A Fusion of Asian deliciousness! Fabulous little restaurant serving amazing out of the box sharing plates. Recommend doing the tasting menu, full of surprises and very tasty. Consists of 10 courses so make sure you’re hungry. The whole experience was well worth the travel to Aldinga, definitely going back.

It doesn't disappoint. We came here on a Thursday night for the banquet. The staff were flawless, food exceptional and the atmosphere was electric. Really enjoyed our experience at The Little Rickshaws amd would love the go back at some point.

Got to be one of the best meals I’ve had. Beautiful clean fresh flavoursome food, absolutely delightful! Sat outside for lunch on a spring day made the setting great. Accomodating for dietary requirements with notice, pleasant staff with great attitudes. Highly recommended.

This place is a GEM! 💎 Go immediately! It came highly recommended by a friend, who drove us up from the city to try it. And it did not disappoint! Gorgeous setting, warm and welcoming. For a beach suburb (Aldinga) it was toasty in the middle of winter. We did the very generous and thoughtfully priced Feed Me menu as we were a table of 5. I'm sitting here writing this full as a goog! 🥚 The servings were not large, but the options kept coming. Reminded us of a great Yum Cha...except modern and contemporary. The owner operator came and talked us through a few of the dishes, and he spoke with passion and excitement. Can't recommend enough!

Excellent experience in a rustic, unexpected environment. Such care and creativity was put into each course. Don’t be fooled by the atmosphere, this is high end dining. The pomelo & green mango on Shiso leaf , toasted coconut & dried shrimp & cashews was spectacular as was the slow braised beef short rib. Would highly recommend. Compliments to the little rickshaw team.

An absolutely incredible meal, my group of seven friends enjoyed the banquet and some local wines. We originally had a Thursday booking that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to maintenance, however the restaurant was able to squeeze us in for a late lunch a few days later, and even included a complimentary bottle of wine for our trouble. Amazing service! The espresso martini was incredible, such a lovely pairing with our meal! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back next time we’re in town! Thank you 😊

This is East Asian inspired small plates in a funky space. You get the set menu - ours was adjusted for pescatarians. Not everything worked perfectly - but it was always original and ambitious. The fish was particularly good as were the desserts. Great wine options. And everything was humming.

Great food and great company in a cozy setting. Love the eggplants, the Hiramasa sashimi, the beef, the chicken… love them all. We’ll make the drive back at some point.

What an amazing dinner! We came in for the 8pm sitting and a banquet like no other was served. One dish after another making our minds and tastebuds explode. The wait staff were very friendly, had wonderful knowledge of the food and wine. We felt so at home. I would 100% recommended dinning here!

The service and food is always fabulous but this time was extra special. It's taken us a while to write the review, apologies on the delay. The owner and staff went above and beyond on Aug 12th to make my partner's proposal extra special. A big thank you for always catering to my dietary requirements not just this time but also in the past. We were so wrapped up in the proposal we forgot our delicious left overs! Haha TLR is always a place I love to go when I'm down south and it has an even more special place in my heart now. Our beautiful waitress was super attentive and was apparently waiting on standby with 3 mobile phones to record my partner's proposal. The espresso Martini's with coconut condensed milk are to die for. Love this place, the food and the staff. Thank you so much

Best meal in years! Stunning setting in a cozy stone building and courtyard, their Asian-fusion menu is immaculately presented, innovative and delicious. Booked out for weeks generally, so get in early. They will cater to nearly all diets and we had their incredible vegan Feed Me menu: 10 surprise dishes crafted by the kitchen. Be prepared for a decent-sized feed! Lovely staff, huge local wine list, perfect ambience....this place has it all.

Had an amazing time at the little rickshaw. Thank you so much to the staff for making us feel so welcome and even singing happy birthday! Was a great vibe in there. The food was absolutely delicious such beautiful flavours and was able to cater well for what we required. We will definitely be back.

