I go to this Taco Bell since it’s the closest to my residence. My order is almost never correct. Line is always long late at night (which is the time I get off work and want something to eat). I don’t recommend coming here unless you maybe come earlier. Double check your order before pulling away from window if the line is long too. I have had truly awful experiences here.

My friend and I ordered on the app for about 30 minutes from the order time because we were busy and knew it would take us about 15 minutes to get there. They started making the food ASAP so I have no doubt my food was cold because it sat for so long. Not to mention, my friend had a bit of a bigger order and they had to remake her order upon arrival because THEY GAVE HER ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE. With an order that was decently sized I will never understand HOW they gave her order to someone else, and then didn't apologize for their lack of organization or even offer her a drink while she waited.

They always mess my order went there today and asked for a party pack HALF soft tacos because ny kids are picky they gave me all soft i was so mad when i got home because i was running late and couldn't return im going to dickson city from now on

AMAZING!!! I come here all the time, they do close 2:45pm to 3:15pm for the school rush on weekdays, but aside from that? I can't go to any other taco bell!! They know my order just by my voice! This is a service you really can't get anywhere else. Not to mention how clean they are. Haven't seen a fast food place this clean in years. I wish every taco bell was as great as this one! If I could give it higher than 5 stars? I would. Recommend them.

Worst Taco Bell in Lakawanna County. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It is supose to close at 11, closed at 10... I made an online order to pickup and arrived to find the door closed. Very slow service, not kind at all. They even refused menu order items. Every single time is a very bad experience. One time the manager told us at 9:45 p.m. that we have to order, eat and leave before 10 pm, and I repeat, it's supose to close at 11. I love Taco Bell...but this one is garbage...believe me ¡¡¡garbage!!! Every day of week, every time at day...garbage. Manager even yelled at us when we were just asking them to give us the drinks of the meal we waited for in our car for almost an hour. Every single time a bad service, every single time...never a good experience, not once. Today was the last time I tried...we arrive at 9:45, we recieve our order at 10:40 with no sodas, so we had to wait again. Go the one located in Pittston or the one at Dickson City...never to the one at Olive St...believe me IT IS GARBAGE.

Night Shift crew is unprofessional. I went to pickup an order and I was waiting nearly 15 minutes. There was people in the back working and the person taking care of drive thru, but there was nobody at the cashier and the crew kept looking at us, but didn’t even care to ask us for our orders. After waiting I asked for my pickup order and the food was already by the back counter just waiting!!!? The kid there didn’t even put all of the delivery orders where they were supposed to go. The manager was also there and didn’t even bother to take care of the people there waiting. Worst Taco Bell spot to order your food. At least for Night Shift. They will only take care of you on drive thru!!

This time we were looking for a quick reasonably priced meal 😋 and Taco bell is our goto place!!! We love many things on the menu although I really HATE whatever they did to the quesidilla! It was absolutely delicious before but now they add some spice that just totally ruined it for me and WAS my favorite choice !!! ☹️ But this time we all ordered soft tacos and we found out online that you can add rice and we absolutely loved it!!

I don't want to say that they were lazy or they just weren't enjoying the job. But these young kids that were working there they had no Pride what they were doing. The food didn't taste that good I know it's fast food. I haven't eaten Taco Bell in the past at different locations and it tasted much much better. That I don't really want to batch these kids too much that I wasn't impressed or happy with it so I'm going to give it a very low rating

Waited 20-35 minutes outside in 30 degree weather. They saw us knocking on the door and just stared at us. Employees are rude and don’t make you feel welcomed at all.

We just ordered and they completely forgot to give us an item and we went back in got what we ordered and went home to find all 8 of our soft tacos were not only a sloppy wet mess, but all of them were not what we ordered. For one, 4 of them had a ton of sour cream on them that no one order which was totally disgusting, and the other four was simply meat and cheese and it said that on the screen and on our receipt, they just didn't care it seems. They were filled with more lettuce than meat and they weren't supposed to have lettuce at all. The ones with sour cream were literally mostly sour cream which soaked through to the outside of the soft tacos leaving them inedible and just wet. Clearly no one knows what they are doing there because it's not like we had an overly complicated order. It's just run by teenagers that don't know how to follow directions and get orders correctly. Probably wont be going back here and if we do, will be picking apart our order knowing they can't be trusted to get an order correct. Very disappointed in this taco bell. No one wants gross wet tacos with stuff on them that no one ordered.

Every time I eat here I have to triple check my order. Last time I was missing 2 tacos and 3 drinks. Food is good but they need to pay more atention to the order.

Placed the order on the app then waited for 2 cars in front of us to place their order. When it was my turn the girl working said you your a mobile order pull up for your drink then pull around the building and we will bring it out. So when she gave me the drink I said so the 2 cars ahead of me received their food. Should I have not used the app to order? No response 😕 so I pull around to the other side of the building and watch cars go thru and get food. After 15 minutes I went in and the girl then comes over with my food. She apologized for the wait. My order was a drink and 2 soft tacos and an order of those Cinnabon. Taco ended up being cold. Not a good experience

I got to taco bell at 12:15 coming home from work 1st time I ordered in taco bell on olive Street I ask for two meals and the cheese fries with steak, the cheese fries almost right I ask for steak they put ground beef and as far as the two crave meals one was supposed to be chicken and the other was to be beef how ever when I got home no beef or chicken on the crave meals just bean and veggies and cheese food was utterly disgusting and I didn't get what I paid for I try calling the store at 1230 am no one picked up. So my late night meal ruined and I lost out on 20 bucks ty taco bell.

