Head down the end of beach reserve (which ends in a dirt road) and climb the dune for a perfect quiet swimming spot the locals go to. Unpatrolled, so only suitable on days the surf isn't too wild - and you'll skip the busyness at the surf club (especially during holidays). No other amenities at all (toilet etc)

It is a Children's Park or Playground of the Jimmy's Beach Reserve Carpark. Jimmys Beach is inside Port Stephens. Don't get it confused with Wanderrabah Beach or (aka) Bennetts Beach in part? from Hawks Nest to Dark Point toward Seal Rocks.

No bad words at all, Relaxing bay which next to no waves and a nice white sand beach. Not really good for swimming as it is un patrolled and there is a lot of weed however you can bring your boats in close to shore

So calm, just watching the beach and listening to the waves. Especially during the sunset, it makes the beach look like it's on fire. Went there for new years eve. Just try it, It's a great experience.

Great place for a picnic in fine weather. Great place for a swim after a storm!

Nice beach and good park area behind with play equipment and a decent amount of parking.

Simple stunning. Come to jimmy’s when you want a relaxing swim. Bennett’s beach is for waves and Jimmy’s is for chilling out and enjoying the sunset.
