    Matty is very knowledgeable and non judgmental, and provides a fab setting that makes you feel at ease. Matty took the time to understand my goals and I look forward to more sessions with him.

    Having never done a PT session before, Matt took me through the process and the exercises at a pace which suited me during our first session. A great first session and I’ll be coming back for more!

    Just had my first session for boxing with Matty! Great workout! Very professional but also very enjoyable with lots of humour! Excellent session. A great way to de- stress after a long week. Looking forward already to the next one!

    Matt is a great motivator and explains everything he you wants to do clearly. My session not only pushed me, but was also fun and enjoyable. Matt has given me exercises I can do at home to strengthen my running and cycling ability and having someone show me and explain what I need to do, was a great help and also means I won’t injure myself doing it wrong. I’ll definitely be back. A fun, friendly and safe environment to train in! Thanks :)

    Matt is an excellent motivator mentally and physically, you're very down to earth and it's been an absolute pleasure training with you as a family. Your work with young people and helping them build is exceptional, helping my daughter achieve her goals and building her confidence levels with your training and boxing sessions is just outstanding. you truly are a wonderful person.     Matty has given me some valuable information and insight into the correct way to improve my mobility and physical barriers that I have faced after major spinal surgery. The guidance and encouragement I have recieved has been second to none. Thank you for all your continued help Matty.

    I needed some complimentary strength exercises in addition to advice on my Kettle Bell swing technique to acheive my road cycling goals and Matt was most helpful (he's a cyclist as well). I came away from the session with lots of options suggested by Matt to strengthen my core and posterior chain muscles, and my kb swing and dead lift techniques were safe and good.
