Perfectly located right next to AT&T Stadium. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge bar was a great place to unwind. And the room was very, very comfortable. Oh, and there was a cafe there as well, great people behind the counter, and good food and coffee. Definitely booking there again for any future Cowboys games.

This hotel is absolutely the most fabulous hotel I have stayed in and all of my 15 years of traveling around the world as a government contractor. If you are going to Dallas, especially to any sporting event at the AT&T stadium or at the Globe life park, this is the hotel to stay at. It is a 4 star hotel, however I feel it is easily at the 5 star level. Bellhop, concierge, Valet service and an abundance of restaurants and bars inside and outside.... large jumboscreens, music, WOW, you can easily find a spot and make it place your own .....dancing water fountains and plenty of lawn space to lay or play on. Family friendly or a couples hot spot. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone coming to Dallas. It is not a Marriott or super 8 or La Quinta, it is a hotel where you can wine and dine and feel as if you are royalty. It costs more, but you get a LOT more ....well worth the price! I will definitely stay here many more times in the future.

Wow, what can I say I feel completely disrespected and discriminated against. I went to there job fair that was put out on the news. The first day I showed up I got rained on. It was storming so bad I was soaking wet yet, I still held my head up and sat there for hours while no one called my name, even though I signed in. I spent my last dollars literally on gas to go to this job fair and printed out resumes. Since my name was taking hours to get called and I was soaking wet, I decided to leave and come back the next day since the weather may be better and I can show up earlier before it starts and get a good spot. So I did I came in with a smile on my face and try again, I was greeted by a gentleman and I did two interviews. Both people told me I did a great job they were moving me onto the next level. The guy told me because I had no experience in front desk that he thinks I should start at the smaller hotel into which he’s told me he will pass my information on to the manager there so she can get me started. They told me they would reach out to me through email. Time passed by no one reached out, so I started to call, they told me… “Oh, we don’t have any information on you.” They basically threw my papers out and everything that I did went to waste. To advertise a job fair as a all hiring event, and then mistreat the people who come there and give you their time Is tacky. It put a really bad taste in my mouth not only did it hurt my pockets, but it put me through a lot of stress because I went out of my way to apply for these jobs and wasted two days !!! Yes two whole days trying to get hired ! I got rained on & cold (sick ) just for them to tell me they don’t even remember who the hell I am where my paperwork is .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Live by Loews in Arlington, TX and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. The hotel itself is stunning, with modern and stylish decor throughout. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop pool and bar. The views from up there were breathtaking, and the pool area was well-maintained and inviting. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The location of Live by Loews is also a major plus. It is conveniently situated near many popular attractions, including AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Park. There are also plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance, making it easy to experience all that Arlington has to offer. The staff at Live by Loews truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations, and their attention to detail was evident in every interaction. Overall, I highly recommend Live by Loews in Arlington, TX. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this hotel offers a luxurious and comfortable experience that is sure to exceed your expectations.

I cannot lie but we had the best time ever at this hotel not only because of their clean rooms, location, 5 star dining and bar but also mainly for their 5 star service. I cannot express how nice they were from their valet to their customer representative at the front desk. I want to give a big shout out to Edgar and Felicia helping me with the check in and also another person which I cannot recall the name. Starts with a M. She was also outstanding. I cannot wait to come back to Dallas to experience another stay at this hotel. Best hotel I have ever been to! - Amex cardholder

I enjoyed the hotel. Stayed for business. Was charged $189.00 after I left claiming I drank 1 water and incidentals of smoking. I don't smoke. I am a non smoker. Front desk refused to direct me to anyone and to help me further. I will be filling complaints with corporate and with other authorities. I've been in the hotel industry as an executive for over 25 years. This is truly unexceptable

I had a fantastic stay here after attending a rangers game. The check out rush plus the new guests trying to check in to their room early before the game makes for a busy and hectic time. But the valet ran as efficiently as possible and the front desk also kept the lines moving and were very accommodating to allow me to check in a few hrs early and upgrading my room to the 12th floor. It's so conveniently located and the hotel is very nice and has awesome features and views, such as the pool and outdoor bar that is between the hotel and the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. All of the staff gave us excellent care and service but I want to specifically mention the entire valet service - these young men were professional, courteous, and consistent with excellent service; and the staff member who greeted us each morning as we entered breakfast in the ballroom was a delight. Her genuine smile and gracious greetings were a beautiful way to start the morning. As was the delicious breakfast and delicious coffee served in the ballroom. It is a beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend!

