Spavia is one of the most exclusive Spa in Winter Park My experience has always been the best and most memorable. Cierra was my Host and She alway does a wonderful job. She knows her craft and has great skills. She’s very professional, very knowledgeable, very courteous and patient. She comes Highly recommended. I will not go anywhere else for my Spa treatments moving forward. The entire front Staff including the Manager are so kind and always make the Clients feel welcome Thank you so much for a great experience I appreciate it

Im a transgender person, and when I called to schedule an eyelash session i offered my groupon ticket, they insisted on calling me the wrong name which appeared on the ticket, which was very upsetting to me, despite me telling them otherwise. Decided not to go due to their rude service. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Plus, they always respond well to good reviews but refuse to even acknowledge poor reviews, which is a big red flag about professionalism. Don't waste your money here

Lobby staff were friendly. I am a massage lover so I had enough sessions to differentiate a good message from an ok message. I had a hot stone massage and it was ok. Nothing expressed me. Stones were sometimes too hot and once burned my neck. ( not serious burn but not relaxing too). Also it was suppose to be 60 minute while they finished mine in 50 minutes! Not impressed

This place is absolutely incredible. I received a Soothing Facial by Lupita and I have sensitive skin.. to be honest I was afraid of experiencing redness and burning 🥵 but I HAD NONE!! Loved the hot stones, humidifier, comfy robes and peppermint tea ☕️ Phenomenal service, I highly recommend to anyone seeking top notch spa treatments in Winter Park.

I loved my first visit to Spavia today and Jo was a truly great massage specialist. The check-in process was easy and the team is representing with great customer service. I booked my next appointment immediately after my first and that's saying something. Highly recommend!

I first went to Spavia on a Groupon about 6 years ago, and never looked back! They are the best massage service in Orlando! They give you robes, a nice waiting room with neck wraps, mood lighting, coloring books and reading books to enjoy while you wait. They also offer water and tea at the end of your massage! Everyone is wonderful there, but I have to give a shout out to my girl Jen and my guy Manny! I always look forward to getting my massage there!

Amazing attention to detail and individualized massage. Manny focused on my neediest spots with a perfect pressure. First time there and will definitely be back. Could not recommend more highly.

I received a massage from Jessie today and it was the best massage I have ever had. She has a real understanding of how to body works and used that knowledge to really work on my problem areas. Such a great experience from beginning to end! An absolutely luxurious time. Loved the friendly staff, the clean changing room, the relaxing waiting area with tea and a warm neck pillow, and most of all, an amazing massage. Definitely going back!

I go to Spavia a few times per year and it is consistently great. I typically get a facial or a massage. I have had a deep tissue massage a couple times and they have always been effective. I have also had the Soothing Recovery Facial twice and it’s my favorite, it’s basically a facial + arm/hand massage in one. The facility is always clean and the staff is so kind. Parking can be a pain (not the spa’s fault) but the garage nearby usually has spots, it’s just a few minutes’ walk so give yourself a little time to deal with that. I love coming here and would recommend it to anyone.

I have had many facial and Spavia by far has been the best. Cartiae is by far amazing! I drive from Tampa just to come to this spa. A 2 hour drive it’s worth it.
