We did a quick stop while in Michigan. Love this Store. Cleanliness and a Great Variety of Everything. The different food Selection is Wonderful They offer Several different food place to eat. Their is an All Natural Juice Bar.

Stopped in to pick up a few items, the lines were ridiculous. Their new check yourself out registers only had 6 out of 12 working. The A/C was not working, and everybody in the area was shopping at the same time. For whatever reason there was a huge argument/fight between two women. One black, one white. It got very heated and quite scary. I was seriously waiting for someone to pull a gun! I couldn't get out of there fast enough and I will not be back. I'm not taking any unnecessary chances and I'm so tired of waiting in line. There are plenty of other grocery stores around because I'm done with this one.

Overall this grocery store always have what I need. But I recently used their bakery and was so disappointed. I wanted a Lion's theme and their image machine was down so I still wanted Detroit Lions colors. The cake look like my three year old grandson wrote it. Presentation is my specialty and I was embarrassed of this cake.

Store not very clean. Employees that are stocking shelves block aisles with their carts. Customers cannot get to items because of this. Only one cashier assisted checkout open. There was 5 customers in line at this one checkout. Parking lot dirty and trash not picked up.

Do not shop there very often. Went to purchase shoes that were buy 2 get 1 for a dollar. The self check out wasn't to bad considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. The employees at the self check outs need to have more patience with the customers especially with the elderly. The lady helping this elderly couple was rather rude to the gentleman. I do not think she would like to be treated like that. I was there about 11am. It upset me just watching her interact with them. Sad ! Will stop me from shopping there. ❤

Continuously puts sale signs next to wrong items to deceive customers despite multiple lawsuits. What’s the point of 50 registers and 2 self check out areas of only 2 lanes and 1 self check out is open?

I enjoy and dislike going to Meijer. Reason is I love shopping around. Good deals, and lots to look at. And food looks really good. Down side is that you have to wait a LONG time in line. They really need to fix that, ASAP

So I buy Watermelon from them yesterday night, my mom cuts the Watermelon today in the morning and it’s all rotten, like the whole watermelon is rotten which is unacceptable. Like I usually buy Fruits that are a little rotten and I’m okay with it but not this one (I believe it’s not Watermelon season so that’s why their bad) So I go to them today and tell them about the situation. I talk to a manager named Alicia and she resolves the situation by giving me a $10 Meijer gift card. She was so respectful and understanding of the situation. I offered to get another watermelon but she insisted and told me to get a gift card better. She said she doesn’t want me to get another watermelon and it’s rotten again and it would just waste my time again to come back. She said she’ll have a look at the watermelons and make sure when I come back they’re not rotten again. What an outstanding manager, Meijer you should give this lady a raise. Last but not least come on Meijer do a better job on having fresh fruits. I would give them a 1 star but I gave them a 3 star because of the customer service !!

Very good store. There's plenty to do here including getting divorced because you spent the $10k emergency fund you spent a couple years saving up on the claw machine. On a separate note, Sarah if you're reading this please bring the kids back.

Excellent prices and high-quality fruits. Variety of choices and store brand available. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Halal fast food store located inside the store.

I am very excited to go back to America, shop in the States like I used to. Seeing the number of things over here at Meijers vs. the real canadian superstore can't really compare. All the staff were nice. They were just restocking the shelves when I got there. Looks like I did miss out on some deals. But there will be other times. Whenever I did have a question, the staff were able to help me.

Awful experience. Ordered 9 rotisserie chicken and paid at self check out scanned every chicken and 4 packs of cheese. There were 2 Caucasian people watching self check after I paid I ask for paper bags they assisted me when I was leaving a petite Asian young lady came out of nowhere and demanded that I show her the receipt that I paid. I said it's 9 chicken's. Counted the chicken showed her the recipe. She said No I need to see your recipe meaning hand the recipe to her so she can count it on the recipe. Correct me if I'm wrong if I was stealing chickens would I stop to ask for bags to put the chicken in. So my bill was $80.00 if she would have looked at the total she would have seen it was paid I only had rotisserie chicken and 4 packs of cheese. The store manager didn't care about the situation. I wonder how many blacks they approached at the self check out that day. If it was a 55 in tv i could see them asking for a recipe. I felt harassed. Very much considering getting a lawyer. I’d like to address the bakery first. I do not recommend. Their every day cake selection is awful, if there’s anything at all. They didn’t want to help with a birthday cake order. The older woman behind the counter had rude body language and was snotty with her responses. I went to another Downriver location and they were more than willing to accommodate my request. Second: this location is consistently out of multiple items covered by WIC, as well as many other “staple” groceries that my family uses. We never had this problem before. Been in the area a year and a half now and thought maybe it was a fluke but clearly it isn’t.

I love this meijer because of Denise A. She made my experience a pleasant one. She was going back and forth helping everyone with a smile on her face. She even gave me tips about the longevity of some products I bought from here because she has the same kind at home. I appreciate her friendly attitude helping me when I was struggling at the self checkout. Thank you Denise A. From what I've seen YOU DESERVE A RAISE.

Overall the store was clean and workers were pleasant. However the prices were much higher than I would like to pay so I will be sticking with Wal-Mart and Aldi's.

Love the one-stop shopping. Large variety of goods. Fresh produce. Have ordered online for pick up. A great service and convenience. Pick up staff always friendly and professional.

Poor customer service these days seems like the cashier don’t want to be there they don’t bother greeting or saying anything at checkout!

The selection of products available is really good. The people that work there are friendly polite and professional. The only issue I have with this business is that lines are usually long and there are no baggers. If you go at peak hours you better be okay with waiting and you better be a patient person. Especially when it is peak hours like when people are getting off work, weekends or holidays. Unfortunately that's the times that I try to avoid but sometimes I end up there due to something I really need that I know they have. They are well stocked and pick up is available. I am an elderly woman with medical problems so I do use pickup on occasion when I'm having trouble standing.

The store is always very clean and very kept up. Everything is very easy to find. Everything is usually in stock. If you're unsure of something will be you can call and they will let you know very very good about that. Everything is very fresh from the produce to the flowers. I love how each season they have their store set up accordingly. I would definitely shop here if you haven't I myself shop here at least once a week.

First of all change your hours on google maps from 24/7 to your correct hours 6am to midnight. A lot of people including myself rely on this info and it’s super frustrating that it hasn’t been updated in what two years now. Also if I’m ever going to shop at this particular location, my girls friend and I both would appreciate not being hovered over and treated like we’re about to rob your store when I have never done anything of that nature and weren’t acting like we were. It’s very insulting and disrespectful when I’m in there spending 5-600 dollars on stuff. Disappointing. And you should be open 24 hours.. there’s literally no where to get groceries past midnight, and not all of us work 9-5. Just saying.. would be nice.

Its a good place to shop. All the Meijer stuff and easy check-out.

I had another great experience with Meijer as I have already explained in my prior review of the store. As I explained before, they have better prices than their other major competitor. I am definitely a big fan of this store. Rick Zorn

Came here to use a gift card and went straight for groceries and found food prices are pretty high so I ended up buying snacks for work at reasonable prices so I went to the shoe department and same thing. High prices. Daughter and I checked out and called it done. I suppose I'll use the rest of the gift card some other day maybe when I need a car battery or something. I really don't shop Meijer too much because of the location. Allen Park