We came in the day after a Cowboys game for a conference. You would never know it. It is unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars. I am pretty particular especially with hotels. I couldn't find anything wrong ! The rooms are super clean, comfortable and just fabulous. The beds are lush and comfortable with high quality beddings including comforters. The bathrooms have the extra things like q-tips and cotton balls and plush floor mat. They really thought everything. This hotel is also safe. You have to use your key card to get to your floor regardless of which floor you're on. The entire staff deserve a raise...they are friendly, professional, know what they are doing, great at what they do and offer the best! The location to the stadiums couldn't be better! The restaurant and bar within the hotel won't disappoint!

Overall this was a great place to stay. The staff was awesome and the hotel was very nice. Loved hanging outside with the kids on the lawn and in the pool. We had a basic queen room and it was just that, a clean comfortable basic hotel room. Nothing really notable about the room, but the beds were very comfortable. The one complaint I have about this property is that it was very loud outside. There are different audio sources....multiple sports going on at different bars and music as well. It all mixes together to become noise in many areas and is just a bit annoying. On Saturday night we went to sit outside and there was audio from a baseball game that wasn't even playing on any nearby screen being blasted...I mean it was really loud...into the Clover Club outdoor bar area. Once the game ended it switched to the audio from the local news. We had gone to sit by the fountain thinking it would be nice relaxing place to have a drink but ended up leaving and walking elsewhere because it was so loud, and I didn't really want to hear about the latest shooting that took place in the area that day while trying to relax with my family. That night the noise from Texas Live just across the walkway was super loud. I had tried to go to bed around 10:30 PM because I had to be up by about 6:30 the next morning. The bass from whatever was going on over there kept me up until 1 AM and I think I finally was able to relax and fall asleep around 2 AM. If sleep is important to you, I'd suggest making sure you have a room that is on the side facing AT&T stadium and not Texas Live! Other than the noise, I really liked this place. The staff and service were great!

I cannot say enough about this boutique hotel. Every single staff member is kind, warm, and hospitable. The food is AMAZING! I don’t know who their chef is but I send my regards! The bar downstairs, all of the comfortable seating, live music and huge screen are awesome! They will continue to have my business again and again. I rented my son and his friends a huge suite for an event and all the kids were treated very well. I was nervous about that because young black teenage boys tend to be judged more harshly than their counterparts. Not here! Thank you Live! Perfection as always!

We only stayed one night but I wish we could have stayed longer! What made this hotel the best was the staff, everyone was so incredibly friendly, nice and helpful. The rooms were perfectly clean, breakfast was great and the bar was comfortable and welcoming. Would absolutely stay at the Live Loews again!

Make sure to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! We chose this hotel because we were attending a Rangers home game. Our experience at this hotel was AMAZING! The valet and bellmen were attentive and helpful in answering our questions and making friendly conversation. At checkin, we were offered cold beverages. There are lots of areas to socialize and enjoy before and after the game. Oh and the room service carrot cake (pictured here) was FABULOUS. We cannot WAIT to return to Live! by Loews!!

We love staying here. The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff are present, attentive and makes sure your needs are met. Cut & Bourbon has an amazing breakfast and brunch. During the summer, the pool experience is spectacular. My three children loved it. Also, you have access to numerous food choices within walking distance. This will continue to be my go to hotel if staying in the DFW area.

We had a great experience at Lowes. The valet and bell desk were prompt and helpful from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The valet wait time was less than 2 minutes, each time we requested our vehicle (and we requested it a lot), that was super impressive. Our check-in was swift and we were in our room with our luggage in about 10 minutes from the time we arrived. The room was nice, close to your basic hotel room, but clean. Bed was comfortable. Coffee machine with single pour water bottles provided. Storage for your clothes. Spacious bathroom and shower. Our room overlooked the pool and AT&T Stadium. We will definitely stay here again!

Love this brand. The rooms are spacious with super comfortable bed. Great large walk in shower with large soft absorbable towels. I had an amazing view of the att/ Cowboys stadium the pool area and I could view the water light show daily from my window. The rooms are very quiet. The staff is amazing and restaurantes on sight are really good. The valet parking is a bit expensive at $40 a day but you can self park across the street in the garage for cheaper.

We were in town for Red Zones games at the stadium. Initially booked at Embassy Suites near the airport, checked in to find a disgusting, old, dirty room that reeked of mold. Immediately left and booked a room here at Live! Oh my gosh what a difference. Hotel is clean, modern, right next to the stadium. Has an awesome outdoor area! Will be staying here when we come back next year.

Enjoyed a business stay at this hotel. The proximity to Rangers and Cowboys is a huge plus. Hotel rooms were nice with a baseball art flair. Service was good as well as the food. Meeting rooms and main area were nicely laid out. Close to Live which hosts a Revolver Brewery. (Big thumbs up). Will be back.

