Great place. Extremely helpful and tolerant staff, good variety of room types from cheap and cheerful to full-on fancy. Decent food and bar and good views over the town. Steep walk up the hill, but shuttle bus available for trips to the heliport etc.

For the remote location, this hotel met or exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were decently appointed, and the food and bar surprisingly good. The buffet meals exceeded our expectations, and wifi was good in the bar. The view of the town and water is lovely. What a scenic view from our room and the public areas! The staff is very friendly. We are so fortunate to have stayed here and been to Tasillaq.

We stopped here for a drink break during our hike around Tasilaq. Very attentive service, delightful ambiance, and incredible views of the town and the Alps across the fjord, due to the hotel's highly perched position above town. Only a ten-minute climb from the centre of town but oh so well worth it! They accept credit cards and have tap-and-pay.
