not hygienic, PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!

Absolutely best playcentre in hoppers crossing area by far. Amazing service, quick food and coffee. My child loves the chips here and nuggets meals. Awesome play equipment.

Immunity building playcentre. My little one will almost always be sick after visiting Crocs. Really dirty and sticky, food all around the play area, dusty. Friendly staff, but oh my goodness cleanliness is terrible 😢 Please hire better cleaners if possible, it’s otherwise a great playcentre with good slides.

Took my six year-old son and he loved his time here. Staff is very welcoming, especially Natalie who was extremely accommodating and helpful. Overall an amazing experience due to the exceptional customer service. ☺️ will definitely be returning soon

Biggest thank you to Liah for fitting my son’s birthday in last minute for a cafe party, She accommodated every need! Her and her lovely staff made a last minute birthday celebration a memorable one. Definitely recommend
