My appointment overall was good but I was overcharged. The only reason I agreed to book was for the 1st time customer special for $69 but was charged $79. I’ve called to try to get it resolved but was told they’d called me back but I’m still waiting for said call 🙄. Why have a special pricing if you don’t plan on acknowledging it. I have no intentions of returning. Edit: The owner did reach out to me and was able to right the wrong on the pricing, I did appreciate him taking the time to make the situation better.

It was my first time here and I loved it. She did a wonderful job on my classic lashes. I decided to come here and try it because they offered brown extensions, which have been hard to find!

First time having lashes put on and it was a great experience. The salon is beautiful and very clean. All of the staff was warm and welcoming. Daniela was amazing and very efficient. I’m looking forward to wearing less make up and having a natural look. I went with the classic lashes but they have several to choose from!

I had my first session at Dekalash yesterday and can't tell you how happy I was with the experience. From the booking of the appointment, the explanation of the services available to the actual lash extensions done by the brilliant Daniela. She was outstanding. By far, the best lash technician I've encountered. She was able to shape my eyes well with the choice of lashes, her touch was firm and confident, and she was amazingly fast. The absolute best. I can't recommend her at Dekalash more. Also met the owner at the reception and so pleased to be taken care of so well.

Deka Lash did an excellent job on my lashes! The owner made me feel extra special and valued during my visit and ensured I was in the best care. There is great reason for their timely appointments. I will back in a few weeks!

I recently had an absolutely phenomenal experience at DekaLash in Hamlin! I cannot express enough how much I love my lashes - they turned out beautifully. This was actually my second visit to the salon, as I had a small hiccup during my first appointment. However, the team went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They promptly texted me and rescheduled another appointment to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my lashes. One thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the facility. It was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The lash techs were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made sure to listen to my preferences and provided helpful suggestions to achieve the desired look. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with both Kristalyn and Felicia. I will definitely be returning soon. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for exceptional lash services. Thank you, ladies for the outstanding service!

Today was my first ever lash extensions experience and I can’t be anymore happier with the way they turned out! My lash tech was Kristalyn and she was amazing. She walked me through every step of the process. She was kind and answered all my questions and really made my first experience truly enjoyable!!! I am happy I found this place on Facebook and had a GREAT experience.