I love the staff there but today it was a lady 10/13/23 from another Taco Bell she was rude and said "Jesus Christ " when the regular gave me a big cup of ice. That was inappropriate 😳 . She needs to stay in her regular store because staff or customers don't need that attitude early in the morning.

This is the best Taco Bell in the area. The service is always great, even though they are often super busy or understaffed. The food is almost always fresh tasting and fast. I've had a small problem once or twice and they always resolve the issue quickly and easily. If you want that Taco Bell, this that Taco Bell.

My experience ordering delivery from Taco Bell’s app has been, in an understatement.. subpar. Burrito and drink was missing from my order, ALL sauce packets were missing (I requested extra), tacos were woefully under-filled, and my fire sauce WAS MISSING. All of it! Not one sauce packet for the $35 order. They did give me about half a bag of napkins, for whatever reason, so… thanks

In my 23 years working the restaurant industry never have I joked about tampering with people's food. You might wanna teach tonight's(6/16) crew about what customers can hear when a window is open. Joke or not you never say you gonna put boogers in food. Makes me not trust the food I bought. Going in the trash

For fast food, this is the place! Their menu just keeps getting better and better, such great veggie choices these days, couldn't ask for better!

Tonight I went to this location and who ever was the manager on duty needs to be more respectful to her workers and the customers at the drive through window. I was there and placed my order and waiting in line and when I got to the window to pay I asked the cashier if I could add 2 sides of cheese sauce and another order of nacho fries. The manager or whoever yelled in the back and said “there is no ordering at the window, why didn’t they think of this when ordering. That’s 2 sides of cheese and nacho fries”. The way she said it was VERY RUDE when all she had to do was politely say ma’am you need to drive around or come inside if you want to order additional items. AND I WOULD HAVE. There was absolutely no need for her to yell like that and if that’s the rule that you must drive around then maybe put a sign on the window that states the rules.

I left there and mistakenly did not check my order because I asked the person who handed me my food is everything in there and they said yes. I went home opened up the bag and more than half of our food was missing I asked the manager to refund my money over the phone because I drove almost 40 minutes away. He refused to give me my refund and insisted that I drove all the way back and this was very late at night. He is not a good manager and should not be in that position. The people who work behind the counter are more personable than he is

I have purchase two Been burritos, One Bean Crunch wrap. Unfortunately they gave me beef crunch wrap. I took bite at it and found out it was beef. Immediately return to the store and ask for refund. They would not refund, wouldn't accept for their mistake on my order. Instead giving me attitude and try to treat me like a foreigner. I have explained the store manager Tom that I have served the country and I know what I order. I am on the phone with taco bell customer service for past 31 Minutes. I have reported with the corporate Office. As per the Manager Tom says with the smart comment that I am Tom and spells with Capital "T". This is Racial statement. It shouldn't happen at any store. The tacos where great! I love my soft shell supreme with a ice cold Baja blast!!!!! They put a lot of meat in the tacos! The only thing I can complain about is why the staff was very friendly, the service was very, very slow. I was waiting at the drive through well over a half hour on a non busy Wednesday, with only one care ahead of me and after all that I got no sauce even though i asked for extra fire.

Ordered 4 chicken Chipotle melts I get these all the time no problem and today just got them and opened them there is just cheese and a wrap absolutely ridiculous

Very friendly staff. Wings! Look good but I tried them so you don’t have to. Mushy inside and just not good. Nice try but stick to Tacos.

Ordered a power chicken bowl with extra chicken .. please see picture .. and literally 6 small pieces of chicken.. when I asked if it was double one of the employees was very rude and dismissive.. I don't mind paying more for more chicken but cmon.. ive always enjoyed tb but was 1- jipped on the food.. had to ask for more and wad given more and 2- rudely treated by staff.. def will not be coming back.. why do I have to create a confrontation to get what I pay for? So Disappointed. The only reason for 2 stars is because the lady in the front was super pleasant.

Food and service are great there's always somebody out there begging for money for money after a while it gets gets a little too much

Used to be decent food, cheap. Not anymore, unfortunately. Portion sizes were reduced significantly and prices went up. Consider other places for your dining pleasure.

I haven't had my food wrong at this place yet. They either forget some of my food or a drink. It's ok with the food but nothing to go crazy about. Mainly just dislike when I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the cash register to take my order. If you have a card however you can just use the screen instead inside. Not a bad place to get food just isn't exactly welcoming.

Got three Taco boxes and 3 different soda and needless to say the boxers were delicious! My mother who is 81 had a box and loved it! The gentleman on the speaker was courteous kind and even walked the meal out to the car for me! I have nothing but kind words to say about the workers they have there.

Would give it 5 stars because the food was amazing. But very inconvenient when the school next door lets out and you cant enjoy a meal without the building being full of high school kids yelling and screaming.

Horrific place! Won’t honor their UbetEats orders that they’ve agreed to prepare at night. Every night it varies what times these losers decide they’re too tired to perform their duties, and us drivers are punished for their incompetence and outright laziness. This place needs to be shut down asap unless they can find anyone with the work ethic greater than that of a kindergartener.

Excellent service from friendly staff at the counter. Place was very clean. Even the restroom ... which, as we all know, can be a problem for some places. Food was good too! ;-)

First time at Taco Bell was not disappointed. So good !

The service is always fast and the food is always hot and fresh, but just once I'd like to come through without something missing from my order. Today I didn't receive the side for the meal I paid for. I also was never given the receipt in the bag, so I can't scan it to add it to my account.
