😐 You have to be mad to shop here. Everyone is rude and pushy. Stay away as much as possible, and you may end up leaving without having your credit card skimmed and your wheels left on your car. People often mention Coles, shopping, shop, good, Woolworths, shops, great, customer, store, service,

Nice balanced shopping centre.. Good thing about it? You can park close to either coles, or woolworths, or cafe or laundry.. So many entry points having lots of parking available close to entries, makes it convenient as well as safe.. Hope it gets some south-east asian (like Indian) grocery store too.. the one in hoppers junction isn't good. Some specific things, hard to find in other shopping centres: 1. Coles: white and wholemeal flat bread baked right there in front of you and almost daily.. It can essentially replace your roti, or wrap for that matter.. Wish they start baking it earlier and do that till a bit late as it's hard to find any after 6 or half past 6 in the evening by when you leave from office.. 2. Pharmacy: Those nice toshi hats and beanies for kids, hard to find around anywhere else in werribee or wyndham vale.. 3. Fresh produce shop: They have quality veggies and fresh produce at a very reasonable price and there's something for everyone.. especially if you are Indian or Pakistani, They have very nice and fresh okra, fenugreek, white radish, bottle gourd, green chilli tec.. all around the year.. It's worth to travel to their even from manor lakes, leaving big daddy's vegetable shop behind as that shop sells mostly near expiry or rotten produce at comparatively higher price.

The check out operator Sachin was dreadful to deal with .No customer service at all . He was argumentative with the customers in front of me. When my turn came to be served didn't even acknowledge me at all. Then he walked off and out of the store ,as the previous customer left a bag behind so leaving me stranded unable to pay and pack my items . He finally returned , said nothing just awkward silence . I had to ask him to press the button on the check out register so I could finally pay for my items and get the heck out of there . It was a very long drawn out and awkward experience . I won't be going back there any time soon.

One of the few shopping centers has both Coles and woolies under one roof, modern shopping center with all amenities with plenty of car parking. This center is just in the middle of Hoppers crossing next to the hopper crossing train station.

Woolworths customer service at Hopper crossing is 5 stars compared to Coles customer service. I live in Berwick and visited Werribee for the day so naturally my phone battery ran very low and I was looking toward Charing my phone and the Coke customer service was absolutely cold and dismissed me and I have no interest in helping me in any way. I walked into Woolworths and the customer was exceptionally amazing, completely took me off guard and offered to charge my phone if I had a cord which I didn't. They told me to open the charger package and tried it and if it is not suitable then I won't have to pay for it. I was so surprised at how hospitable the customer service was and so pleased and happy they were able to assist me. Thank you so much Woolworths

Store is good, carpark isn't. Council needs to step up and fix it.

This Coles has a pretty good range being that they're one of the larger stores. But don't ever go there for bakery discounts. We (a few friends & myself) call it the Coles Bakery Mafia because there's a worker there (a dude) who literally marks it all down to 11-18c each, but only lets the 2 older dudes get any of the food. It's really really bad. Manager thinks we're 'imagining' it, but we've seen it play out nearly every night for over a year, video footage and all. Ah well, their choice sadly. (But the other workers at this Coles are absolutely awesome & willing to help ANY way they can)

As Coles Werribee never has whatever I want in stock, I have begun making the trip to the Coles store in Hoppers Crossing. It is MASSIVE! The aisles are wide, the ceiling high and the staff really friendly. The whole shopping centre is very clean and inviting. The green grocers have some amazing specials and I always come away with more than I went in for. My one gripe is having to get past the beggars who plant themselves at the entrance near to Woolworths. If they can afford smokes and tattoos, they needn't be begging.

This used to be a dated shopping centre, but with Coles coming in and some modernisation it is now an attractive place. It has a Woolworths too and a good green grocer.. one or two cafes as well. Generally complete and good for household shopping. Parking on Coles side and the access is just there and so convenient. Also a great place to do Coles online, you don't have to even get out of the car. Don't know about the Woolworths side.