I just wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Edwin for being so helpful, kind and responsive on Thanksgiving! My wife and I were staying in a house a few miles away and decided to ride our scooters to the hotel, Thanksgiving lunch, before heading to the Cowboys game. There was a misunderstanding in previous communications with the hotel, that we'd be able to store our scooters in the valet closet--but it turns out we wouldn't be allowed to, because of fire risk (lithium batteries). But Edwin came up with a solution to help us store our scooters in a secure location, by their loading docks. He even gave me his number and told us to text him when we were on our way back from the game, so he could open the gate and be waiting for us, where our scooters were stored. Top notch customer service--you saved the day Edwin! Thank you!!

Wonderful stay, great room. Because of its' location to the stadium, we didn't have the ability to get small things, such as snacks, sodas, etc. late night. The cafe closes too early. Outside of that (which is minor), great place to stay for the sporting venues.

Called the Hotel to ask a few questions about rooms & such. A wonderful lady named Sam helped me with everything! She was very kind and helpful over the phone. She is the reason I made my reservation! Thank you Sam, will be back!

Truly next level experience and service level. Loved the live artists in the bar, and the churros accompanied with thick chocolate/caramel/crunchy sides plus ice cream were to die for. We are already planning a return visit in the summer just for this hotel, in order to experience the pool in addition to the rest of the ambience. Can't recommend this hotel, including the amazing employees and service, highly enough.

Great new hotel with a variety of activities to dine and hang out. A couple of things that prevents the 5 star was the surprise charge on my card for an extra night plus $100. I called and was told it would fall off after a few days. This would be good to tell people at checkout. Oh, and $28 to self park was a little too steep as well.

I came for dinner with a few friends who were staying at the hotel. I just want to shout out the valet team, Ronald Williams was very kind and welcoming. Directing me to the restaurant and making sure my dinner went well. The attendant retrieving my car, was fast and had my car around in no more than 5 min, I believe his name was Jorge. You guys have a great team, especially with those guys being the first you interact with.

Very nice rooms, and good customer service. Here on a business trip. Weird part…toilet was malfunctioning as tank wouldn’t fill fully with water to flush, which required me to remove the tank each time I needed to flush to manually hold the pump. Don’t ask me how I know how to do this, my grandfather and uncle were plumbers and this helped me a little. I personally was too busy to have them come into my room to fix it so I made them aware of the issue when I checked out. I was only there for 2 nights so I sucked it up and got my hands dirty. Oh well, I’d still stay again. Beautiful hotel property!

  • 4/5 Elizabeth F. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to stay with comfortable bed and a very clean environment. The "no outside food/drink" policy was strictly enforced. A bag of M&Ms prompted staff come up to us with the placard that read "no outside food/drink" to tell us to put them away, which felt a bit excessive. Especially when our company spent thousands of dollars on drinks/food from them that night.

This Hotel gets a 5-Star rating! Hotel was immaculate! All Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning folks actually came and CLEANED the room and did an exceptional job. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and would stay again.

Really REALLY nice place! Someone else left a great review and I agree with them 100% (Beef and Broccoli Life) love that’s it’s so close to the AT&T Stadium. Rooms are clean, with nice views! Wish the room had a full body length mirror as well as some drawers! Iron was a nightmare. They sent us a “brand new one” was just as bad, leaking water everywhere. Parking for game day is cheap! $38 a night as long as you check out the day AFTER the game which I totally get. Bar in lobby is amazing with a huge TV. Bartender was rude when I asked if they make specialty drinks. Sucks that during game day they only offer buffet and it’s over $50 per person. The other small place to eat is “ok” and I have not tried Cut & Bourbon so I can’t judge. But overall it’s a great place will deff stay again! During the summer it’s even better b/c they have soooo many outdoor bars!

  • 4/5 Brett H. 1 year ago on Google
Cool ambiance in the heart of Dallas sports. Location was epic! Clean and friendly staff but also very strict about bringing alcohol in. My roommate tried to bring in a six pack to enjoy and they made him put it back in his car. Restaurants were classy and came with a cost. Bourbon selection was good. Pool area was 10/10 except service was lacking. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

