I paid $100 for my gel nails, just for them to be falling off three days later. I asked for a pedicure and they just painted my toes and charged me for the full pedicure. Loved my hair, did not like the quality of the manicure or pedicure.

Marcela did an amazing Brazilian Wax. Very professional, kind and easy going. My first time and didn’t hurt at all! Very clean spa. I totally recommend it!

I absolutely love Beauty Factory! I was a walk in for my first visit and was treated like a queen - since then I’ve gone no where else. Both of my adult daughters have since become clients and have had incredible experiences as well. The environment of the salon is welcoming, super friendly and extremely professional. It is hard to find stylists who really care and listen -their talents bring out the best in your hair . You will walk out of the doors feeling like a brand new person! The Beauty Factory is amazing and I would 110% recommend them :)

Had a relaxing time, getting my nails done. Though there was some language barrier (I only speak English), all the ladies were very interactive with my husband and I. I had a nice experience and they were attentive.

I have thoroughly enjoy my experience . It was not my first time but it looks like there is a new ownership. Haircut , root touch up and blowout and all came out amazing . Nice and fun atmosphere as well . Claudia only spoke Portuguese but it did not matter , she was very professional and prompt . Definitely 5 star

My husband got a child and adult manicure and pedicure for our three-year-old and me, and it was perfect. The staff loved our little daughter and did the exact nails she wanted (rainbow, sparkly), and the experience was relaxing and happy. I’ll be back for my hair!

Absolutely amazing! Service and quality was great. The ladies are all Brazilian and didn’t speak much English but that didn’t matter. Their customer service was amazing and took good care of me and my daughter. My daughter got the kid chair cut and kid mani and pedi. I got a trim. The outcome was exactly what we wanted. If you want a nice mommy and daughter makeover this is the perfect place to go.

Gabriel was AMAZING with my hair. He really takes pride in his craft. Claudia did a beautiful job on my brows and even with her not knowing much English, Gabriel translated for us so she understood exactly what I wanted done. I will definitely be back for more pampering.
