Yesterday I approached the lovely Sasha for her help with finding an outfit for my birthday. She was wearing really cool cargo style jeans and the store are selling some nice black cargos at the minute which I thought looked comfy. I needed some tips on what I could wear on the top half with those trousers and Sasha said she had an idea for me but it was a garment off the sales floor, so she went to grab it for me. I saw it and I liked it - it was colourfully patterned with hues of red/deep orange and green. She also brought with her a few other items for me to try on. I then went into the changing rooms and Sasha came to knock my door to let me know she’d be finishing her shift soon & she’d found a few more items for me, but I showed her my finished outfit with the chosen bodysuit before she left and she hyped me up - she was so cute. And also wished me happy birthday, bless her. Sasha is a credit to quiz and deserves every pat on the back she can get. I’ve worked in retail CSA roles and kept working hard until I moved onto Head operations and looked after Regions. Sasha has that spark and rapport which could get her there too. I attended Quiz this Saturday ( hours before a wedding) in a right fluster trying to get an outfit. The lady that I dealt with was super helpful and run around to make sure I found the perfect dress,shoes and bag to match! fantastic customer service! and made everything 1000 times easier for me! Terrible customer service everything is online chat, cant talk to anyone when you need an immediate response there isnt one. Dont know what the responseis when you get an email. Just kept getting previous email closed and merged with this. Its all a bit of a mess quiz. Dare i say i wouldn't like to shop in quiz again. And another thing if you order online and get it sent to store then there is no refund or exchange in store. Well says it all.

Went along to Quiz Clothing in MK for the first time. Love their dresses and jumpsuits. The ladies there were very helpful and were open to giving honest opinions for how the clothes looked on me. Really enjoyed myself there would definitely go again! xxx

My favourite shop, i love it here! Such a good range from size 6-18. I am size 18 and i always find something, sizes are a little big too so sometimes i can fit in 14/16 which makes you feel good haha

I was looking for a dress for my granddaughters prom . I was helped by two very helpful young sales advisers.

Bought an item for my partner I was 1 day out of 7 day exchange policy of a sales item, they did refund eventually, sales assistant was claiming I was shouting at her, I wasn’t the music was soo loud, I was wearing a mask, I asked for head office address and her name, suddenly she decided to offer a refund, not a bad store, but not sure I would visit again, although I did get my refund, 1 star lost for making it difficult.

Came across this lovely shop whilst looking for a prom dress - only shop that we could find that stocked any! Especially helpful member of staff Emily - nothing was too much trouble, she gave honest opinions without being over bearing, made helpful suggestions at what style / colour may suit my daughter best and brought alternative dresses to try, was so nice not to feel rushed. Well done Emily, excellent service!

The shop is open until 18:00. I came at 17:40 and they didn't let me to try a jumper on. The lady wasn't polite and she closed the store at 17:50. Unacceptable service.
