I’ve been meaning to write this review for ages. My daughter was not a patient at the practice but after bein discharged from the mental health unit, was stranded in the carpark on a Sat night unable to get home.Abbi, the lovely receptionist noticed her sitting alone in the dark outside, then went above & beyond to make sure she got home safely. She comforted my daughter who was in agony and made her feel safe. Kudos to the clinic for having great staff -definitely recommending this place!!

Dr. Craig refused to see my 2 yo toddler because ‘she isn’t the regular GP’. As a doctor she should understand that no one books a doctors appointment because they feel like it. We are now left to find another GP appointment or take my son to the ER (and wait uncomfortably for god knows how many hours). I’m sure the business is booming, hoping your conscience will too one day. The reception lady apologetically advised to take my son to the walk in Clinic. Surely, a better option to go to a new clinic altogether than to be seen my one of the GPs in the clinic that has his uuuhealth records. It’s one thing to have no appointments available but to cancel an already confirmed appointment for the most pathetic reason… disgraceful and disgusting.

I am a regular customer to the clinic and l am so happy about my GP. Today l had to take my 5 years old due to a fall happened at school. The receptionist was very blatant saying no walk in visits are allowed without prior bookings and there are walk in clinics in the surrounding areas. I really don’t understand why we have medical centres and receptionists without any human touch. I am absolutely sure the primary duty of a doctor is to care for the sick but the medium of access is blocked by few inhuman souls. Feels very very distressed, hope no one faces this situation again.

I called to inform the receptionist that I was COVID positive and that I expected a phone consultation instead of face to face. The receptionist was so engaging and so grateful that I’d called to inform them . We had some nice banter and ended up by saying that this world simply needs more nice people in it. She was kind, empathetic and dealt with me in a caring and fun loving manner. Despite being sick, this made my day a little brighter

I have been attending with Hoppers Lane GP over 3 years. The management needs to improve their chronic time management issue in this clinic. People are not coming here have a fun such as a cafe or playground. People are sick, things to do and this clinic is not only one clinic in Hoppers Crossing. May be the management should increase the appointment time. It looks like GPs cannot finish their appointment in time frame such as 10 minute appointment time. Pros: Reception is great. I have never got an issue. They were always nice to us. GPs are good and never got any issue. You can get an appointment after hours, which is great. Location, parking and after hours service is OK But... Cons: I am exhausted to wait minimum 20 minutes to see my GP even I am in the clinic in time. They are running late minimum 15 minute and waiting time can go up to 1 hour. It happens sometimes due to emergency patiences, it is OK. But it shouldn't happen almost every single time. Please do not answer my review with your copy paste answer.

You practice is great with some caring doctors, but l can't believe that you cash up on people's well being. Very disappointing that for a mental health plan you have charged $135.00, and it's a 3 page document. It would have been nice if the doctor or staff charging payments advised of this payment before hand. If l knew the price l would have never requested it. What's this world coming to. Duty of care has gone out the window and everyone is out to just to make money. It's no longer help the patient and their well being but instead how we can make some cash. It's plain robbery. I didn't need to pay $225 today , so thank you. I will need to consider my options before coming back.

I’ve been a patient here for nearly 5 years and I’ve always been impressed with the level of service provided by both the reception team & the GP’s. Dr Grogan is a brilliant GP and I’ve always been incredibly happy with the quality of the care I receive from her. The GP is bulk billed and I really appreciate that if you call the centre, there’s an automatic update given on where you are in the call queue.

Hoppers Lane is probably by far the best in Australia . I can’t believe every single GP in this practice is amazing , very polite, the care and concern they show, their diagnosis, the super clean facilities, friendly nurses at the receptions , literally nothing I can fault. Dr Amir is our family doctor we have been seeing for over 7 years or so, and he is not only a great doctor but an amazing human, keeping you informed but at the same time always assuring. A doctor isnt just for medical diagnosis, sometimes they are your allies, your confides, show you the right path, for leading a wonderful and healthy life. Dr Amir is one of them for my family. No wonder he is so popular and his appointments are tough to find. My next recommendations on list would Dr. Musku, Dr. Sogandh, and Dr. Hazrati .. again all three of them treat their patients with so much care and respect. They sense the vibe, talk and reassure things. Wonderful GPs. You will walk out of their room, satisfied with the discussion. My one-off appointments with Dr Louey, Dr Saideh, Dr Renata have also been great. Can’t recommended the place enough !

The best doctors clinic I’ve been to! Dr. Sahari and Dr. Hazrati in particular are amazing doctors that really care. I have been going here for 5+ years.. All staff go above and beyond for myself and my family. The nurses are so kind and everyone works as a team. I have a rare autoimmune disease that flares up randomly, even when they are booked out, they squeeze me in for a phone appointment to get scripts filled so I’m not in pain for too long. Thank you so much for being such a great clinic!

