Such an awesome place to live. The front office staff are beyond amazing and we're helpful from move in to move out! The apartment was spotless on move in day and all minor maintenance issues were resolved immediately. The community grounds were well kept and rent very reasonable. I loved living at Stratford and would have re-leased if I stayed in the area. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!!!

When I was browsing for a new apartment, I got a chance to read through reviews . In most cases, I’ll get mixed feedbacks . But Stratford place got a different story to tell. It triggered me to visit this place. It was a pleasant experience. Now,I am really enjoying living here. The community is really good and safe. The management is friendly and efficient, Especially sheila, she really helped me with the moving process. Overall I’ll give 5 stars for this place!! If you’re looking to move to this area, look no further!!

This place is great! The apartments are brand new, spacious and very comfortable while also being affordable. The kitchens are nice with a ton of counter space. The management team is friendly, fast, and very welcoming. They’ve taken every opportunity to treat me well. Get a spot here while they last because they are going fast and are definitely worth it.

I have been living here for a while. It is quiet, safe, and well maintained. Easy to get to highway and shopping. Not inexpensive,but as with everything in life, you get what you pay for. This is a very nice place to live.

MS. VAL , MS. SHELIA AND TEAM ARE THE BEST. IVE BEEN HERE 3 YEARS NOW AND THEY HAVEN'T DISSAPPOINT me. The landscape always looks nice. I feel safe where I live.

A beautiful and wonderful apartment complex. I’ve called this Stratford Place home for two years now and the entire apartment complex including the gym, apartments, and grounds are always very clean. There are always crews around cleaning and freshening the place up every season change. Office staff is always prompt and positive and maintenance is always reasonably fast and pretty funny. A hidden gem downriver for sure.

I lived here 4 years no problems they were great and the last year they “ decided”. To kick me out for NO REASON 30 days before I asked multiple times and no reason she just said we decided to not renew your lease I had no plans on moving at all they had al ready sent me the renewal application I had turned it in and they lost it. And said I never turned it in so they just decided to not renew days before my due date anyway …. The struggle they put me in was insane I would never go back!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Valarie Is horrible, Least renewal came around and they sent them to me I signed them and dropped back off. She lost the paper work apparently. How are you asking for something more than what you SENT! It doesn’t make sense at all. I don’t know why she’s even a leasing manager. The grounds work is horrible l, she doesn’t solve any of the problems in our apartments, grass is dead, flowers dead, garbage area is a mess, there’s theft, her maintenance guys are highly disrespectful. She doesn’t care about her residence she allows her maintenance to be rude and carelessly fix items in the apartments even if it’s not done correctly. She just want a check and grants that’s why her grounds look a complete mess. Shelly and Sheila was a dream team very respectful and Understanding I don’t know where they found Varlarie.
