This is supposed to be the first boutique Hotel in Quezon province but I have to say that I'm disappointed. It seems all they spent on were the hallways which had some design outside each room door. On average their rooms are more expensive than the average provincial rate and the room didn't even have a refrigerator and really looked pretty basic contrary to what a boutique hotel would normally be. I asked for ice and couldn't even get any as the room boy said they don't have an ice machine. Quite disappointing. My consolation is that there's plenty of parking, the Wi-Fi is fast and the rooms are clean. Aircon isn't quiet though and doesn't seem to be that cold.

Great place with friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast in room service was available. I would stay again anytime. There are not many newer or well-maintained options in the area. I was happy to find this property. 👍🏻

Easy to find and one of the better places to stay in Lucena. The standard rooms are closer to the front (by the highway) and can be loud. The larger rooms are quieter.

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff is nice and helpful. Free breakfast as well. Only downside is that it’s a bit far from the city center.

The place is very accessible and has spacious parking. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and assisted us during our spur-of-the-moment booking. Paying cash was the cheapest booking option compared to credit card or online booking (recall this was a spur of the moment booking). Breakfast was ok with good coffee. (They serve 2 pcs of lucban longganisa with egg and fried rice) Since its located beside a busy national road, you may find their rooms noisy

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Service is great and staff are helpful. The location is along the road and very accessible. Cons: 1. Bed foam in double decks are too big that leaves no space for protection against falling if ever you are moving while asleep. 2. No Elevator: not ideal for our seniors or PWDs or if you have many bags.

The place looks good and the staffs were friendly. The place was clean and the ambiance ok as well as the service. Although the price is affordable, there was no refrigerator and the water was not so hot since they are using solar heater.

water in the bathroom is a problem. No hot water in the morning when you need it most.

Good hotel booked 4 rooms. Only thing is hot water not really hot. Other than that, great cafe downstairs for drinks, breakfast was tasty, ice cold 🧊 aircon great after a long motorcycle ride. No elevator just FYI.

The room rates are much higher than the expected. Overall stay is good.

Relatively new this hotel Is better than the margaret hotel. The room we got had a queen bed and cable tv. The ac was cold. The bathroom adequate and had warm water. Breakfast included with our stay. Parking was ample. Only complaint was the extra bed we were provided had thin padding that I could feel the steel bar under it. I had to use 2 towels to support my back and barely slept because of it.

Pro: clean and have spacious rooms. ample parking lot. staff are very accommodating. cons: they will charge you for extra towels. the price of the room is too expensive no elevator. breakfast is not buffet style.

Excellent service by the staff. Location is quite far from downtown, but the rooms and facilities are new and very clean.

My first time to stay here yesterday but it won't be the last. The staff were kind, accommodating and they always smile at you. I've stayed in their twin deluxe room, originally it was priced at 3K but they gave me a huge corporate discount of 25%. Love it.. 😊

Stayed there for 2 days and 1 night for a seminar. The place is new so there were lots of improvements to consider, although the place is really aesthetically pleasing. The doors to our rooms really look amazing! Anyway, what is perhaps difficult in their situation is that their café is where we conducted our seminar so walk-in and other hotel guests were seated outside or in the lobby to dine. Also, they were inconsistent as per our instructions — we opted for buffet, but it was not granted, then they suggested dinner and breakfast in bed, but it was not also fulfilled. Some orders were slow, that my colleagues became impatient and changed their orders. We were just very understanding to just follow what they want to and I must commend their staff because even if they cannot commit to what they promised, they were all accommodating and humble. I believe these cons were just because they were new. The place is such a beauty and the staffs were really warm. Maybe it wasn’t meant for large group of people for now, but I totally recommend the place for backpackers and travellers. I bet your stay will be awesome.

Great place to stay Staff shows real customer care. Hotel is good traveling people in right price Rooms are very clean and good Hot shower is good thing Lots of cabinet where you can place baggage big mirrors and lighting is great. Parking is great.