If you are looking for a bargain, this isn’t the place for you. We stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday when there weren’t any sporting or entertainment events going on. The hotel is very clean, the staff pleasant, our room faced the entertainment area (which I liked) and our floor had a baseball theme which was appropriate. It’s an easy walk to AT&T and Globe life stadiums. It would be a blast to stay on game day when all the restaurants and bars are open but just know that it will be crowded and loud and you may not be able to sleep if you are facing the restaurant side or are on one of the lower floors. On non-game days not all the restaurants in Texas Live! are open. Overall, it’s just bar food, the service wasn’t the best and the food was meh. The next day we ate at the hotel bar; the bartender was efficient and friendly, the food came out exactly right and the atmosphere and view was pleasant. They have a coffee shop in the lobby which serves breakfast, lunch and beautiful desserts; we did not partake either morning as the line to order was short but the person behind the counter had to take the order, ring you up & then prepare the beverage and food, one order at a time. The property, landscaping and patio areas are well kept and provide a perfect setting for an evening stroll. There were couples, singles and families walking around and it felt very safe. They have hook ups for electric cars in the parking garage across the street. We parked our own car and walked across the street to the hotel, it was easy but we pack light.

Great experience. Customer service was wonderful. Edwin helped me out of a jam with his personal coffee supply and security found one of our lost phones which they promptly returned. Nice to see rooms being cleaned regularly instead of every few days like some chains are doing. Tyler, Ashley, Alecia, & Daniel are awesome at the bar. We will be back!

I had a great first experience at this hotel. Every staff member I had an encounter with was very friendly and welcoming. I can't remember her name but the young lady who checked me in (~4:30 on 6/20/23..I really want to give her acknowledgement) even greeted me by name when I saw her hours later that evening. The room was very clean, bed was soft and comfortable and the view was great. Next time I'm in the area I'll be staying here again.

Ate breakfast at Cut and Burbon before we left. Patrick was great! He made my trip with just his kindness and overall personality. Would only come back to eat but not to stay. Arrived early for a ballgame but would not check me in 1 hr early to freshen up after the drive in. Offered to upgrade me to get me checked in but then told me nothing was available. Went and parked at the field for the game. After the game, came back to check in and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. Not now!!! Went downstairs to eat for dinner and was informed they couldn't feed us because we didn't have a reservation. Wow. Not sure if I will come back. The room itself was nice, but pricey $$$$$. This was for my birthday trip..... NOT HAPPY. Couldn't check it early and couldn't eat.

Stayed here for a company meeting. Really cool and nice hotel. I normally prefer Marriotts, but did enjoy my stay here. It feels a bit isolated but the hotel and surrounding venues have almost anything you could need. I would stay here again! Seems great especially if you are into Dallas sports. We did not partake in any of that.

  • 5/5 Glory C. 1 year ago on Google
Such a fun place! Great location. We didn't come for a game or anything just a night out. We enjoyed drinks & dessert at the bar and they were suberb! Would definitely come back for those. The rooms were nice very clean and hey you get the view of color changing fountains and the at&t stadium. Pretty cool! We'll definitely be back hopefully to catch a game next time though i really wouldn't want to bring our kids to a place like this.

This hotel has absolutely the best staff I've ever seen! Upon my arrival, the shower in my room leaked onto the bathroom floor so I threw down some towels and notified the front desk. By the time I returned from a short walk down the street to WalMart, my room was not only dry and tidied up, but they had even installed a new threshold to the shower. They even had the foresight to leave new towels! This was just the beginning of what ended up being an all around amazing stay! Clean, courteous, helpful, attentive, and friendly. Though it was my work that paid for this trip, I will be personally staying here any time I am in the area as well.

I visited Arlington for a work conference which was held at Live by Loews. We also stayed here. The hotel is clean, smells amazing, rooms are cozy and quiet. The team is very friendly and welcoming, especially the concierge who took my bags to my room for me. The market in the lobby has a coffee bar and food that is open until 10pm, which is nice. Due to weather we had to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay in the same rooms at the last minute. The area around the hotel is awesome, and the view of the pool and AT&T stadium was a plus! Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and need top notch accommodations.

The rooms have all the small extra touches - wide showers, bath mats, closet with drawers. The check-in process was so quick on my phone and the room was ready early, if you tell them your arrival time. The grounds have an immaculate restaurant with staff who are very attentive. There is an easy walkway to either sports arena. You get what you pay for and Live by Loews does not disappoint!

The experience walking in was amazing. They had live music going, the bar staff was lively and friendly. Menu is a bit pricey, but this is a higher class hotel/experience. The proximity to AT&T Stadium has to make this a supreme spot for concerts and sporting events. The room when we walked in was set to 70° and the a/c cooled it off to the desired temp expeditiously. The room had a fridge which is surprisingly difficult to find now a days. They had complimentary robes, which was a nice touch. I enjoyed a nice Double Johnny Walker Blue neat and the live music.
