Usually dubious of going into this store because of the price but today I went in and got some great clothing that you can tell had the quality and the staff member that served me was fantastic. He was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and great at his job. He made you feel comfortable while keeping efficient. I will be returning soon to get some more clothes.

The manager, Conner, welcomed me into his store with open arms and a huge smile. The instant he realised I was a huge fish out of water and needed more help than anyone had to give he was with me every step of the way. His honesty, reassurance and presentation of his store was all beyond excellence status. I cannot thank him enough for helping me out of my situation.

Terrible customer service at this werribee store, went in there wanting a full wedding outfit. both team members working couldn’t be bothered leaving their phone alone or leaving the counter , we were the only customers in store as well. i’ll be buying my suit jacket and pants online from another retailer now as the service was so poor

We went in today to buy fathers day presents for our dad/grandad whilst shopping the male service representative informed us of a promotion where if you spend $200 you get a $50 voucher. We arrived at the register with $199.96 worth of products, we asked the women "Holly" about the promotion so we could spend a little more to get us over the $200 when she told us we had to spend $300, we asked her to check for us 3-4 times and was refused. We paid our $199.96 and went on our way. When we saw we were in fact correct with the promotion we went back in and asked for our voucher, the 2 sales representatives both struggled to help us, after some snobby remarks we got what we thought was the voucher was in fact 25% off next purchase over $100. Extremely frustrated because we asked Holly and offered to buy more things for the promotion only for them to not honour it, now our very special grandad misses out on an extra fathers day suprise due to the lack of care of the service reps at Johnny Bigg Werribee. I have photos of recipets for the person at Johnny Bigg who wishes to see the trouble we went through today.

This is a great place for the bigger guy, they have a lot on offer. Staff left us to do our thing. As they were to busy talking amongst them selves. Service was appalling and unhelpful. I don't recommend this store. As they don't honour what is online and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. I strongly believe if the staff aren't happy with their job? Then move on, as you are not doing any favours for the Brand. I even sent a friend in to get me something a few days later and she agreed the service is poor. I did contact customer service and I have had no response? 10/09/22 It's been 2 weeks since I contacted customer service and still no reply?? Why would they ask you to contact them ? If they have no intention of contacting you back... extremely poor.

As they have the local market for larger or longer outfits its overpriced and the quality is ok but not as good as Sires

I visited the store early Sunday morning, the service was great with a great understanding what I was after 

I bought a coat and shirt and 30% off both of them and I was happy with my purchase and looking forward for more sales from Johnny Bigg cheers happy shopping

I just recently found this store with my girlfriend and have found Eve to be the best help 10/10 service and help us find what we need on 3 visits in the lady 4 months. Thanks JBs and Eve.

I have to say the best service I've ever recieved at a men's clothing store has been at this establishment by Ozz. From the first meeting with him when he organised my outfit to his advice with now my new wardrobe. I love his style and his genuine advice on more than just clothes.... You kill it Ozz.

I recently shopped at johnny bigg werribee plaza and had an outstanding experience. The staff member Holly was very helpful with pairing outfits and was just overall super friendly! I will definitely shop here again. Not to mention the quality of the clothes i bought. 100% recommend

Sami has given me top notch service every time Ive gone in. She remembered me after only one time going in there and it had been months since I had shopped there. She has also been amazingly tactful and supportive of me in the process of transitioning and helping me find my new masculine style and changed my name in their system without any hassles or holdups or mention of my previous name. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! Definitely a stellar recommendation for amazing customer service and making me feel safe and welcomed.

It was great buying product from Johnny big Werribee. The manager Peter is great and has awesome customer service as well as the product is very good. I am looking forward to buy products from them.

There were 2 sales representatives but no one bothered to help. My husband asked one representative for help but he didn't seem to be interested in helping.

l always dealt with great staff here, they were terrific, helpful and had a better sense of style than I did. Definitely recommend and will be back.

The staff were uncharacteristically rude. Im not sure why. I always spend hundreds when I go there. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Good clothing though

Shulay and Lauren (sorry if I got the names wrong!) Went above and beyond for my fiance and I while shopping for our bridal party! We went in for a pair of pants and a pair of shoes and walked out buying for the groom and ALL the groomsmen! The quality of service and quality of clothing made it hard to pass up an opportunity like this. They ran around the store finding everything we needed and never made us feel we had put them out.
