New year 2024 with Cruz family from SA TX And Having Mrs Cruz Birthday Singing at VIP room Karaoke.

The view was great,you can see lokon mountain from this hotel I like this hotel design,when i arrived in this hotel i go to front desk for check in,we must deposit 100k.i ask to get 2 key but the staff told me if i want get 2 keys,i must deposit another 100k.relatif fast when i check in.i like their swimming pool too.overall i like this one from outside.when i enter the room,it look quite big.the lighting in room i thougt too little so not too bright and vibes like creepy one.overall i like their room till ingo to bathroom,the towel looks dirty and smells not good.the mat looks old and damaged,the floor and wall at bath side was dirty.in the morning they provide breakfast for 2 people/room.they bring me fried rice with fish,sausage,and chicken.the taste was good for me,they bring me 2 glass orange juice i thought.beside it,they bring me fruits too. Overall i like design this hotel but not the cleanliness

I would recommend this hotel... The view of Mt Lokon is super clear. I once complaint about smells in the toilet but hotel staff reacted quickly and turn the whole room into flowers scented. It's awesome...

Nice Swimming pool with good mountain view

+The lobby is great which is have the Lokon Mountain view. + Nice pool with cold water. - first time visited it was very dissapointed when there is no food at 9pm+ at lobby and restaurant (january 2019) and Women toilet next to the lobby like the smell of sewers (early february 2019). - there is no signal on basement, you have to go to the lobby to still connected.

Lounge music live mantap

The view was great with cool breeze. But....... Wifi as slow as snail, mini fridge was locked, pool was open for public so it's not recommend to use it on weekends because it's full of people and the water was dirty. Breakfast was so-so. I found bugs swimming on their bread rack.

The service was bad. Went there for dinner with my family. My brother order Coke and no stock so he changed to other soft drink, again no stock. Which they should have told us before we order. The food took 1 hour, there was a lot of people at their swimming pool at around (5-7pm) kids screaming, splashing oh and it is not expensive to swim there (it cost JUST 10k) but no thank you. The only thing that was nice there was the view of mount lokon.

Nice place, but you can't lock the toilet at ur own room.

A good place for casual karaoke. There are usually food and drink to be ordered, though they have limited options. Prices are just average for such establishment.

A good and quite place near Lokon mountain. Nice swimming pool , great food , really comfotable room , two terrace for 1st floor rooms , good service , good place for karaoke (need to add more songa tho) and affordable price with all the services. I will give 5 stars if only you have bathtub.

New resort so all look good and nice view and the weather about 22°c evening and 15-18°c at night. Plus they cafe have a good price. So don't worry 🤭

I went with my family and just checked out. 6 room for 14 pax. The ambience was perfect with Lokon Mountain view, I love it. Morning breeze was the best. But in the evening before we sleep there’s a lot of black ants around the bed which my husband need to stay a bit awake cautions of the bugs and ants will go up to our baby. I called the receptionist ask for extra pillow, they said it’ll charge 30k rupiahs, ok, I called twice but the pillow never come. Overall the service was VERY BAD. Nobody smile. All the staff. Very not nice. I went with family so there’s kids and extra 2 pax and they’re watching us in breakfast table like we’re a thief. Lol. We paid the extra breakfast tho. There is no welcome gesture from A to Z.
