I have purchased a few items at this store and have always received excellent customer service from all the staff members. Recently I had to return a bag due to a little defect and the manager was very professional, understanding and lovely, and I was able to exchange it for the exact same one. Highly recommend. Amazing customer service, I had a lovely experience in the store yesterday both ladies went over and beyond, catered to my every need. The only bad point was that i spent more than what I intended to on my visit to the store, but left 100% satisfied and very happy with my purchases. There was one shop assistant who thought it was okay to follow us around like we was going to steak things .the sheer fact i own about 8 Michael kors bag (real not fake ) . A watch some trainers and various other items .it was very degrading . I think they should be accommodating to everyone and not be so judgemental.

Won't be returning! Tried selling me a bag for £440 that they are discounting "as good will" for £378 that's price tag marked at £350! This is after the lady saying that she will sell the bag for £350 in the first place. AVOID!

Went to Michael Korea shop today at 12:40pm two lady’s were working in there today, blonde women and brown hair women, me and my partner walked into the shop did not get greeted by these lady’s we just got a funny look by the staff like we could not afford anything even tho I own 9 bags of Michael kors and Etc. The staff only started speaking to us when I looked at a bag I wanted. Staff there have bad attitude problem, very Judge mental, would never go back I would never give them my money
