This hotel was absolutely amazing! Cree at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was awesome. We even caught the social with complementary wine with an impressive spread. Our kids enjoyed the pool! We stayed a little longer so we use the complementary laundry which was more than I expected. 10/10 def recommend!

Scared and shaken to find a bed bug crawling on my pillow during my one night stay on Aug 10, 2023. Scooped it with a paper plate and took it to the front desk. I told the clerk privately, he didn't even seem surprised, asked if I wanted another room and then said he would tell the General Manager in the morning. I said I'd call back once I searched the room. In my opinion, no need of getting another room in a hotel infested with bed bugs, could get a worse room. Once I called back he said again he'd let the GM know...but didn't take any of my information, nothing. Not even what room I was in. That told me that the hotel was aware of this problem, and I got proof throught looking at other reviews on this hotel. Others have experienced bed bugs with pictures. I would not stay here again, ever.

Not a bad place to stay! The mattress is amazing, I wonder if they will notice me packing it a Honda Pilot? The room is sizable enough for two people. It could use a little updating. There aren’t any ISB ports in the lamps or outlets. We are pretty close to a bigger busy roadway and there is no traffic noise that I can hear from the room. The breakfast is outstanding! It runs for three hours each morning. The manager’s appreciation dinner on Wednesday was very nice! I would suggest staying at a Homewood Suite.

Me and my son stayed here. We absolutely loved our stay. My son loved the hot tub. We enjoyed the clean accommodations. The staff was amazing. They were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

When I travel for work, I always look for hotels that have a kitchenette and offer breakfast. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a very pleasant young man at the front desk. I was pleasantly surprised as I entered my room. The rooms are very spacious. This place even had the two burner stove top with pots and pans. They no longer clean the rooms daily but, it was cleaned on the day that I chose. I really enjoyed the fact that on every Wednesday evening, they have happy hour (1.5 hours). This was a nice touch and the staff was very attentive and interacted with the guests. Any time that I am going to be in this area for work, I will most definitely make this my home.

Great place! Awesome facility and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was the best I've ever had a restaurant like this. There is plenty to do a short drive away and an awesome taco joint right around the corner. It's certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a room in the area.

We recently stayed here while my daughter was seeing her specialists at Cook Children's Hospital. The hotel is extremely close to the hospital, so it makes for a really convenient stay. The hotel was really clean, the parking was relatively secure, and there's an artificial putting green by the pool! Our room was a double-queen suite. Very spacious room for a family of 5. The pull out couch was comfortable enough, the sink outside of the main bathroom was really helpful, and the full-size fridge in the kitchenette was a huge plus. You can walk to multiple eateries from the hotel as well. We will try to stay here for all of our future appointments for sure.

Have stayed here several times and absolutely loved it every time. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, cooperative, the breakfasts are insanely delicious and there are dozens of options. The room is always clean, quiet, and the pool is refreshing and the hot tub is always hot. There's a gentleman who cleans there that inspires me every time I see him. He always has a hello, I from the comment and always wishes me well everytime I see him. I wish we all were as happy as this gentleman. He certainly reminds me that happiness is a choice and I always leave happier than when I arrived because of him. No matter if I see him cleaning the hallway or washing the windows, he always is cheerful and uplifting. Every hotel needs a gentleman like this.

Please please update your policy to NOT permit any animals in the kitchen/breakfast area. Dog shed hairs, and they can get into the food. I know animals are great companions, but this isn't considerate to others. Don't get me wrong, staff is awesome, but they are responsible for ensuring rules are followed.

I would give this location more than 5 stars, if I could! The staff was incredibly friendly, the facility was sparkling clean, our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Everything about our stay was top notch! This is our new go-to place when we are in the area.

Our stay was very comfortable and all the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The day we stayed, the pool was closed due to maintenance and the staff (specifically the woman manager whose name I forgot) made it a point to call their sister hotel and allow us (family of 6) to use their indoor pool. It truly saved the day and my kids had so much fun. I really appreciated how kind and helpful all the staff were and how concerned they were for my kids and our comfort. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in a 2 Queen 1 sofa bed room, with a kitchenette and it was so nice and accommodating. The location is so close to the interstate and food and shopping. We could literally walk to several different restaurants and little shops. Also the zoo is just a few blocks away. We will definitely be staying here again!

First the location was great! Check-in with Eric was Awesome! The atmosphere in the building was Elegant! The Room was Comfortable and Very Home Like Breakfast was Delicious! Our Overall Experience was Fabulous! Zero Complaints and we are Returning Tomorrow!!😃

We used this location for all of our wedding guests and could not be more pleased. Hillot and his staff were both attentive and accommodating to everyone in our group. The location is awesome to visit downtown Fort Worth, the Stockyards, and of course you cannot beat being able to walk to a Torchy's Tacos!

I enjoyed this spot tremendously. Close or central to the places I needed to go. Very clean and staff was very polite and professional. Great for a family, due to the rooms are large and comfortable.

Everything about this place is amazing and wonderful. , me and my family go here often due to my medical reasons. And this hotel has the most lovely and amazing staff. A while ago we we're just a few short of getting another night, and they gave it to us on the house because I had another appointment that day. The staff is so wonderful and amazing to talk to. And everything about this place can feel like a get away home, the beds are comfortable, the pull out bed is amazing, technology best wifi I've seen tbh. Love it and I highly recommend it, this staff has made a really scary and challenging part of my life so relaxed and easy.

It's easy to get to and convenient. The pool can get crowded. There was sticky liquid on our carpet when we checked in. The breakfast was delicious. All of the staff has been friendly and attentive. I would stay here again.

I love having an equipped kitchen and living room with a sofa and chair. Our TV would not work, and we could have called about it, I'm sure, but just decided we'd play cards instead. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but it smelled really good. We did use the pool and it was wonderful except this hotel is right by the main train depot in Fort Worth, so the trains were really close to the pool and loud. Everything was clean, the beds were a little hard, but comfortable. The location is very good.

Will definitely stay at this Hotel Again,Great Staff ,only one suggestion is at Breakfast they need more than one tray because sometimes if there's more than one person to a room they may want to have breakfast In Bed this way it would be much easier to take your breakfast up on a tray.

Great hotel with nice big clean rooms and plenty of amenities. Excellent breakfast both mornings. Nice pool with pool side corn hole and putting green. Close walk to Jason's Deli and Torchy Tacos. Recommend this hotel for business or leisure!

I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone. From management down to staff, it's been wonderful! They even went above and beyond and when they learned we had a new addition to our family we came back to a bouquet of my wife's favorite flowers and a sincere card wishing us congrats! Who does that! We really love this place and would stay here anytime for sure.

The weekend of Sept 17th, I had booked a block of rooms for our son's wedding. We ended up with almost 40 rooms and all of our guests were pleased with the accommodations. The hotel made the meeting room off of the lobby available for us the entire weekend. We were able to set up snacks and drinks for our guests to access all weekend. It was a great meeting place for all of us before and after the wedding and reception. The hotel secured the room by locking it when no one was present so we didn't have to clean up until the very last day. Everything about our experience with the property was first rate. The event planner was exceptional and all of the staff were helpful and courteous while we were onsite. I would highly recommend this property for anyone needing rooms for out of town guests and family.