It was my first time here and my experience was amazing. The receptionists were lovely. The waiting area was clean. And Dr. Louey was very kind, caring and gentle while addressing my concerns for my sons eczema. He prescribed two creams, one for the face and one for the body which cleared and improved his skin so much within 2 days! Thank you!

I wont name the doctor specifically but she had no people skills, her care factor was zero, which for a doctor is odd. For someone as qualified and educated as she would be, she lacked communication skills. I felt a bit awkward and puzzled and feeling worse when I left. They cancelled my second appointment an hour before it was due and I had already arranged leave. Now i have to wait a few weeksbefore i get time off to see another doctor (it wont be HLGP). Also, don't bother filling out the online medical form before you go in as you still need to fill out a paper version when you arrive. At least The receptionist was friendly. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

The Hoppers Lane General Practice I highly recommend to anyone looking for a medical centre where all staff go above and beyond to help you with everything you require. I have only ever had positive and so helpful staff look after me, it’s a medical centre that cares for it patients. A special thank you to all the receptionists that work there.

Called today to make an appointment to see my usual doctor only to be told I need to now provide credit card details. I have ongoing medical conditions that I have been consulting with my doctor over recent months and now you suddenly want to charge. My family and I have been patients here for 10 years or more. You want your patients loyalty yet you show no loyalty towards your patients. I asked for a manager to call me back and I’m still waiting. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Great local GPs and has been patients since we moved to the West. The only gripe is only 15min free parking. It used to have 30min free parking. Now even you got there in time for your standard consultation and Dr can see straight away, you would still spend more than 15 min and have to pay $3 for parking. With higher cost of living and we have pay for the GP gap, it does not pass the pub test.

Appreciate that they let me walk in after burning my eye at work. Thought I might need the next day off. Doctor told me it would be OK in a few hours. It's not. Now I'm at work in pain looking like I have pink eye thanks

try to book phone consultation. Got told by the doctor I am not eligible for Medicare because I haven’t been in the medical Centre for 2 years. Would be nice if the receptionist told me when I booked the appointment.

Receptionist was so rude because I couldn’t pay the account until Wednesday it Monday so 2 day I tried to explain she said fine and hung up on me, I’m going through enough right now and this was the last thing I needed it was all I needed to send me over the edge I’ve been crying for about a hour now. A little kindness and understanding goes a long way.

I had a telehealth appointment at 10:20am, the doctor finally calls at 10:35am.I accidentally hung up the call as I took my phone out of my bag. The doctor left a voice messages saying she would call back in 5 minutes, that call never came. When I tried to contact the doctor I was told she would call back when she's available, still no call as of 7:30pm

Reception are always nice, I've managed to get booked same day many times , they accommodated my daughter with an emergency small injury instead of wasting hours at the hospital. I don't have to wait very long once I get there. All the doctors are caring, and wonderful with myself and children. I try to book with Dr pasha. I also like to use the online booking for my regular check ups.

After being brushed off and ignored for years, with my chronic pain and health issues at other drs. I am so glad to have found this clinic. Within 1 appointment a range of tests were ordered and organised. For the first time, I feel listened to. I am so thankful to have found food dr's at Hoppers Lane.

My family have been regulars at Hoppers Lane GP for a few years now, and after recently welcoming our 2nd child to our family, I decided to have a vasectomy. The procedure was performed by Dr Singh and was so quick and easy. Dr Singh and his assistant nurse made me feel very relaxed before and during the procedure. Dr Singh is very professional and I highly recommend anyone considering a vasectomy, to enquire at Hoppers Lane GP first. The procedure is $500 out of pocket after a rebate from Medicare which is very reasonable. I must admit I was quite nervous but honestly there is nothing to worry about. A quick procedure and a few pain killers afterwards, good to go back to work quickly. Thank you Dr Singh 👍🏻

First time attending this practice, and it was such a positive experience! Dr Renata is both a kind and patient GP plus an attentive listener. She is proactive, and genuine in wanting to assist her patients with their health concerns.

Me and my son have been attending this clinic for few months now but we had to rush in with my husband this time without an appointment. The receptionist, nurse and Dr. Hazrati attended to him and went through all the tests and made sure he was doing alright before we left. Thank you so much for helping us out and the adequate care provided.

Dr Louly and nurses are the best. But Indian? receptionist lady was sooo rude. I couldn't understand what she said, I asked "sorry?" then she sighed loudly and then hung up on the phone without answering. I waited 15 minutes for the phone to connect! I felt angry all day that day. Terrible experience!