As soon we walked in we were warmly greeted by the owner, and were blown away by the restaurants rustic charm. The food… don’t even get me started on the food. It was incredible. There were so many interesting fusions pulling from Vietnamese, Nepalese, Korean and Japanese cuisines. We ordered the banquet, but were also surprised with extra (experimental) courses not listed, which were all wonderful. Our favourites were the scallop, surprise squid and the (hot) beef curry, although it was hard to choose favourites when everything presented was impeccable! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and excited about the food they were serving. TLR is a must try - we will definitely be returning.

A rustic building containing delicious food, wonderful staff and impeccable service - my friend and I agreed that we’d score each dish a 10 out of 10! Flavourful, well paced and perfectly sized chef’s tasting menu - it was absolutely worth the trip to Aldinga (approx. 45 mins from Adelaide).

TL.R. we so enjoyed, the food amazing, can't wait to return. Very popular, a waiting list to go there. Staff explain each course. A special event reteraunt.

Don't be fooled by the little shed, this little gem is 5stars PLUS. What a beautiful place to enjoy a long lunch. The food is amazing and so delicious. As you would expect with Vietnamese it does come with a little spice. Not too hot, just enough to know it’s there. The staff are engaging and friendly. One of the most enjoyable afternoons I’ve had. Cannot wait to return, I’ve already booked my accommodation.

The most amazing dining experience I have ever had... not just once but every time! The feed me experience is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! Do yourself a favour and dine here... do the feed me experience. Tell the waiters/waitresses what you do and don't like and they will take you on the most amazing 2 hour food experience of your life. Your tatsebuds will be dancing and trust me you'll be back again and recommending it to everyone you know!!! A hidden little gem in Aldinga that you MUST try!!!

Food is amazing here! We had cheeseburger spring rolls, pork dumplings and Tom Yum rice and could not fault anything. The service was great and our waitress was very helpful and catering.

We had dinner for 2 at The Little Rickshaw. We were initially allocated to the courtyard, but then very kindly moved to the bar, as it was a little chilly outside (thank you Mike). The food was absolutely amazing! We were served by a wonderfully kind & knowledgeable host named Inbal. She knew all the dishes and her recommendations were spot on. We saw her accommodating everyone throughout the night. Nothing was too much trouble. As far as the food, the pot stickers are sublime. So much so, that we booked in for dinner again tomorrow night before we had even finished our meal. Could not recommend more highly! Just be sure to book in advance. Enjoy!

We were going to arrive late for our lunch booking, called the restaurant who were very understanding and accommodating. Had the ‘degustation’ lunch which was overall of high quality and accompanied by a delightful bottle of Grenache from the varied wine list. Service was impeccable and from knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.

Finally got into this joint after a few attempts. It was definitely worth the wait. Great food, awesome service and vibrant atmosphere. Will be back with more peeps!

Well worth the long drive, effort of trying to book and wait to dine there. The feed me option consisted of 10 dishes from their menu which was like the best Asian degustation experience and good value for $70. My favourite dish was the beef wagu skewers with mango sauce and the Vietnamese espresso was so delicious.

We went to the Little Rickshaw with friends and opted for the feed me menu. The food was thoroughly enjoyable. It was fresh. Pleasing to the eyes and to the palates. Highly recommended.

Great service and friendly staff. I came as a walk in wanting to do the Feed Me menu. The owner accommodated and managed to squeeze us in, even though the current sitting looked fully booked. I then had to express the dessert courses so I could get to work, which the staff managed to help out with (much appreciated!) The Feed Me menu was greatly enjoyed and quality of food was very impressive. 10/10 experience, will be returning

😐 American styled joint. Thick shake was thick enough. Chocolate peanut butter tasted so good. The ice cream was just a normal ice cream with a fancy name. Burgers are small in general. Buns were soft. Lettuces have shrunk. Shroom patty is the best here. Beef patty a little dry. Onion rings were crisp...
