    It's hard to tell someone the feeling you get about this gym by just writing words. I started going to the this gym two years ago with absolutely zero weight lifting experience. The coaches always took their time with explaining the workouts, movements, and any scaling options. They also were always so helpful with my million questions since I was so new to Olympic lifting. This gym has really well thought out programming that caters to beginners and will also challenge an advanced athlete. I've been to several other boxes but thing that sets this gym apart is the community. We have an incredibly, amazing group of humans that get together, push each other, encourage each other, and laugh together. And that you can't find anywhere else. I promise. Come visit and see for yourself.

    I absolutely appreciated their nutrition program! My favorite part was having someone that I could report to daily. They taught me how to portion control and track macros regularly, while checking up on how I felt/achieved for the week. I felt comfortable being honest/not shy because I was assigned one person I’d report to and it felt personal which I think helped me be consistent.

    I never thought I would have the strength or endurance mentally or physically to do CrossFit. Even though I’m not the “strongest” or the most “fit”; I feel welcome, supported and encouraged every work out. Chris is a natural leader and a fantastic trainer. I appreciate when he helps me with my form and drives me to push myself. Taylor has a great energy and is a great example to learn from! I really enjoy working out with the other members. It really feels like community and friends. Will keep going and hitting my goals!

    RxFIT is a great gym. The programming is really good and they use a unique system to mark your progress and determine your level for the workouts each day. Not only are the people who attend encouraging and the community great, but the coaches are excellent. Chris, the head coach, is attentive and pushes you to do better and learn the best technique and form. Definitely recommend!

    We love this gym! My strength has doubled since I started. The coaches are so knowledgeable. They use a program called Level Method and it’s really easy to tailor to your own goals ad abilities. The community is incredible too. Can’t say enough good things!

    I started back to CrossFit about 3 months ago after a year hiatus. After visiting a few gyms in the area, the kind and responsive staff as well as community members being so welcoming convinced me to give this one a go. I really enjoy the programming and levels provided for workouts. It’s a unique system based on all the other CrossFit gyms I’ve been a part of and the progression in the programming is well thought out. The staff is professional and friendly, the gym is clean, and I would recommend it to anyone I know.

    I have been a member of this gym going on 2 years. All of my gymnastics movements and lifts have improved significantly. Not only do I LOVE the coaches, but I look forward to seeing my friends in the gym every morning. I have been a member of previous gyms and there’s always one area that is lacking. I can say with confidence that RxFit hits all of the marks.

    I love working out here! Everyone has become a friend, the coaches are great to help me progress, and I love how the workouts are set up to help you advance as you build with your strength and ability. I’ve been coming for 3 years and it’s the best gym I have found in awhile!

    RxFit Holladay is a great CrossFit gym for any level of athlete. From beginners to masters the coaches here are great! The last thing they want is for someone to get hurt, they make sure form is correct and to put you in the best position to preform and improve. The programming is amazing as well. It’s a guarantee to get you fitter, faster, stronger, or whatever you fitness goal is. 10/10 recommend this gym.

    Spearhead is an AWESOME gym! And they welcomed me like family! They welcome EVERYONE no matter what your experience level with CrossFit is. The coaching is top notch, by very qualified and experienced guys. I was new to CrossFit and the coaches put emphasis on teaching me the basics and always helped me on form and/or modifications. It’s hands down an amazing atmosphere and I’m so happy it was the place I got introduced to the sport. Extra big shout out to the coaches there!

    CrossFit Spearhead is amazing! From the second you walk through the door you feel like family. The members are welcoming and the coaching staff is incredible! The coaches are seasoned athletes and very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They focus on technique and proper form to ensure your safety and to prevent injury. The gym itself is clean and the equipment is well maintained and up-to-date. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place!! I have been doing CrossFit for almost 10 years and have been to several gyms in the valley and nowhere else compares!

    It has been about 2 months now and I am loving being a part of this gym! The team is great, very welcoming, and happy to meet you where you are at with your skill level and goals. I did their nutritional challenge along with my first 6 weeks at the gym and really enjoyed the extended data that the InBody scanner provides. I could see not only weight changes but could see how much muscle I was building and fat I was loosing. It helped give me lots of good positive reinforcement for my journey with the food since that is a harder part for me. RXFit has helped me get back into a regular routine for working out and the warm environment and support for my goals provided by the coaches has helped so much. I no longer dread going to the gym or trying to figure out how to get motivated I just know if I show up I will feel good afterwards and have fun!

    Love the coaches and the community here! Definitely came in as a beginner, but having the different levels to match where we're at is super helpful, as well as inspiring to see other folks who have been doing this for a while! Looking forward to more workouts!

    Spearhead is an incredible gym with incredible coaches. When I signed up, I had never done a day of CrossFit in my life and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was super nervous since so many members were so advanced, but everyone was so welcoming and willing to help you improve. The coaches are quick to cheer you on and act as your biggest fans. This really is such a tight knit community and you feel at home when you’re there. Spearhead helped me to learn to be on my own team and to work with myself rather than against myself. I would recommend this gym to anyone, whether you’re a beginner or advanced!