Everyone is friendly and efficient, no long waiting time, it’s pretty on time each time. The doctors are listening to your concerns properly. Although there is car parking fee, several times I am done within the free parking time frame. Great place

To Dr. Amir, Your medical expertise is truly fantastic, your friendly and knowledgeable makes every visit a pleasure. The warm reception I receive from your team is remarkable. I also adore the beautiful plants in your reception area; they create a calm and soothing environment. Thank you for providing such excellent care. Sarah

Appointment was on time. The doctor asked relevant and targeted questions and provided us with a back up plan and what else we could do, the overall assessment finally helped my son’s breathing. We were very thankful for not being turned away. It helped to have the pharmacy in the same building as we didnt have to go anywhere else.

Tried this clinic as a new patient recently and every encounter I had there were issues. Whether it was incorrect billing from the receptionist, lack of communication (they tell you they will get back to you and never do), the final straw was the Dr prescribing the wrong thing, am still awaiting an apology on that one. Needless to say I won’t be back and recommend others looking for a new clinic to give this one a wide berth.

Visiting my doctor as normal , the doctor and reception were very nice but now there was an extra $30 charge. I'm a casual worker with disabilities education and pay tax. As I'm on school holiday, i have no income at all. So this extra fee does hurt alot.

On entering this clinic I felt comfort space the administrative staff have empathy patience knowledge and understanding. My doctor is a keeper she knows how to put you at ease and listening and acknowledging all your issues and being a Health centre her referrals could be close by I just like the feel and for me that's how I know I can come back bless Kindest Regards Suzanne Vivian

Hoppers Lane General Practice is great. The receptionists are always courteous and helpful. During Covid they ran a very efficient system for giving the vaccines to people.. The two Drs who I have had appointments with work pretty well to time and I have never had to wait too long. So thankyou to everyone who works there, even the cleaners who I have never seen but who keep the place spotless. Happy Christmas Everyone and a great New Year in 2023.

I've been going to Hoppers Lane GP for several years now, always had a great experience even when I can't get in to see my main doctor, Dr Amir Faham. Dr Amir is a fantastic GP and acupuncturist, always takes the time to listen and understand your health concerns, and he made me feel very comfortable as a woman seeing a male GP. One of the most compassionate and dedicated GP's I've found.

Extremely disappointed by the reception staff who didn't spare a min before turning down my 6 year old who had fallen down and was in extreme pain! I very politely advised that - this is our usual clinic but i dont have an appt today but urgently need to see a doc. The first response to this was a straight, "We are not a walk-in". I know that already as it is our usual clinic. Was advised to take my son to another walk- in clinic but they couldn't have tried and put us on stand by or waiting?? The doctors are amazing but not sure if i would like to be treated this way when we need to see a doc. Very poor

Location and services offered is the big plus here. Parking is difficult unless you pay. Always a busy clinic generally a 20 minute wait on average. Plenty of doctors to choose from as it's a big clinic. Bulk billing applies to pensioners. I used to come here when it first opened however I moved away now returned the great little restaurant has gone. Replaced by a kiosk has great coffee. Pharmacy on site. Lots of toilets for patients. However starting to look a little run down needs a brighten up. Which Pharmacy has done. Worth a visit give them a try.

Have been going to hoppers lane GP for myself and my kids for the last 6 years and always had a wonderful experience. All the doctors I’ve seen there are amazing and compassionate including Dr Pasha Hazrati, Dr Amir Faham and Dr Renata Krowka. Always a caring approach and not the type to want you in and out the door for money, they actually listen and help. My only complaint is having to wait days to get an appointment which is tough when kids are sick you want to get in quickly. But aside from that it is a wonderful centre and we are loyal for a reason.

Don't waste your time going to other clinics, just book and come here. From the receptionist, to the doctors to the neighbouring pharmacist, service is top notch, all necessary information is well delivered and there is a level of satisfaction fulfilled after an often much dreaded visit to the doctors. Thank you and keep up the amazing work of being the best clinic in the west by far.

I have booked an appointment with Dr Nusrat Parvin, about skin issue, she was showing on website and asked me to read there itself and charged $125 for sound 7 to 8 mins of consultation . I was so shocked I didn’t even ask many questions and she dragged the time and charged too much . I did not know that for longtime doctor charge more fee. This is not good at all. I have called the receiption to ask why sis they charged more and she said it is doctor wish how much to charge. This is not acceptable

I usually don't leave reviews but need to make an exception as this clinic is by far the best! I can't begin to express how professional and generous these doctors and staff are and the level of care, time and empathy they give.
