Only one otter will be allowed out of its enclosure to engage with a group of around 8 guests and I barely got to interact with it. I am not sure whether these otters are given the proper care they require but I know that they seemed very stressed interacting with guests they have never seen before. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone and greatly regret supporting it myself.

Great experience feeding and playing with the otters. We were hesitant at first because of a few negative reviews we saw but are glad we went to see for ourselves after. The otters seemed to be very well taken care of. We could barely get a picture of wasabi because she was so full of energy running from person to person grabbing snackies and playing with toys. The other otter was more relaxed and very attached to the staff that were there. He kept trying to cuddle with her and nap but it was good to see that they love their caretakers. There were another two otters that we didn't interact with, but that was because they were busy making babies.. which they were not shy about. Lol. If you hear weird noises it's probably from these lovebirds.
