I’m
not
normally
one
to
complain
or
leave
reviews,
but
the
customer
service
was
horrible.
I
had
placed
an
order
online
at
about
9:15.
It
says
my
order
should
arrive
close
to
9:45-9:55.
Okay,
I’m
fine
with
that.
It’s
now
10:15
and
nothing.
I
call
the
store
(which
I
know
is
closed
but
will
answer
for
customers
until
everyone
is
gone)
and
the
young
lady
that
answers
and
immediately
tries
to
rush
us
off
the
phone.
She
answers
and
says,
“Sorry
we
are
closed.
Have
a
good
night.”
We
barely
had
the
chance
to
explain
to
her
that
we
just
needed
to
know
where
our
food
was.
She
then
proceeds
to
tell
us
that
if
we
placed
the
delivery
order
after
8pm,
then
all
the
delivery
drivers
have
gone
home.
We
hang
up
and
try
to
dispute
the
charges
online,
but
nothing
is
working.
We
call
back,
and
the
same
thing
happens.
She
tries
to
usher
us
off
the
line.
We
explain
that
we
cannot
seem
to
dispute
the
charges.
She
tells
me
that
because
the
pizza
wasn’t
delivered
that
it
should
be
disputed
regardless.
Well
now
I’m
curious.
I
ask
her
if
my
food
was
still
there?
She
puts
me
on
a
hold
and
tells
me
yes,
that
it’s
sitting
in
the
hot
box.
If
the
delivery
drivers
weren’t
going
to
deliver
my
food,
why
was
I
not
called
and
informed?
Why
did
they
waste
product
to
make
something
they
knew
couldn’t
be
sent
out?
I
wasn’t
called
and
told
to
make
it
pick
up
instead.
I
wasn’t
informed
of
anything.
Highly
upset.
The
attitude
from
this
young
lady
was
rude
for
no
reason.
I
understand
you
want
to
go
home.
But
if
you
are
unhappy
with
your
job,
then
find
somewhere
else
to
work.
That
was
unnecessary.
Im
going
either
in
the
morning
to
dispute
this
or
call
when
I
get
back
home
to
the
coast.
